This investigation is part of a development model to adopt the information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to the teaching-learning process at the Technical University of Cotopaxi. Specifically, to improve the higher education, as a result of the steady advances in the field of digital knowledge and educational technology, for that reason, the Institutions must improve their academic organization and education processes. Through the use of technologies, educational institutions try to integrate information and innovation. In this context and reviewing the problem case through the application of the ICT new Acceptance Model, the student's teaching-learning process will improve. The investigation showed the expected results with the creation of the latest ICT adoption model. Using collaborative tools within a collaborative learning environment (CLE) to elaborate constructs Cronbach's alpha, variance, and correlations and the statistical software were used as the Minitab validated the hypotheses.

The relevance of the study is explained by the need to increase the level of teaching Physics, to identify and develop creative abilities of both schoolchildren and students, future teachers of Physics. The preparation for Olympiads and their holding helps to raise interest in Physics. The analysis of scientific sources shows that, despite the interest of scientists in the problem of organising and improving the preparation of students for the Physics Olympiads, this problem needs further study. In particular, the pedagogical conditions for preparing students for the Physics Olympiads have not been identified; effective methods, forms and means of teaching, possibilities of information and communication technologies aimed at training students for the Physics Olympiads have not been sufficiently studied, which is especially relevant in distance training. The purpose of the study is to identify and implement pedagogical conditions for training students majoring in Secondary Education (Physics) at Ushynsky University, to develop skills in solving school Olympiad problems. In accordance with the set goal, pedagogical conditions for preparing future Physics teachers to solve school Olympiad problems have been identified and introduced into the educational process, namely: creation of interactive interaction between teachers and students in the process of solving Olympiad problems; use of modern Internet technologies, distance learning methods in the educational environment as an important factor in intensifying independent work in the process of profession-oriented training in solving school Olympiad problems. According to students, the introduction of certain pedagogical conditions contributed to increasing the level of profession-oriented training aimed at future teachers of Physics, the development of these skills: the ability to interest students in Physics; create an atmosphere of emotional enthusiasm in teaching Physics; teach basic algorithms and approaches to solving non-standard problems; to teach non-standard thinking and initiative not only in solving physical problems, but also in solving life situations; to increase the level of knowledge of English in a professional direction.

Introduction. The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education provides promising opportunities for individual learning. However, one can question the efficiency of using electronic resources for certain students, e.g. hearing-impaired students, if their special cognitive characteristics were not considered while designing these resources. The aim of the research presented in the publication is to develop a scientific basis and the methodology for the effective teaching of basic disciplines using various sources of information. Methodology and research methods. The presented research results were obtained using standard and adapted methods (‘10 words’ adapted technique, Schulte tables, standardized methods for studying reading skills), questionnaires, analysis of written works based on the developed criteria. A series of experiments involved students majoring in Engineering at Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University: 98 students participated in experiments with the adapted "10 words" method and Schulte tables (19 of them were hearing impaired); for the analysis of writing skills, the works of 116 students were collected (27 of them-with hearing impairment); 12 students with hearing impairment took part in experiments on reading skills. Results. For short-term memory, the results turned out to be better when demonstrating words from the electronic board than from printed sources (students with health standard: electronic board – 7.24 words; printed source – 6.39; for deaf and hard of hearing students: 6.2 and 5.8 words respectively). Based on the results of the attentiveness test (adapted Schulte tables), this indicator is better when working with tables in paper form (Student's t-test: tcr=1.97 (p≤0.05), tcr=2.61(p≤0.01), temp = 2.3). For reading skills, research has shown that students did a better job with keyword and abstracting when working with printed text (tcr=2.07 (p≤0.05), tcr=2.82(p≤0.01), temp= 2.4). As for the monitoring of writing skills, for hearing impaired students, the main monitoring criterion is emotionality (expressiveness); some features of visual perception of the sentences arrangement are also noted. Scientific novelty. The analysis of the results of these experiments will allow us to clarify the features of comparing the cognitive skills dealing with the information perception from different media when teaching people with hearing impairment. Practical significance. The results obtained allowed us to conclude that in the learning process it is recommended to combine sources of information on different media.

In the article, the peculiarities of the process of the implementation of the information and communication technologies in teaching Physics, the development of the computer didactic provision are specified on the basis of the historical and methodological analysis. The development of the scientific fundamentals and the tools of their implementation in the homeland theory and methodology of teaching Physics, the impact of the formation of the computer-oriented environment as well as the qualitative change in the academic process subjects’ role are demonstrated. The necessity of the further didactic researches on the abovementioned issue because of the priority of the computer-oriented technologies in the formation of the key and the subject competences of the comprehensive and high school pupils in the process of Physics teaching are actualized.

The structure of foreign language communicative competence is considered as a set of linguistic, speech, socio-cultural, strategic, and self-educational competences, each of which contains invariant and variable components. This chapter presents a theoretical model of modular technology of foreign language training based on the integration of the system, competence, personal activity, multicultural, acmeological approaches, and taking into account general didactic and specific (modularity, flexibility, agility, regionality, predictability) principles. Its structural components (theoretical-methodological, purposeful, meaningful, procedural-technological, resultant-evaluative units) are described. The description of the modular technology of foreign language training of technical university students is given. Information and communication technologies are considered as a means of information and methodological support and diagnostic tools for monitoring foreign language training. The results of experimental work are presented.
