Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 states that higher education is part of the national educa- tion system that has a strategic role in educating the nation’s life and advancing science and technology by paying attention to and applying humanities values as well as the sustainable culture and empowerment of the Indonesian nation. The research objective was to examine the role of students as agents of change in sustainable livestock far- ming development. The research variables consisted of students as academicians and 5 dimensions of sustainable livestock development (ecological, economical, socio-cultural, institutions, and technological). The research was conducted using a digital survey method with a likert scale questionnaire +1 to +5 using the google form feature. Respondents are students of the Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jember. Data were analyzed partially using simple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results showed that the role of students had a positive and significant effect on the ecological, the economical, the social-cultural, the institutional, and the technological. The conclusion of the research shows that students have a role as agents of change in sustainable livestock farming development. Research recommendations regarding the role of students in supporting sustainable livestock farming development deserve attention of stakeholders, moreover, this role can be implemented with the support of the independent learning curriculum according to the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 of 2020 concerning the Policy of Free Learning.

Using of automated information systems in the field of geolocation data processing increases the control and management efficiency of freight and passenger traffic. The article presents the results of design and software implementation of the automated information system that allows monitoring of GPS tracking data in real time, build routes and set control points for it, generate system messages about the status of vehicles on the route and generate reporting information on the base of user requests. The design of the system architecture and interface was carried out on the basis of developed object and functional data domain models, which take into account its structural and functional features. The microservice approach principles were applied during the developing of the system architecture. The system software is a set of independent services that work in their own process, implement a certain business logic algorithm and communicate with other services through the HTTP protocol. The set of the system software services consists of: a service for working with GPS data, a service for implementing geolocation data processing functions, and a web application service. The main algorithms of the developed system services and their functional features are described in the work. Article’s figures graphically describe developed system site map and system typical Web forms. This data displays the composition of web pages, paths between them and shows the user interface. The design of the user interface was carried out taking into account quality requirements of user graphical web interfaces.

This study was aimed at investigating ways to ensure the adaptivity of Moodle courses to improve the efficiency of the educational process. As the main re-search method, the survey was used to study the issues of ensuring the adaptivity of eLearning in Moodle. Besides, within the current work, the method of achiev-ing the course adaptivity was combined with a personalized approach proposed by Limongelli et al. It was revealed that most study participants have difficulties with self-learning and perceiving educational material through audio records (36.4% and 36.4%, respectively). The development of the model for adaptive eLearning in Moodle was based on the use of the personalization approach, which provides an automatic adjustment of educational content according to stu-dents’ knowledge and way of learning. The adaptivity of eLearning courses is necessary for the successful implementation of online training in today’s educa-tion system. Prospects for the practical use of the research results lie in the possi-bility of an international exchange of experience concerning Moodle courses’ adaptivity.

At present, the problem of ensuring the necessary level of state aviation flights safety in terms of hu-man and organizational factors is very urgent. Despite the ongoing measures aimed at expanding and strengthening control over the processes of aviation activity, flight incidents caused by insufficient reli-ability of personnel work and organizational errors continue to occupy leading positions. There is an in-sufficient efficiency of the flight safety management system to identify hazardous factors in their latent stage, which is necessary for the early prevention of accidents. The difficulty of timely identification of the aviation system dangerous states associated with these factors is due to the need to account, corre-late and analyze data of a very large dimension and multifacetedness. According to the authors, a suc-cessful solution to this problem is possible through the use of automated processing and cognitive com-bination of large heterogeneous information arrays based on centralized electronic systems for collect-ing, information and analytical processing and storage of information about the functioning of the avia-tion system, identified abnormal and dangerous conditions, and incidents that have already occurred. The article presents the concept of creating a promising automated flight safety management system for state aviation. The proposed system will make it possible to implement the principle of proactive detec-tion and prevention of hazardous factors and risks for flight safety, taking into account human and or-ganizational factors, based on the implementation of processes for centralized collection, generalization and analysis of big data on the state of the aviation system. Topical scientific tasks for the creation of a methodological basis for the development of special software for such an automated system have been formulated.

The article deals with the specific features of the evolution of the Mongolian educa-tion system in 1920–1930s, in particular development of the secular education from scratch with the help and support of the USSR. We have considered the principles of the Soviet educational system, which formed the basis of the educational system of the Mongolian People’s Republic. Based on archival materials we have revealed the main aspects of the Soviet-Mongolian cooperation in the field of education during the period under study, and analyzed the issues of training the national personnel in the leading educational institutions of the USSR.

The work attempts to consider a separate interlinguistic function in the language function system, which is focused on language contacts, resulting in interference of language systems. The lexical borrowing material in Russian language examines the types of language changes that are manifested in language interaction. It is found that the impact of one language system on another is largely manifested in one-directional language changes. The interlinguistic function of neologisms manifests itself in the form of convergence, reflecting the convergence of two or more linguistic facts. A number of borrowings from the English language with a combination of sounds [ДЖ], Japanese sounds (Ж and С) are considered to adapt foreign-language words to the articula-tion system of the Russian language. It is substantiated that modern language changes are due to the brought-up cultural determinism of borrowing, which makes it possible to consider language an element in the culture system, and the important factor is the understanding that language is not only a system of systems, but also a system of signs. The results of scientific and technological advances are contributed to the openness of the language function system and new functions.

The article discusses the modeling of a fuzzy-logical system of regulation of the process of drying of raw cotton. The tasks of overcoming uncertainties arising in the process of operation of technological units at the enterprises of the cotton-cleaning industry are presented. An example of solving such a problem by using an artificial neural network is given. Mathematical models based on the neural network have been developed that are used to formalize the process of drying raw cotton and determine the optimal tuned parameters of the fuzzy-logical PID controller, allowing the fate of changing the operating modes of the technological units of the drying drum. A method for determining the number of synoptic weights of artificial neural networks is proposed, which minimizes the number of trainings and increases the speed of management decisions. To train the neural network weights use the reverse spreading error method. The range of variation of the regulator parameter is justified, taking into account the features of the cotton drying process. As a result, the proposed model was used in the control system of the drying process in terms of quality indicators, which led to an increase in the accuracy of the technological process.

A Knowledge-Based Expert System (KBES) which will aid diagnosis of plant faults within Silicate Glass Plant domain was developed. Knowledge was elicited using a combination of techniques (protocol-generation, teach and teach back, protocol analysis techniques) and root cause failure analy-sis was used to identify primary cause of fault as they were presented by the domain experts. The elicited knowledge were structured and coded in form of rules using C Language Integrated Produc-tion System „CLIPS SHELL‟. The KBES developed comprised a main system and four sub-systems with utility files. Performance evaluation was carried out on the KBES for consistency and exactness. Field tests were conducted and the data acquired were analyzed using some maintenance parame-ters. Results obtained when the KBES was used in the plant‟s faults diagnosis compared with when it was not used showed that with expert system in use, an average reduction in plant downtime of 36.62% was obtained for field test carried out. Also, 24.28% and 34.03% were obtained for average increase in Plant Availability and Total Plant Maintenance Productivity respectively.
