В предложенной статье рассматривается роль цифровых технологий как фактора, влияющего на экономический рост не в меньшей степени, чем традиционные факторы - капитал и труд. В этой связи появились и расширяются исследования, связанные с феноменом «цифровые технологии»». Все это ставит перед любым государством задачу информатизации экономики, поскольку успешное ее решение становится одним из решающих условий роста конкурентоспособности страны. Основные мероприятия программных документов сводятся к приоритетному решению задачи информатизации макроуровня системы государственного управления экономикой. И в меньшей степени внимание уделяется аналогичным задачам на микроуровне экономики, к которому относятся, прежде всего, производственные предприятия, являющиеся главным звеном экономики.
The proposed article is concerned with the role of digital technologies as a factor influencing economic growth no less than traditional factors - capital and labor. In this regard emerged and expanded research related to the phenomenon of "digital technologies". All this poses the task of informatization of the economy for any state, since its successful solution becomes one of the decisive conditions for the growth of the country's competitiveness. The main activities of the program documents are resolved into the priority solution of the problem of informatization of the macro-level of the system of state management of the economy. And to a lesser extent, attention is paid to similar tasks at the microlevel of the economy, which include, first of all, manufacturing enterprises, which are the main link in the economy.
