The article focuses on the implementation of a practice-oriented education in Bachelor’s and Master´s programmes in tourism in P.G. Demidov Yaroslavl State University. These requirements are set by the Federal State Educational Standard 3 and 3+ and are dictated by the real labor market. The practice-oriented approach is achieved through the applying of interactive training forms, involving of experts in tourism industry, organization of various kinds of practices associated with real activity, realization training trips and extracurricular students’ activities. An important factor of increasing the connection of the educational process with the actual needs of the tourism business is the formulation of final results in the form of specific professions. This approach allows organizing training modules in accordance with the tourist industry requirements. An important form of the formation of business thinking in students, who are studying tourism, is their work at workshops on the development of specific programs or objects by request the municipal or commercial establishments. In contrast to the bachelor degree course for master course at the Yaroslavl State University are formulated professional guidelines relating to the enterprise management in the tourism industry, territory management, as well as the development of territorial tourism and recreation complexes. The high demand of the University graduates at the enterprises of the tourism industry proves the success of this approach in the educational field.

Article is based on the description of the author’s vision of designing a network of educational interaction in the context of socio-pedagogical partnership between the general and further education in line with the realization of extracurricular activities in the conditions of the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES). The paper describes the stages of a network between educational institutions and supplementary education in the fi eld of extracurricular activities teaching, the content of which need a good idea of planning to become a party to the educational network. Performance criteria of socio-pedagogical partnership in the interaction of the general and supplementary education in the introduction of the FSES is the availability of functioning network interaction of educational institutions for the implementation of extracurricular activities in the framework of the FSES, involving teaching, psychological and pedagogical, professional, material and technical resources of educational institutions of diff erent levels; development and implementation of educational programs extracurricular activities FSES-based schools; positive dynamics of development of students involved in extracurricular activities; enhance the professional competence of teachers involved in networking through the organization of extracurricular activities in the context of the FSESSocio-pedagogical collaboration between the general and further education, the diff erent models of networking between educational institutions in the conditions of the introduction of the FSES helps to provide opportunities for the development of each child on a variety of activities taking into account the orientation of the individual; eff ective organization of extracurricular activities of students in the development of the FSES; empowerment to improve the professional competence of school teachers; meet the requests of professional participants in the educational process. Perspective and practical importance of this activity, which can be called innovative in the light of the modernization of education is the ability to design and realization of diff erent models of network of educational interaction in the framework of the extracurricular activities of students in the conditions of the introduction of the FSES in the educational space of city, region.

Taking into account the experimentally recorded nomenclature of the specific educational and social needs of students with disabilities and in the context of the notion that the adapted basic professional educational program at the university involves the adaptation of the conditions for obtaining education rather than its content, the structure of the adapted environment of the university as an ordered set of information and educational institutions is characterized architectural, spatial, socio-psychological and rehabilitation-educational the conditions necessary for the successful development of students with disabilities the normative content of the educational program, specified by the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. The relevance of the article is due to the demands of the federal state educational standard and the “Teacher” professional standard, both of which set clear requirements for a would-be teacher. The school expects a Bachelor graduate to follow legal, moral and ethical norms, as well as the standards of professional ethics, while performing his/her pedagogical activities. Such expectations substantiate the importance of forming the professional responsibility in a would-be teacher. For this purpose, the university should train a would-be teacher through the appropriate use of the educational environment resources available at the institution. The goal of the article is to review the university educational environment as a means of managing the professional responsibility formation in a would-be teacher. We have chosen the environment immersion approach as the methodological foundation of our research. This approach presupposes indirect management of the professional responsibility formation through the synergy of educational, pedagogical, project and social activities at the university. The article is the summary of the Vyatka State University experience in accumulating the structural elements of the educational environment as a means of managing the professional responsibility formation in a would-be teacher.

The latest changes made by the state to the content of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher and Secondary Education reflect the increased attention paid to the educational component of the unified educational and training process implemented by all educational organizations in the territory of the Russian Federation. Planning and implementation of educational impact on students has now become an independent element of the educational process. We believe that a purposeful process of educational activity is unthinkable without such a basic element as patriotic education. Профессиональная готовность выпускника бакалавриата по направлению подготовки 05.03.02 География должна иметь мотивацию и направленность. На современном этапе развития обучения, по данному направлению подготовки важно формирование у обучающихся умение прогнозировать саморазвитие в выбранной профессиональной деятельности. Целью работы является обеспечение необходимого уровня профессиональной готовности будущих бакалавров географии, посредством проектирования компетентностной модели выпускника, на всех этапах профессионального обучения в вузе, в контексте требований Федарального государственного образовательного стандарта высшего образования по применению в образовательном процессе компетентностного подхода. Формирование профессиональной готовности будущих бакалавров географии должно осуществляться через возможность предоставления им в образовательной среде вуза ситуаций формирования, как теоретических знаний, так и практических умений, профессиональных навыков, чувства сопричастности к профессиональному сообществу и механизмов диагностики и самодиагностики индивидуального профессионального стиля и уровня компетентности. Эти требования должны найти отражение в компетентностной модели выпускника и индикаторах достижения компетенций. At the present stage of the development of training, in this area of training, it is important to form the ability of students to predict self-development in their chosen professional activity. The aim of the work is to ensure the necessary level of professional readiness of future bachelors of geography, through the design of a graduate's competence model, at all stages of professional training at a university, in the context of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education for the application of a competence-based approach in the educational process. The formation of professional readiness of future bachelors of geography should be carried out through the possibility of providing them with situations of formation in the educational environment of the university, both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, feelings of belonging to the professional community and mechanisms of diagnosis and self-diagnosis of the individual professional and level of competence. These requirements should be reflected in the competency model of the graduate and indicators of achievement of competencies.

Communicative technologies in professional educational institutions form the basis for the activation of the educational process, contribute to the improvement of the level of formation of competencies of graduates. The purpose of the article is the consideration the effective experience of the implementation of communication technologies in professional educational institutions to identify the main functional aspects with subsequent usage in the educational process. The paper describes the experience of formation of professional competencies with usage communication technologies to students of higher education institutions enrolled in the master's program in the direction of training 44.04.04 "Vocational training (by industry)", profile – "Management of educational systems". The authors rely on the included competence of the Federal state educational standard "the ability to use modern communication technologies", which is proposed to form through the usage of various communication technologies in the training of graduates. The authors reveal the most frequently used in the educational process types: discussion, case, project, electronic and other types of technologies. Features of application and realization of each type are allocated. Presented the criteria for assessing the performance of students’ tasks (on the complex module "Theory and methodology of vocational education") in the framework of the implementation of these technologies. The aspects identified in the process of analyzing the experience of usage communication technologies can be taken into account in the further improvement of the process of implementing communication technologies in higher education and better formation of competencies.
