In this paper, some lower and upper bounds on the covering radius of codes over the nite non chain ring A = F4 + vF4; v2 = v with respect to Bachoc weight is given. The aim of this paper is applying the linguistic term and linguistic variables to picture fuzzy information. In this article the multiple attribute group decision making is considered. First we develop the picture linguistic averaging aggregation operators based on new operation on picture fuzzy information. For the (MCGDM) problems with picture linguistic information, we define a score index and accuracy index of (PLNs), and prefer a technique to the correlation among the two (PLNs). Simultaneously, some operation laws for (PLNs) are defined and the related properties are studied. Further, some aggregation operators are developed: picture linguistic weighted averaging (PLWA), picture linguistic ordered weighted averaging (PLOWA), picture linguistic hybrid averaging (PLHA) operators

In this article the concept of lattice ordered double framed soft semirings are introduced and establish some results with examples by using basic operations like union, intersection, "AND" product, "OR" product, restricted union, restricted intersection. Furthermore, lattice ordered double framed soft ideals and lattice ordered idealistic double framed soft semirings are also given with some related examples.

In this paper we introduce the notion of (λ, µ)−fuzzy ideals and (λ, µ)−fuzzy interior ideals of ordered Γ−semiring, for all λ, µ ∈ [0, 1] such that λ < µ. We characterize the regular ordered Γ−semiring and the simple ordered Γ−semiring in terms of (λ, µ)−fuzzy interior ideals.

In this article we introduce the concept of complex neutrosophıc subgroups (normal subgroups). We define the notion of alpha-cut of complex neutrosophıc set, give examples and study some of its related results. We also define the Cartesian product of complex neutrosophic subgroups. Furthermore, we introduce the concept of image and preimage of complex neutrosophic set and prove some of its properties.

This paper presents a general method of constructing a complete set of Mutually Orthogonal Latin Squares (MOLS) of the order of any prime, via the use of generating functions dened on the nite eld of this order. Apart from using the generating function to get a complete set of Mutually Orthogonal Latin Squares, the studies of the generating functions opens up the possibility of getting at the deep structural properties of MOLS. Copious examples were given for detailed illustrations.

Lattices, soft sets, fuzzy sets and their generalizations have always been important for Mathematicians and the researchers working on uncertaities. In this paper our aim is to introduce the concept of lattice ordered intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. After introducing extended union, extended intersection,  AND-product, OR-product, basic union, basic intersection of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, in this paper the affects of lattice ordered intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets and anti-lattice ordered intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets on restricted union, restricted intersection, extended union, extended intersection,AND-product, OR-product, basic union, basic intersection of intuitionistic fuzzy sets are discussed. Further a decision making problem is solved by using these concepts.

In this paper, we introduce the notions of (∈, ∈∨q_δ^k)-fuzzy subnear-ring and (∈, ∈∨q_δ^k)-fuzzy ideal of a near-ring which are generalization of (∈, ∈∨q_k)-fuzzy subnear-ring and (∈, ∈∨q_k)-fuzzy ideal respectively. We provide the characterizations of (∈, ∈∨q_δ^k)-fuzzy subnear-ring (resp. ideal) of a near-ring and deal with some related properties. Further, we introduce the notion of ∈∨q_δ^k-level subset of a fuzzy subset and obtain some related results.

Let \(B \) be a Galois extension of \(B^G \) with Galois group \(G \) such that \(B^G \) is a separable \(C^G \)-algebra where \(C \) is the center of \(B \). Then, for a subgroup \(H \) of \(G \), \(B\supset B^H \) is a Hirata separable Galois extension with Galois group \(H\) if and only if \(H\subset K \) where \(K=\{g\in G\,|\,g(c)=c \) for each \(c\in C\} \). Moreover, for \(H\not\subset K \) and \(H\cap K\not=\{e\} \), it is shown that \(B^{H\cap K}\supset B^H \) is the unique minimal Galois extension with Galois group \(H/H\cap K\) in \(B\supset B^H \) such that \(B\supset B^{H\cap K} \) is a Hirata separable Galois extension with Galois group \({H\cap K}\).

Theory of soft sets proposed by Molodtsov as a general framework for reasoning about vague concepts is a powerful mathematical tool for modelling various types of uncertainties. In this paper, we introduce the notions of intersectional soft subsemihypergroup, intersectional soft left (lateral, right) hyperideal of ordered ternary semihypergroups and related properties are investigated. We present characterizations of right weakly regular ordered ternary semihypergroups by means of intersectional hyperideals.
