With the continuous acceleration of China’s socialist process, the development of society has made a great leap forward. Mobile Internet is an emerging product of the integration of traditional Internet and mobile communication industries. At present, the industry has not yet reached a unified consensus on the concept of mobile Internet. This research mainly discusses the application of Internet-based mobile information system in college physical education classroom teaching. In order to adapt to the pace of social development and cultivate more intelligent, healthy, and noble students, the education cause also carries out continuous reform and innovation. New educational ideas and new educational methods have been attracting people’s attention. More and more people are pursuing higher education level. School education should not only pay attention to the progress of students’ academic performance and the sound personality quality, but also pay attention to the implementation of physical education and help students carry out appropriate physical exercise, so as to exercise students’ physique and make them realize the importance of physical exercise. As an important link in school physical education teaching, classroom teaching design has a very important influence on teaching quality and classroom teaching effect. For the Internet mobile information system, it can not only improve the ability of physical education teachers to control the teaching process, but also make the teaching objectives and content, teaching strategies and methods, and teaching evaluation formulated by physical education teachers more systematic, thus improving the teaching quality and professional development of physical education teachers. Abundant online teaching resources provide teachers with a powerful information resource database for lesson preparation and teaching. Learners can access teaching resources at any time through the Internet mobile information system. The Internet mobile information system provides a variety of file sharing methods for teachers and students to share physical education resources. Teachers and students forward and share teaching-related resources anytime and anywhere through the network platform, which not only helps to strengthen the students’ ability to collect and process information, but also strengthens the communication and cooperation between students through the sharing of learning resources. This study aims to study the problems of university physical education classroom teaching from the perspective of the Internet mobile information system, find the problems existing in university physical education classroom teaching, reasonably solve the educational problems of university physical education classroom teaching, help the development of college sports, and help college students to carry out physical exercise and maintain a strong constitution. The methods adopted in this paper are as follows: firstly, inductive method is used to analyze the survey data; secondly, the case analysis method is used to study the characteristics of curriculum in colleges and universities; finally, after finding the existing problems, comparative research method is used to compare the influence of students, teachers, and leaders in charge on the existing education problems. The conclusion is the lack of theoretical guidance and concept carding in college physical education makes students not form a good lifelong sports consciousness; the positive influence of physical exercise on a person greatly promotes the development of personal lifelong sports; there are unreasonable phenomena in the arrangement of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. The training mode of colleges and universities is mainly based on social practice, and extracurricular activities are mainly for it. In addition, there is a small amount of in-class teaching.

While colleges and universities are actively promoting a curriculum reform in physical education and making an adjustment of structure of physical education curriculum, they use ASP.NET technology and Web database technology to study the construction of evaluation information system based on B/S Model and scientifically evaluate teaching quality of physical education curriculum of ordinary universities in order to examine whether the universities have formed the teaching features of Three-autodidacticism of physical education teaching in accordance with the requirements of university credit system, establish a guiding ideology of Health First and make optional courses teaching model the main approaches and means, which finally builds a foundation for improving the teaching effects of physical education, strengthening the teaching ability and comprehensive quality of teachers, improving the position of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities and cultivating students lifelong health awareness and their development in an all-around way.

Teaching quality evaluation of physical education usually involves multiple influence factors with grey and uncertain information. This brings about limitations to effective evaluation of teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities. Thus, this paper draws merits from previous research and proposes a teaching quality evaluation system and model of physical education in colleges and universities. First, based on real situations, grey categories of evaluation state for physical education teaching quality are established. The definite weighted functions of grey category of evaluation state are confirmed. Specific steps of the teaching quality evaluation model based on grey clustering analysis are accounted for. Finally, a case study is introduced to verify the model. This model enlightens a new way to evaluate teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities.

The physical quality of students is an important goal of quality education, and the basis for the training of high-quality talents. Physical education (PE) is of great significance to enhance students’ physical fitness, and improve their awareness of lifelong physical exercise. Targeting several colleges in Guizhou Province, this paper empirically studies the effectiveness and long-acting mechanism of regional PE teaching through interview, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics. Firstly, the status quo of PE teaching in the colleges was surveyed. The survey results show the following problems in college PE teaching: the lack of systematic organization and management, the outdated and non-diverse forms of activities, the absence of a strong sports atmosphere, and the lack of interest among the students. To solve these problems, this paper constructs a long-acting mechanism for regional PE teaching, and verifies its implementation effect through an empirical study. The mechanism was found to enhance the students’ physical fitness, help them develop a good habit of physical exercise, and boost their awareness of lifelong physical exercise. This research greatly promotes the lifelong physical exercise of college students and the PE teaching quality in colleges and universities.

