In traditional Miryoku engineering, the construction of product Kansei factors is only based on the qualitative analysis method. The traditional Miryoku engineering cannot effectively reflect the complex and changeable Kansei factors of users. Therefore, the research path of the Kansei factors needs to be expanded. In this paper, we proposed an evaluation-fuzzy-quantification model based on users’ Kansei, and the evaluation analysis, the fuzzy computing, and the quantitative analysis were combined to quantify the importance of design considerations for the instrument interface of electric vehicles. The characteristic of the proposed method is that the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to overcome their respective drawbacks. The results of the experiment verified that the proposed method could quantitatively analyze the design consideration factors, and the proposed approach could improve the usability and appeal of the instrument information interface.

There is an increase of megaproject construction worldwide. At the same time, risks involved in megaprojects have also become a wide concern. Extending from the macrolevel of qualitative analysis focusing on complexity, politics, and morality, the research conducted the microscopic empirical analysis on twenty-two typical cases by adopting the quality comparative analysis (QCA) from the auditing perspective. Different from the traditional analysis method taking each causation as independent variable, the results in the study revealed that there was complex multiple concurrent causation among eight conditions; additionally, the configuration of those would be divided into six types, among which, the coverage of the three types, namely, project management risk, preliminary and construction risk, and tendering and contract management related risk, was almost eighty percent. Finally, megaproject risks in China were caused by complicated and changeable combination conditions, which would provide a new breakthrough for seeking analyzing megaproject risks through this quantitative analysis method, and indicate the researchers and practitioners to control the megaproject risks from a more systematic way.

To overcome this problem should has cosmetic treatments using one of these is whitening cream. Mercury is the one of active ingredient who has often add inthe whitening cream because mercury’s ion considered to inhibit the synthesis melanin pigment of the skin in the melanocyte cells. According to the Regulation Agency of Drug and Food of the Republic Indonesia with No. HK. 03.01.23.07.11.6662. 2011, requirements metal usage types of mercury (Hg) is not more than 1 mg/kg or 1 mg/L (1 ppm). This article outlines methods to facilitate the assessment of the impact of electric vehicle charging on distribution networks at planning stage and applies them to a case study. As network planning is becoming a more complex task, an approach to automated network planning that yields the optimal reinforcement strategy is outlined. Different reinforcement measures are weighted against each other in terms of technical feasibility and costs by applying a genetic algorithm. Traditional reinforcements as well as novel solutions including voltage regulation are considered. To account for electric vehicle charging, a method to determine the uptake in equivalent load is presented. For this, measured data of households and statistical data of electric vehicles are combined in a stochastic analysis to determine the simultaneity factors of household load including electric vehicle charging. The developed methods are applied to an exemplary case study with Norwegian low-voltage networks. Different penetration rates of electric vehicles on a development path until 2040 are considered.
