The structure design and manufacturing of the fan blade ware researched based on large-scale temperature change, high-revolution, multi-constraint conditions, high-fidelity profile and so on. The numerical modeling was performed in MSC, including strength, stiffness as well as eigenfrequency analysis, optimized to layer thickness and mass of blade. The resin transfer molding (RTM) process was used to ensure the blade geometrical tolerance. Multiform tests were provided to verify that the design and manufacturing is reasonable and the blade satisfies with application requirement.

This paper describes an unconventional structural layout design of aerial robot. A double-layered # shaped configuration is proposed to meet the requirements of decoupling control of eight-rotor aerial robot. Based on the modular design concept, structure design for manufacturing is combined with aerodynamic analysis to improve the level of integration of design and manufacturing. Results of manufacture and flight test show that our design on aerial robot is effective.

It emphasizes the process of design, attention to the interaction between the factors, is a computer designed, this paper studies the factors that influence the index construction site building sunshine, environmental noise, natural ventilation, insulation, etc. into the internal logic of the language of the computer, then architectural form can be generated by a computer, through constant revision and feedback, and ultimately establish optimal architectural form.