The paper deals with the analysis of the approaches in defining the main research directions in the field of leasing of innovations and innovations in leasing. Developing the Internet and expansion of mobile Internet, the advent of the Internet of Devices, Fintech, Insurtech, and the development of sharing economy provokes many debates about the future of innovation within the asset finance and innovation in the leasing of assets. This paper aimed to determine the scientific publication tendencies in the field investigating the issues on leasing of innovations and innovations in leasing to identifying prospective research areas. The methodological instruments of this paper are bibliographic tool VOSviewer, Scopus, and Web of Science (WoS) databases. The study sample is 2513 scientific documents, published in the scientific journals indexed by Scopus (1915 documents) and WoS (598 documents) databases. The study has no limited time sample. The obtained results by Scopus and WoS tools showed the growing publication tendencies on the investigated issues. Besides, the number of papers in the Scopus database had a growing tendency with a variable rate. There is a significant increase in the number of papers that occurred from 2000 to 2010. In turn, the number of papers in journals indexed by WoS had been regularly rising during the analyzed period with a growth rate of 19,9%. Thus, this database shows a considerable growth of publications from 2010 to 2019. In 2019 the number of articles in the field of leasing of innovations and innovations in leasing increased by 412% compared to 2010. Therefore, the investigated issues remain popular in investigations of the great string of scientists. In the Scopus database, mostly the issues on leasing of innovations and innovations in leasing were investigated under the subject area as follows: Medicine, Engineering, Social Sciences, Environmental Science, Business, Management and Accounting, Computer Science. The author noted that the most significant part of the scientists who analyzed the leasing of the innovations and innovations in leasing was from the USA, China, United Kingdom, and Germany. Herewith, in 2019, the number of papers devoted to investigated issues enhanced in scientific journals with high impact factors such as Land Use Policy, European Journal of Operational Research, Ecology and Society. Therefore, it indicates that investigated issues are actually in the trends of sharing economy. The obtained results by VOSviewer analysis allowed identifying six clusters of the scientific publications scrutinized the leasing of the innovations and innovations in leasing from different perspectives. It worth mentioning that three out of six clusters have a close connection. The first biggest cluster links the keywords as follows: sustainable development, environmental impact, environmental protection, energy policy, land use, land management, fishery management, laws and legislation, risk assessment, etc. In turn, the second cluster indicated on the investigations in the sphere of information system and software in leasing. Three clusters (the third, fourth and fifth) are connected by the words «leasing – legal aspect – health care/medical practice management – hospital equipment/hospital information system», etc. The keywords such as financial management, taxes, capital financing, leasing – property, capital expenditure, accounting, legal aspect, management, and tax connected them with the sixth cluster. This study takes the effectiveness analysis of inverted classroom teaching in colleges and universities as a breakthrough point, and combines artificial intelligence technology with the analysis method of inverted classroom teaching in colleges and universities to enrich the existing methods for analyzing, the behavior of inverted classroom teaching in colleges and universities to realize the effectiveness of inverted classroom teaching in colleges and universities analysis. This research first constructs an analytical framework for the teaching behaviors of college physical education inverted classrooms based on artificial intelligence technology, which consists of observation dimension and the evaluation dimension. In order to further test the scientifically and operability of the analytical framework, taking emotion recognition as an example, practical operations are combined with specific examples to obtain visual analysis results. This study expands the dimension and depth of analysis of the behavior of inverted sport in classroom teaching in sport inversion colleges and universities, and has obvious advantages in saving manpower and real-time visual display. Through the analysis of the effectiveness of physical education inverted classroom teaching in sports inversion colleges and universities through artificial intelligence technology, the use of technology to participate in the analysis of physical education inverted classroom teaching behaviors in sports inverted colleges and universities, shorten the evaluation time, expand the evaluation dimension, improve the evaluation efficiency, achieve real-time feedback, real-time attention to classroom effects. Effectively regulating the inverted classroom teaching behavior of college physical education can promote the cultivation of teachers’ professional abilities, scientifically and accurately improve and correct teaching problems, and improve the quality of education and teaching. Eventually, students will achieve comprehensive self-evaluation of students, and promote personalized and standardized growth of students.
