This research was made with purpose to measure the capability of human resource and work management in PT. X using COBIT 5.0. In the assessment process, researcher applied 1 domain (align, plan, and organize) with 2 processed, Manage Human Resource APO 07) and Manage Service Agreement (APO 09). Data collection was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to IT division (there were 127 items of the question and 10 respondents). The result of this research figured out that APO 07 stopped in level 2 with score 82.50 in level 3 and APO 09 ended in level 3 with score 84.10 in level 4. In conclusion, there were still few problems that made human resources in PT X unable to reach level 5. PT.X ought to do audit regularly in deep and holistically.   Keywords— Align Plan and Organize, Capabilities Level, COBIT 5.0, Manage Human Resources, Manage Service Agreement REFERENCES [1] Sumarsono, Sonny. 2003. Information technology is developed to assist people in minimizing processing time, reducing errors, increasing the accuracy and simplifying the overall process. The process of recording, retrieving and displaying data and information can thus be easily and accurately undertaken. Information technology in its initial development, however, tends to be too costly and complicated to make a real particularly for people in developing countries. Fortunately, universities as the centers of innovation, can be a game changer for the adoption of the innovative processes, for the benefits of the community at large. In all Indonesian universities, this role is associated with a, so called Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Devotions of Higher Education, TDHE). This paper examines the acceptance of the collaborating officials and the obstacles i.e. internal and environmental factors. We proposed the use of GIS-based technology to coordinate the administrative units of local government at all levels, particularly the Kelurahan as the lowest hierarchy of the administrative unit in local government system. The Kelurahan will then be the spearhead in a local government system in Indonesia in promoting administrative services to all Citizens. We undertook an integrated training and tutorial for select official staff of the Kelurahan on the system. Evaluation of shows that the information system can be used to simplify the collaborators’ activities. The evaluation was done through in-depth interview to the collaborating officials. The collaborators interested in learning more about the system as an innovative way in providing service to the community as well as spatial data input to support urban planning and management.

One of the objectives of the assessment is monitoring, which aims to see whether the implementation of the learning assessment is in accordance with the assessment plan or not. In the era industrial revolution 4.0, technology is needed to facilitate the assessment process so that it can be carried out by various parties. Parents' busyness is one of the factors in the need for a tool to monitor children's development at school. This study aims to produce a website-based monitoring information system in assessing student development. The method used is the research and development method, with Four-D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. This article only discusses two stages, namely define and design. At the define stage, some information is collected about problems in monitoring student assessments. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire method given to high school students and teachers, as well as interviews with several parents/guardians of high school students. The results of the define stage indicate that a student development monitoring system is needed that can be accessed by parents from home. At the design stage, a website-based monitoring information system is designed which contains seven main views, namely: Login, Home, Student Identity, List of Values, Monitoring, Settings, and Logout. With the website-based information system, it is hoped that it can support the monitoring process intensively, so that parents can see directly the results of student assessments from the teacher.

Indonesian has a vast variety in structures and sentence types that brings about difficulty in using the language correctly and accurately. This research aims for producing a software application for syntax analysis and error checking for Indonesian sentences. The method used in developing the application is rapid prototyping method which consists of several phases: system requirement analysis, design, coding, implementation and evaluation while the method used in syntax analysis process is regular expression and predictive parsing method. Despite some existing limitations, the application produced is able to check the syntax error of various Indonesian sentence types.

If there is a stack in a service center, then the customers need to form a queue. There are increasing number of consultations in a specific time at Student Advisory Center (SAC) Bina Nusantara University. The increased needs for consultation lead to high waiting time that must be passed by the students who need the service. Therefore an information system queue is required to replace the current manual queue process. This study aims to create an automation using six stages FAST Methodology which includes Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design and Integration. The results of this research is the design of the application queue screen can be applied to SAC Bina Nusantara University.

Abstract  —This study aims to develop an information system of data processing of elementary school student grades by applying the waterfall method. Based on the preliminary analysis, there are several obstacles faced by class teachers in collecting student grades for one semester for the management of the final report card grades because all the assessment process documentation is still manual by handwritten and stored in a ledger so that it inhibits the management of final grades. The system development method used is the waterfall model which consists of several stages including analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Based on the results of the study it was found that the manual method was burdensome and took a long time. Information system test results conducted by the blackbox method and based on the percentage value of the results of this black box test get a percentage value of 100% valid, and testing directly by the Class Teacher with quite satisfied resultsKeyword — system, information, grade, waterfallAbstrak  — Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa sekolah dasar dengan menerapkan metode waterfall.
