Today, the rapid development of urban areas has led to the explosion of data volumes in land use change. The present development of infrastructure and housing has caused many difficulties in urban management, especially information of street name and house number. Therefore, the management and provision of information of street name and house number in a scientific and effective way is an urgent demand for all agencies, organizations and individuals in our society. Geographic information system (GIS) is developing increasingly and continuously and applied in many fields; QGIS is a new open source code software with many features, considered as one of the most powerful tools in designing and analysizing spatial database. Applying this software to manage database of name street and housing number will be better in managing construction and infrastructure development in urban areas which are suitable with the strategy of establishing smart city and e-government in our city and nation. The results of this study showed that the present and oriental organization of address built successfully a database of streets name, houses number and used Python programming language in developing the tool to manage and look up the information with functions such as look up, update and map interaction of Binh Tho ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City. The test results indicate that this tool is very useful in managing and searching information on street name, house number related to information on land parcels' information on cadastral base.

Group 1890 was a short-lived, but highly influential collective of Indian artists formed in 1962. It was composed of twelve members—Jeram Patel as secretary, Raghav Kaneria, M. Reddeppa Naidu, Ambadas, Rajesh Mehra, Gulam Mohammed Sheikh, Himmat Shah, S.G. Nikam, Eric Hubert Bowen, Jyoti Bhatt, Balkrishna Patel, and J. Swaminathan (the spokesperson and ideologue of the collective). The name of the group was taken from the house number of the private residence in which members had their first meeting. The collective had their first and last show in 1963 in New Delhi, inaugurated by then Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. The catalogue essay, "Surrounded by Infinity," was written by Octovio Paz, who was then the Mexican ambassador to India. The aesthetic impact made by Group 1890 in their "primitivist" use of materials and surfaces was soon co-opted by the indigenist art of the Madras/Cholamandal school and the so-called "Neo-tantric" painters. Since the artworks of Group 1890 have, for the most part, not been preserved or documented, it is on the level of the Group’s ideology that they have been recognized as historically significant; paradoxically, in the words of Octovio Paz, their ideology consists of "the deliberate absence of any ideological meaning."

When designing the database structure oriented to the contents of indicators presented in the documents and communications subject area. First, the method of abstraction is applied by expansion of the indices of new, artificially constructed abstract concepts. The use of abstract concepts allows to avoid registration of relations many-to-many. For this reason, when built using abstract concepts, demonstrate greater stability in the processes. The example abstract concepts to address structure – a unique house number. Second, the method of abstraction can be used in the transformation of concepts by omitting some attributes that are unnecessary for solving certain classes of problems. Data processing associated with the amended concepts is more simple without losing the possibility of solving the considered classes of problems. For example, the concept "street" loses the binding to the land. The content of the modified concept of "street" are only the relations of the houses to the declared name. For most accounting tasks and ensure communication is enough.

House number is one important city geocoding method, which has the most fundamental positioning role and also is the main information carrier in digital city construction. Because traditional house number system has faultiness and city spatial layout has changed a lot with urbanization process in china, house numbers are chaotic in many cities. It is very inconvenient for city management and information construction. It is urgent to reconstruct scientific house number system. First, the authors introduce the advantages and disadvantages of main domestic and foreign house number systems, analyzed the spatial characters of house number, and compared the merits and demerits of block geocoding and street geocoding method. Then, they point out that street is the appropriate spatial framework for house number system of our country. Next they analyzed the spatial localization characters of the house number geocoding within street framework, and pointed out the shortages of traditional serial number and distance number. Then, they put forward and elaborate the block segmenting method of house number. At last, on the assumption that each block has 100 numbers, the figures of block segmenting are displayed. The block segmenting method can ensure the robustness of house number system. It further strengthens the order and localization role of house number and realizes binding house numbers to street block segment. House numbers will not become chaos with the increases and decreases or changing hands of the buildings in the system.

Lithuanian Address Geocoding: Problems and SolutionsViktoras Paliulionis SummaryGeocoding is the process of converting of a textual description of a location into geographic coordinates. One of the most frequently used way to describe a place is its postal address that contains a city name, street name, house number and other address components. The paper deals with the problems of the geocoding of Lithuanian addresses. The main problems are variety of used address formats and possible typing and spelling errors. The paper describes the steps of the geocoding process and used algorithms. We propose a phonetic algorithm called LT-Soundex, adapted for the Lithuanian language and enabling to index addresses components by phonetic similarity and perform approximate address searching. It is used with Levenshtein distance for effective approximate address searching.;">

A recently introduced poinsettia cv. Freedom was evaluated during 1990 and 1991 for production of multi-branched plants in 10 and 15 cm pots and 25 cm baskets. In 1991 `Freedom' was compared to four cvs. for cutting production and rooting in a mist house. Number of usable cuttings (from 24 nodes on stock plants) was 21.1, 22.9, 25.2 and 25.8 for `Freedom', `Celebrate 2', `Supjibi' and `Glory', respectively. Root development of `Freedom' was better than `Celebrate 2' and equivalent to `Supjibi' and `Glory'. In 1990, `Freedom' exhibited bract color 35.8 days after initiation of short days and was marketable in 51.2 days. These dates were 9.1 and 8.1 days earlier than `Amy' and 16.4 and 14.7 days earlier than `Glory', respectively. Similar dates were recorded in 1991. `Freedom' plants were taller than `Amy', of a height similar to `Supjibi', and shorter than `Glory' following treatment with growth regulators. Post production studies indicated that leaf retention of `Freedom' was similar to `Glory' but less than `Supjibi' and `Lilo'. `Freedom' exhibited some bract necrosis, especially at high nutrition levels, but showed good potential as an early cultivar for Florida.
