The article summarizes the experience of implementing a personality-oriented approach to the formation of a structural and content model of the educational process at the university. The results of the introduction of information technologies and their services in the field of education are presented, as well as the impact of computerization on the quality of education in the framework of the modern educational paradigm. The priority directions of innovative educational strategies of the university are identified and a graph model of the individual educational route of the student is proposed in order to predict the state of the educational system and adopt optimal learning strategies. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. Профессиональная готовность выпускника бакалавриата по направлению подготовки 05.03.02 География должна иметь мотивацию и направленность. На современном этапе развития обучения, по данному направлению подготовки важно формирование у обучающихся умение прогнозировать саморазвитие в выбранной профессиональной деятельности. Целью работы является обеспечение необходимого уровня профессиональной готовности будущих бакалавров географии, посредством проектирования компетентностной модели выпускника, на всех этапах профессионального обучения в вузе, в контексте требований Федарального государственного образовательного стандарта высшего образования по применению в образовательном процессе компетентностного подхода. Формирование профессиональной готовности будущих бакалавров географии должно осуществляться через возможность предоставления им в образовательной среде вуза ситуаций формирования, как теоретических знаний, так и практических умений, профессиональных навыков, чувства сопричастности к профессиональному сообществу и механизмов диагностики и самодиагностики индивидуального профессионального стиля и уровня компетентности. Эти требования должны найти отражение в компетентностной модели выпускника и индикаторах достижения компетенций. Professional readiness of a bachelor's degree graduate in the field of training 05.03.02 Geography should have motivation and orientation. At the present stage of the development of training, in this area of training, it is important to form the ability of students to predict self-development in their chosen professional activity. The aim of the work is to ensure the necessary level of professional readiness of future bachelors of geography, through the design of a graduate's competence model, at all stages of professional training at a university, in the context of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education for the application of a competence-based approach in the educational process. The formation of professional readiness of future bachelors of geography should be carried out through the possibility of providing them with situations of formation in the educational environment of the university, both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, feelings of belonging to the professional community and mechanisms of diagnosis and self-diagnosis of the individual professional and level of competence. These requirements should be reflected in the competency model of the graduate and indicators of achievement of competencies.

The article deals with one of the directions of educational practice — practice-oriented training. In the implementation of practice-oriented training in modern education can help institutions of additional education, because they have a high adaptation to changes in society, quickly respond to individual educational and other needs of children, and most importantly, unlike regulated school education, offer the freedom to choose programs, directions of training, education and development. New requirements for the organization of the educational process in the system of additional education was a prerequisite for the development of a model of formation of universal educational actions on the basis of Children’s Ecological and Biological Center of Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. When creating the model, we took into account that the educational activity of the Children’s Ecological and Biological Center is based on a system-activity approach, which will ensure: the formation of readiness for self-development and continuous education, design and construction of the social environment of students in the education system, active educational and cognitive activity of students, construction of the educational process taking into account the individual age, psychological and physiological characteristics of students. The proposed model can be implemented in all institutions of additional education of natural Sciences.

Taking into account the experimentally recorded nomenclature of the specific educational and social needs of students with disabilities and in the context of the notion that the adapted basic professional educational program at the university involves the adaptation of the conditions for obtaining education rather than its content, the structure of the adapted environment of the university as an ordered set of information and educational institutions is characterized architectural, spatial, socio-psychological and rehabilitation-educational the conditions necessary for the successful development of students with disabilities the normative content of the educational program, specified by the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. The article provides a system-activity analysis of applied possibilities for the grounded application of already available instrumental results of the integration of authorial pedagogical and information technologies for specifi c and system-methodological support of the full-fl edged functioning of the FSES. The ongoing global changes in society and in education naturally imply the need to revise the traditional view and rethink the subject, tasks and methods of didactic research. The results of many years of research on the introduction and approbation of authorial pedagogical technologies and the cognitive theory of pedagogical technologies created at the same time have irrefutably shown that the formation of the beginnings of modern didactics should be connected with the technology of the model of the educational process and the model of the methodological system of education (MSE). The methodological key to the transition to modern didactics is naturally the “Technological Map”, as the form, language and toolkit of communication between the teacher, students and the teacher-researcher with the computer. Particular attention is paid in the article to the systematization and generalization of the available information on the evolution of learning theory and the rapid change in the generations of digital computer technologies. Didactics in the article is treated and considered as an innovative approach to modern learning theory, which continues to function and tries to develop together with digital technologies, operatively interpreting and using all the latest created electronic and technological achievements from the world of computers and digital technologies.

Training of modern graduate takes place in the conditions of requirements of the Federal state educational standards aimed at development of students’ competences. In order to train a competent graduate, higher education institutions are looking for ways that will make this process more effective and dynamic. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of higher education institutions in the implementation of training in cooperation with the use of information technology. The wide development of information technologies and their penetration into various spheres of society has determined their implementation in the educational process. The use of information technology is based on the use of personal computers. Now this tool is an integral part of the modern educational process. Placing emphasis on the fact that learning in cooperation is not a fundamentally new technology the authors say that it acquires relevance by incorporating innovative technologies. The article considers the ideas of training in cooperation with the use of information technologies, raises the importance and significance of this issue in modern educational conditions. Training in cooperation expands the students' information field. On the basis of the study of scientific literature, the features of training in cooperation, its essence and value purpose for the formation of competence of students of pedagogical University are highlighted. The study suggests an increase in students ' motivation to study materials after the introduction of information technologies that allow them to be more mobile and creative. The process of mutual learning in the process of cooperation becomes more effective. The higher the motivation of the student to study the discipline is, the higher the level of his knowledge is. The results of the study can be used in the further implementation of information technologies for the development of the learning process in cooperation.

Purpose: The paper deals with the optimization of the preparation of educational professional programs of higher education to the processes of accreditation and licensing. Methodology: In this paper, we will consider technical tools that optimize the organization of the management of the university's educational process in the conditions of the “digitalization” of education. Result: Since the verification of compliance of University educational programs with the requirements of Federal state educational standards is carried out in the process of accreditation examination, it is necessary to optimize the organization of management of the educational process of the University on the basis of computer equipment and software. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of the organization of the university educational process in terms of digitalization of education is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.
