The object of research is the degradation processes that take place in gas-pumping units (GPU) during its long-term operation and lead to the appearance of defects and, as a result, to a change in its technical state. Today, methods of parametric and vibration diagnostics are used to determine the technical condition of the GPU. To identify diagnostic signs of the technical state of the GPU, various transformations are used, in particular the wavelet transforms used in vibration processing that accompany the operation of the GPU and their technological parameters. At the same time, in the study of the diagnostic signs of the technical state of the GPU, the acoustic processes accompanying the operation of the GPU, which can be more informative in comparison with the vibration ones, were practically not considered. The developed experimental research methodology and their technical support made it possible to record the acoustic processes accompanying the operation of the gas compressor unit type GTK-25-i of the Nuovo Pignon company (Italy). In the course of the experimental studies, the realizations of the acoustic processes of the GPU were obtained for its three states – «nominal», «defective» and «current». Further studies of acoustic processes for three states of the GPU type GTK-25-i and using the wavelet transform showed that by the appearance of the wavelet spectrograms it is difficult to notice the difference in the appearance or disappearance of various frequency components depending on the technical state of the GPU. To obtain quantitative indicators of this dependence, a discrete wavelet transform was carried out, which makes it possible to identify characteristic trends in the change in noise values at different scales. The values of the approximation norm and the detail norms in relation to the signal norm (in percent) were obtained for a five-level wavelet decomposition with datasets. A linear dependence of the norm of the wavelet-component of the fifth-order detailing on the operating time of GPU type GTK-25-i and (changes in the technical state), which can be taken as a diagnostic sign of its technical state, has been established. The investigated diagnostic feature can be used as the basis for the method of diagnosing the technical state of GPU type GTK-25-i based on the characteristics of its acoustic process using the wavelet transform. An approach to identifying a diagnostic sign of the technical state of a GPU type GTK-25-i is considered based on the characteristics of acoustic processes using a wavelet transform can be used to identify a diagnostic sign of a condition for any type of GPU.

Aim. Today, dynamically-loaded foundations of process equipment often prove to be oversized with significantly overestimated values of stiffness, mass and material consumption. Therefore, reducing the costs and time of construction of gas pipeline facilities, especially on permafrost, is of relevance to PJSC Gazprom. One of the primary ways of solving this problem is installing gas pumping equipment on light vented support structures. The disadvantage of such structures is the low vibration rigidity. A method [1] is proposed for improving the vibration rigidity of a foundation subjected to vibration load. The simulation aims to improve the dependability of light vented foundations by studying vibration displacements of foundations with attached reinforced concrete panels depending on the thermal state of frost soils, parameters of the attached panels and connectors. Methods. Vibration displacements of a foundation with an attached device were identified using the finite element method and the improved computational model of the foundation – GCU – soil system. Results. Computational experiments identified the vibration displacements of the foundation in the cold and warm seasons for the following cases of reinforced concrete plates attached to the foundation: symmetrical and non-symmetrical; at different distances; through connectors with different stiffness parameters; with additional weights; frozen to the ground. Conclusions were made based on the results of simulation of vibration displacements of foundations with an attached device in cold and warm seasons. Conclusion. The presented results of computational experiments aimed at improving the vibration rigidity of light foundations by using method [1] show sufficiently good indicators of reduced vibration displacements of the foundation. Thus, in the case of symmetrical connection of four reinforced concrete panels in summer, the reduction of vibration displacements is 42.4%, while increased stiffness of the connectors, attachment of additional weights and freezing of reinforced concrete panels into the ground will allow reducing the vibration displacements of the foundation up to 2.5 times. However, it should be noted, that applying the findings in the process of development of project documentation and construction of foundations requires R&D activities involving verification and comparison of the obtained results of numerical simulation with a natural experiment.

The article deals with the technique of transferring of blower’s characteristics from the graphic type to the analytical. This representation of the characteristics allows correct them automatically by the results of parametric diagnostics of blowers and use them for automatic control of the gas-pumping unit operation modes. Usage of these characteristics furnishes the gas-pumping units with the properties of self-regulating systems.

Reliable and efficient operation of the gas-pumping unit to a large extent depends on the technical state of the combustion chamber. The poor technical state of the combustion chamber reduces not only the efficiency of the gas pumping unit, but also increases the harmful emissions to the environment of harmful substances such as nitrogen and carbon oxides. Therefore, the determination of the technical state of the combustion chamber by the results of observations on the operation of the gas turbine installation is an actual scientific task. As a result of the analysis of literary sources and experimental studies, it is established that the mediated parameters characterizing the technical state of the combustion chamber are the total concentration of nitrogen oxides and the mean square value of the vibration velocity of the combustion chamber body. Over time, the elements of the combustion chamber are degrading, which leads to a change in the signs of the technical state of the combustion chamber. Indicators of a technical state form a plane of signs, which, with the help of the neural network Kohonen, are divided into three areas, each of which corresponds to a certain technical state of the combustion chamber - "good", "acceptable", "permissible". A method for constructing separate curves based on genetic algorithms is developed to distinguish the areas of technical states. The equation of separate curves is taken as a polynomial of a certain degree. The developed method on the basis of the class separation criterion determines not only the parameters of the equation of a separate curve but also the structure of such an equation by minimizing the class separation criterion. With the help of the developed software of the task of the technical condition assessment of the combustion chamber, the plane of the signs is divided into three classes and separate split curves are constructed.
