Women's representation is indispensable in the policy making process related to women's interests and needs. Kulon Progo Regency is the only regency in DIY Province that has increased the number of female candidates elected in the 2019 legislative elections. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence women's elections in Kulon Progo Regency in the 2019 legislative elections. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection is done by documentation and interview techniques. The results showed that there had been an increase in the selection of female candidates by 2.5% compared to the 2014 legislative elections. Factors supporting women's electability: family support, social skills, education and political experience, support from political parties, and solidity of the success team. Inhibiting factors for women's electability: competition with incumbents, lack of education and political experience, open proportional electoral systems, limited funds, and limited campaign time.

GNSS campaign measurements are often used for also volcano monitoring. The most important reason for this is that the permanent stations near the volcano are costly and likely to be damaged after the eruption. Often, even campaign measurements are risky near an active volcano. On the other hand, it would be low risky and low costly to make campaign measurements distant from volcano activities and eruptions. In this study, in order to expound the analysis results, we constituted our global test area using five IGS stations around five active volcano eruptions over 2019 via the Smithsonian Institute Global Volcanism Program. The data archives of the International GNSS service (IGS) and the time series of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) were used for the purpose. And then we decimated the continuous data down to monthly and four monthly sampled GPS campaign time series. We also generated random values of ±3 mm for possible antenna setup errors. We tested whether the velocities obtained from monthly and four monthly solutions differ significantly from the velocities derived from daily solutions. As a result, we concluded on monthly velocities that horizontal components are compatible completely and 80% of the vertical components are compatible. We also concluded on four monthly velocities that 65% of the horizontal components are compatible and vertical components are compatible completely. We explained the utilization of campaign measurements in volcano monitoring by examining the effect of the distance between the stations and volcanoes on the results obtained.

Keywords: Volcano Monitoring, GNSS Campaign Measurements.

In the campaign period of regional heads election, fraud can occur, such as money politics, blaming campaign facilities, campaign time violations, and black campaign. This study implemented a secure SMS application for election fraud complaints as a tool for the society to report all forms of election fraud that have occurred to the election supervisory department safely. The RSA algorithm was applied to encrypt the messages for sender privacy protection. The application was able to perform the message randomization function properly with a 10.44% avalanche effect. Brute force attack using a 16-bit key length needs 3.7 milliseconds for each try to find 32.768 possible private keys.

The article continues the work connected with the construction (restoration) of the chronological system of the Scythian archaic period according to archaeological data. The composition of the accompanying equipment of the barrow «Repyahovataya Grave», which includes items with static dates (mirrors with a side handle, dating no earlier than the second quarter of the 6th century BC — imitation of «Corinthian» forms that appeared in Greece within the specified time), allowed considering it as a chronoindicator for the monuments of the early Scythian period. The erection of the barrow «Repyahovataya Grave» does not go beyond the second quarter — the middle of the 6th century BC, which connects it with the return of Scythian army of King Madia from the campaign to the Near East. The similarity of the accompanying equipment of the «Repyahovatoy Graves» and Kelermes (nine categories) showed that Kelermes also refers to «post-campaign» time and dates not earlier than the last decade of the first quarter of the 6th century BC taking to account the distance of the monuments from each other. The proximity of materials from the tombs of the barrow «Repyahovataya Mogila» and the mound 407 near the village of Zhurovka / Zhuravka is established by the presence of horse equipment, stone dishes, scoops, knives, temple rings and beads. Comparison of the data allows us to date the mound 407 in the village of Zhurovka / Zhuravka within the second quarter of the 6th century BC and assume that these monuments, considering Kelermes too, were abandoned by representatives of the Scythian community, which quickly advanced from the North Caucasus in a western direction at the turn of the first and second quarters of the 6th century BC.

Collectively bargained language concerning union organizing has become increasingly common. Typically included in such language is the employer's agreement to remain neutral in the organizing process, or to recognize unions based on card checks by neutral third parties (as an alternative to NLRB elections), or both. The authors examine the content of and organizing experience under 118 separate written agreements of this kind. They find strong evidence that card check agreements reduced management campaigning, as well as the use of illegal tactics such as discharges and promises of benefits, and also substantially increased the union recognition rate. Neutrality alone apparently had much less effect, but agreements containing only neutrality provisions have sometimes led to card check agreements. Two less common provisions of organizing agreements that appear to have increased organizing success were campaign time limits and requirements that employers provide unions with employee lists.
