AbstrakTim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup sudah memiliki draf roadmap pendidikan karakter. Draf yang sudahdimiliki hendak dikembangkan dalam modul-modul pelatihan pendidikan karakter untuk sekolah-sekolah yangbernaung di bawah Yayasan Kolose Santo Yusup. Untuk mewujudkan rencana ini, Tim Litbang Yayasan KoleseSanto Yusup mengajak kerjasama Tim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung yang sebelumnya sudah ikut mendampingipembuatan draf roadmap pendidikan karakter untuk ikut terlibat di dalam pembuatan modul. Selama enam bulanTim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung secara intensif melakukan pertemuan secara online bersama Tim LitbangYayasan Kolese Santo Yusup untuk mereview roadmap pendidikan karakter dan menyusun modul-modulpendidikan karakter. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Focus Group Discussion dan Workshop.Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Review roadmap pendidikan karakter yang sudahdisusun Tim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup, 2) Rancangan modul implementasi pendidikan karakter melaluimata pelajaran, 3) Rancangan modul implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Selainpendampingan, Tim Abdimas Universitas Ma Chung juga memberikan bantuan buku Modul Latihan KepemimpinanTingkat Dasar Metode Aksi Refleksi kepada anggota Tim Litbang Yayasan Kolese Santo Yusup sebagai contohuntuk pembuatan sebuah modul. AbstractThe Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation already has a roadmap ofcharacter education. This draft will be developed in order to issue character education training’s modules forschools under Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation. To realize this plan, The Research and Development Division ofKolese Santo Yusup Foundation collaborated with Universitas Ma Chung Community Service Team who hadpreviously accompanied the drafting of a character education’s roadmap to be involved in the module development.During six months collaboration, Universitas Ma Chung Community Service Team intensively held online meetingswith The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation to review the roadmap andcompile the modules. Focus Group Discussion and Workshop were applied as methods during the communityservice activities. The results obtained from this service activity are: 1) Review of the character education roadmaphas been managed by The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation, 2) The design ofthe module for the implementation of character education through subjects, 3) The design of the module for theimplementation of character education through extracurricular activities. Moreover, Ma Chung UniversityCommunity Service Team also provided a book of Basic Level of Leadership Training Modules and ReflectionAction Methods for members of The Research and Development Division of Kolese Santo Yusup Foundation asguidance for making a module.

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.

In this paper, we apply a core/periphery framework to an intraorganizational context to study the interplay between formal and informal core/periphery structures. Specifically, we consider how core positions occupied by inventors in the corporate research and development division of a large multinational high-tech company affect their ability to generate incremental innovations. We theorize and empirically observe that formal and informal core positions have positive and independent effects on the generation of incremental innovations. These effects have a multiplicative impact on innovative productivity when inventors who are core in the informal knowledge-sharing network are also affiliated with a core organizational unit. We also observe, however, that the positive effect of being located at the core of both the informal and formal structures is negatively moderated by individuals’ distribution of knowledge ties when these reach outside the core of their informal knowledge-sharing network.

Se presenta una revisión teórica de los estudios que se han realizado en fútbol desde el paradigma cognitivo. El artículo pretende argumentar la necesidad de distinguir bajo el paradigma cognitivo, dos líneas de trabajo diferentes ya que se pretende desarrollar la toma de conciencia en las acciones de juego. No es lo mismo enfocar un entrenamiento bajo las teorías del procesamiento de la información (perspectiva estructural-funcional), que bajo las teorías constructivistas (perspectiva funcional-estructural), centrando el interés en el conocimiento previo del jugador, el desarrollo evolutivo, la categoría y los distintos niveles de pensamiento. Por tanto se pretende bajo el paradigma cognitivo, teorías constructivistas, perspectiva funcional-estructural, dar respuesta a un modelo de aprendizaje en fútbol base eficaz, efectivo y eficiente, transferible a cualquier deporte de invasión.Abstract: A theoretical review was carried out in football under the cognitive paradigm. The article aims at demonstrating the need to distinguish two different lines of work under the cognitive paradigm as we try and develop awareness in game actions. It is very different to build a training through the framework of the theories of information processing (structural-functional perspective), or through constructivist theories (functional-structural perspective), which focus on players’ knowledge, development, division, and different levels of awareness. Thus, within the cognitive paradigm, constructivist theories, and functional-structural perspective, we intend to respond to an effective, efficacious, and efficient initiation-to-football training model, transferable to any invasion sport.

PT XYZ Indonesia, established in 1986, is a US-based oil and gas service company who providesservices from drilling and evaluation, to completion and production. As a service company with huge amount field projects, its Business Development division is a spearhead for the company’s growth. Over the years, the competition is getting tougher with many local companies, besides other new international service companies, are penetrating the Indonesia’s market. PT XYZ Indonesia have been utilizing the same procedure and process map to develop its business strategy, win tenders, execute field projects, and ultimately expand its operation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the current process of tender creation; identify the challenges the company has been having to win more projects, and eventually provide an improvement to the current-state map. The qualitative research was done by having field observations, conducting interviews, and analyzing secondary data, to reveal the issues at hand. The results show that PT XYZ Indonesia, especially its Business Development division, is not utilizing its resources to full capacity by not managing it efficiently – especially in forms of administration and workforce. In conclusion, a set of recommendations to improve the tender creating process specifically, and its Business Development strategy generally, were formulated.

The purpose of this study is to determine the accountability in terms of planning, management, and accountability of village funds in Panggungharjo Village, Sewon District, Bantul Regency. In addition, it is also to find out the development and empowerment of potential communities in Panggungharjo Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study through methods of data collection, data reduction and data presentation. Village fund planning is carried out together with the APBDes report and submission of the RAPDes from the village to the district. Management is carried out through meetings between the village head, village secretary, financial division, and development division. The accountability of village fund management is submitted with the APBDes report by the Village Head to the District Head. It then is forwarded from the District Head to the Head Regency of Bantul based on the existed regulation. Developing the potency of the community in Panggungharjo Village includes the establishment of activity units such as BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Bapel JSM, SADEPA, Bumi Panggung and Pakarti.
