This study aims to determine how much influence the use of liquid organic fertilizers and group dynamics has on the success of soybean farming. This research was conducted in Cibitung Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency with the consideration that the soybean plantation area is quite large and is part of a farmer group. The research was started in August 2017 until October 2017. The method used in this research is quantitative method by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. As the research object, namely soybean farmers who use liquid organic fertilizers who are in a farmer group in Cibitung District. The results of the research were analyzed by means of validation tests and reabilitation tests which were further analyzed using path analysis techniques. Partially the results showed that there was a significant effect of using liquid organic fertilizers by 25.2% and group dynamics by 26.5% on the success of soybean farming. While simultaneously the effect of both of them on the success of soybean farming was 51.7%, and the remaining 48.3% came from other variables that were not studied

This research was conducted to analyze the level of income and efficiency of rice farming in the Wargi Saluyu farmer group, Ciparay Village. The rice varieties that are the focus of this research are the Ciherang variety. The method used in this research is the case study method. With the concept of farming and farm acceptance and income. So this research uses income analysis and R / C ratio analysis (Return Ana Cost Ratio), namely the comparison analysis and farm acceptance. The data used in the study were obtained from direct interviews with farmers who are members of the Wargi Saluyu farmer group in Ciparay Village and added with other supporting data that can support from literature and literature studies. The results of this study indicate the Ciherang variety rice farming in Ciparay Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency has a total cost of IDR 17,379,500.00 per hectare and revenue of IDR 34,742,000.00 per hectare which generates an income of IDR 17,362,500.00 per hectare. in one growing season. And the R / C ratio of Ciherang variety rice farming in Ciparay Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency is 1.9, which means that ciherang variety of rice farming in Ciparay Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency is profitable or feasible to be cultivated

Social and Economic Factors Affecting Participation of Members of the Red Ginger Farmer's Group (Zingiber officinale). The research was conducted in the Fardurawat Farming Women Group, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine: 1). Social factors influence the participation of female farmer group members. 2). Economic factors influence the participation of women farmer group members. and 3). Social and economic factors affect the participation of women farmer group members. The method used in this research is the survey method and the unit of analysis is a member of the group of women farmers in Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency and using a sampling technique with the respondent withdrawal technique used in this study is a complete enumeration (census) with a total of 50 respondents. . The collected data were analyzed using path analysis, analytics were adjusted according to the results of hypothesis testing. The results of the study provide the following results: 1) Social factors have an effect on the participation of KWT members, thus social factors have a direct effect of 47.88% and the influence through a correlative relationship with economic factors is 15.21% so that the total effect of social factors on KWT member participation is 63, 09%. 2) Economic factors affect the participation of KWT members. Economic factors have a direct effect of 69.2% and the effect through a correlative relationship with social factors is 15.21%, so that the total effect of economic factors on KWT member participation is 22.13%. 3) Social factors and economic factors simultaneously have a significant effect on KWT member participation by 85.22%. The remaining 14.78% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study analyzes the Marketing Mix Performance of the collectors in increasing the competitiveness and sales turnover of Gedong Gincu mango. The formulation of the problem is how the performance of the collectors' marketing mix in increasing marketing competitiveness, and the sales turnover of the Gedong Gincu mango and the distribution of the Gedong Gincu mango marketing margin. This research uses descriptive survey methods (descriptive survey method) and explanatory (explanatory research). By using data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in the AMOS 23 program and Marketing Margins. The high costs in the harvest and post-harvest phases have encouraged farmers to sell in bulk or slash to collectors, resulting in overexploitation of mango trees. Efforts to bridge these two problems are pursued by marketing cooperation and coaching carried out between farmers through farmer groups, PT Indofresh and the Department of Agriculture of Majalengka Regency. In general, the concept and direction of cooperation can be used as a program to accommodate the problems faced by farmers so far, so that technically this pattern can be developed in other mango commodities. Marketing mix performance on sales turnover. This shows that the willingness of collectors to implement the performance of the marketing mix will have an impact on the ability of collectors to compete with other collectors to export. The results of this research are marketing the gedong gincu mango in Panyingkiran District with the second channel with a total cost of Rp. 1,527,087 and a profit of Rp. 12,000 per kg, and resulting in a total margin of Rp. 1,515,087 from the second channel. Marketing of Gedong Gincu mango with the fourth channel. Total cost Rp. 4,656,562 with a profit of Rp. 123,750 per kg, resulting in a total margin of Rp. 4,532,812

This study aims to determine the effect of variable capital, land area and labor variables on rice farming income. The sample studied was 115 respondents in Haurwangi District, Cianjur Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method, with the rice farmer analysis unit, taking samples from the entire population by means of a questionnaire as a means of collecting basic data. The definition of survey here is limited to the definition of a census sample survey to obtain the necessary information and collected from all populations in the research location. The analysis design used is multiple regression linear analysis. The data obtained were processed using SPSS version 21 For Windows. The results showed that: 1) Multiple regression, simultaneously the variables of capital and labor to income have a significant effect. Income is influenced by capital and labor by 99.9%, while the remaining 0.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Partially the capital variable and the labor variable affect the income of rice farming. The β values for the capital variable and the labor variable are 1.178 and 66.178.541, respectively. Shows that there is a real relationship between the independent and dependent variables; 2) Land area variable because it does not have a significant effect on farm income, the calculation is excluded.
