Dr. Javed Iqbal, beloved son of Allama Iqbal, spent his life endeavors to understand, comprehend and connote the wisdom and philosophy of great Allama Iqbal. Whenever he was cordially invited to attend seminars on Iqbal, he gracefully accepted the invitation and accomplished the task of interpretation of Iqbal's vision. Because in Pakistan, Iqbal has always been studied under the limited perspective of religious dogmas. Whereas Dr. Javed's point of Iqbal and Iqbaliat has always been different to such extent that many other critics of Iqbal would hardly agree with him. Despite his stand alone posture on Iqbal. Dr. Javed always strived hard in his every speech and piece of literature to liberate Iqbal from this closed circle of theology. This is the view point which has been discussed in this article.

''Masnavi'' is prominent kind of poetry in Persian as well as in urdu.In Urdu literature it gets start from ''Behmani Era'' and the first Masnavi of that era is '' Kadam Rao Padam Rao'' by Fakhar Din Nizami. In ''Adil Shahi'' and ''Qutab Shahi'' period it became the most famous poetic genre. In these periods ''Masnavi'' were written in great number.in this research paper the researcher has discussed dakkani masnavi and its evolution in full detail.

Wasif Ali Wasif was a teacher, writer, poet and sufi intellectual from Pumjab. He was born in Khushab.He belonged to the new era of Urdu poetry, but his poetry and especially Ghazal is capable of classical not only in its subject theme but in its literary style as well. The task of providing dictionaries for all over the world's languages is prodigious, requiring efficient techniques. The collection of words, their meanings and synonym’s, The idioms and their meaning in specific cultural background, origin of the words and their correct pronunciations is really a great task for the compiler of dictionary in any language. The tradition of compilation of Urdu dictionaries has a prolonged history. From the very beginning, Urdu dictionaries are compiled time by time. “Kaleed e Akhbaar beeni” is one of the historical dictionary of Urdu language. This dictionary was compiled by Zia ud din Barni and was published in 1915. The researcher has shed light on the distinguished features of this dictionary keeping in view the tradition and history of Urdu dictionaries.

Novel is an important kind of Urdu literature.The word novel is of italian language which means,new,or strange.In liiterary language, a novel can be described as: It is long sustaining story where primary focus is human life and issues and related to this life.The novel presents these isssues and incidentsin an embitthed way.The birth of the novel was taken place nearly one and half century ago.During this era where some exceptional creative work was done in novel,there criticism on novel never stood second to anyone.Till the end of ninteen century there was a numbers of books piled up on novel,and is still moving on.The critics onnovel, have discussed the style and the theme of the novel quite successfully.The chain of criticism was started with the critisim on Ahsan Faroqi and still going on.Udru novels is critically and throughly studied then one will find out different temprements and trends among urdu novel crtics.The critics have added in the treasure according to there temprament and ability. The essay with through lights on few books and essays,(published in different journals) on criticism of urdu novels.

He has been the great admirer of the Prophet’s faith, knowledge, preciosity and courage. Iqbal is against tyranny and subjugation and he encourages the Muslim nations to break the chains of enslavement and raise their voices against tyranny and subjugation as the Prophet did. The present article revisits and attempts to offer a detailed analysis of these subjects in the poetry of Iqbal.

Daud Rahber (1926 - 5 October 2013) was a scholar of comparative religions, Arabic, Persian, Urdu literature and Indian classical music. Rahber is regarded as accomplished essayist, poet, composer, translator, philosopher, contributer to Inter civilization dialogue, musicologist, drummer, singer and guitarist. In 1949, he left Pakistan for Cambridge University where he got his Ph.D. He served as a teacher at reputable Universities in Canada and Turkey. His love for poetry and music can never be subsided. In 1968, he became a member of the faculty of Boston University where he taught comparative religions for 23 years. He retired in 1991 and settled in Florida. In rich tradition of Urdu poetry, Daud Rahber's comprehensive 'kulliyat' and 'Baqiyat' show an amazing breadth of content. His diction includes words from Hindi, Arabic, Persian and Urdu, all assimilated into flawless, rhythmic phrases. He is sensitive to the human conditions and always sees the infinite in the infinitesimal. His poetry is a colourful canvas portraying all around him.
