Seven 3D metal-organic frameworks have been designed and synthesized by the hydrothermal synthetic method based on the ligand 5-aminoisophthalic acid. Complexes 1-4 have better photocatalytic degradation properties for dyes CV.

The MOFs were constructed by ligand AHP and sulfonate analogues. MOF4 exhibits a high proton conductivity of 1.95 × 10−3 S cm−1 at 95 °C and 98% relative humidity. MOFs 1–5 also serve as photocatalysts for methylene blue degradation.

Presented here are two new pillar-layered MOFs based on different metal–carboxylate SBUs employed by mixing D-H2Cam and OH-bim ligands. The Zn/Co mixed compound 2 exhibits an adjustable Zn/Co ratio, which reversibly results in an adjustable photocatalytical property of dye degradation.

A hybrid, MIL-125(Ti)@TiO2, is synthesized to test its Rh B degradation performance, and it shows a better elimination ratio as compared to pure TiO2. The white light integration is further discussed after lanthanide ions (Sm3+, Eu3+, Tb3+) are doped into the hybrid.
