Winning the Top 500 World Brands in 2018, Tesla is working hard to cover a variety of categories including high-end sports cars and luxury cars. As a leader in the "new car movement", Tesla from Silicon Valley is committed to building cars with IT concepts, and it is not a traditional car manufacturer's thinking represented by Detroit. This paper undertakes a full marketing audit to evaluate Tesla’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to many other car manufacturers using PEST, SWOT and USP models. Based on the above issues, the business process of external supply chain management is proposed: information-technology outreach, upstream management of docking, overall coordination and co-existence, and analysis of node elements and evaluation schemes are feasible. Besides, the recent accidents regarding the brake caliper bolts failure, battery charging, and pilot driving are also mentioned in this review. Corresponding recommendations are also provided for the improvement of moral images in the end.

Concepts of IT governance has expanded to improve IT-business alignment under today’s business environment and prospects. This paper contributes to empirically knowledge of IT governance practices in Japanese organizations based on survey data gathered from 101 corporations, including large, medium, and small companies. The findings of the ordinal regression analyses in this study indicate that IT governance is associated with Strategic Alignment, Performance Measurement and Value Delivery, while Risk Management and Resource Management have positive but no significance association with IT governance.

In this paper I present the specific issues of contemporary abstract art, which negated the classic mimetic categories of resemblance and original (originary), but nevertheless does not lack any reference (Goodman). I focus on the questions of the beginning, history and evolution as well as the contemporary genres of abstract art (Kandinsky, Malevich, Reinhardt and others), trying to show that the answers to the questions very often take form of panaesthetic and universal statements (“everything”) or exclusionary negations (“nothing”). Describing the contemporary abstract art I base on two — characteristic to it — concepts of anti-purism (a critic of so called “pure art”) and the strategy of object oversizing (“size matters”).

Literary translation is essentially a creative process of rewriting. The translator is the author of the translation text, even if he is not the author of the original text. A translation is never a clone of the original. In translating, we do not say the same thing differently, we say something else differently, as Henri Meschonnic put it. Concepts borrowed from the field of history of translation, like historicism, passive retranslation and active retranslation are used to go against those who still erroneously think that the meaning of a literary text lies only in its words, and claim that “we translate words because there is nothing else to translate”. Against this linguistic and literary approach, the poetics approach takes into account the fact that, between the author and the reader, the translator is an active and creative agent in the process. Translating is always a “ménage à trois”.

Ubiquitous Computing concept conceived by 'Mark Weiser' along with 'WEB 2.0' paradigm of present and ‘WEB Squared' of early future as described by 'Tim Oreille' [19,25] has made computing a common place occurrence which in twentieth century was considered a specialized job. Entire archetype of today's computing rests on growing technical strength of data processing and communicating techniques. Further, arrival of technical standards, which are essentialities for present Object Oriented Design (OOD) practices helped fast paced scientific advancement leading to nomadic and ubiquitous computing. Technology evolution around WEB 1.0 & 2.0 paradigms are follow ups of these developments. Abstraction and encapsulation of technical details in accordance with OOD allows usages of tricky devices without knowing complex intricacies. This has encouraged general participation in computing that changed face of social systems. As data processing and disseminating techniques are shifting from manual to digital form with agility and flexibility as constant value additions, digital social interactions leads to 'Social IT' concepts [1, 5, 17, 23].
