Abstract The techno-economical parameter must be considered during the decision-making stage of project development. In Gattar, results of column leaching indicate that 21.2 and 32g of acid are consumed using an acid concentration of 20 and 40g/l respectively to have a 1% increase in the uranium leachability. Also, 1.0 and 1.8 l solutions using 0.1:1 and 0.2:1 sprinkling intensities are consumed respectively to have a 1% increase in the uranium leachability during the column leaching period. The vat leaching indicates that the 4.1m3 solution and 88kg acid are consumed to have a 1% increase in the uranium leachability after 90 days.

Optimization is a continuous work in oil and gas operation in every section by maximizing the profit and minimizing cost. One of the sections that can be optimized is production system, starting from the wellbore to separator through pipeline network. Simulation are made and conducted from reservoir to separator to see the pressure distribution along the pipeline with various diameter. The result will be subject to be optimized by putting pipeline cost into account. The simulation result shows that at some point, increasing in diameter has a good effect to the revenue thanks to the increasing production rate, but it also shows that the increasing diameter in all section is not always the best scenario due to high cost. Benefit-to-cost ratio is chosen to be the economical parameter to find the best diameter configuration.

Tittle: Supply and Demand Curve of The Inland Fishery Product in Sumatera South ProvinceThis reseach aimed to know equilibrium of supply and demand of both curve inland fisheries resource in South Sumatera. Biological and economical parameter are used to estimated a supply curve, and regression method is used to estimate demand curve. Result showed that exploitation rate of inland fisheries resource at MSY are 85.55% of harvest and 82,32% of effort. Backward bending supply curve happened at 44,004 ton of harvest and Rp. 2,350 of price per kg. Supply and demand equilibrium happened at Rp. 5,200 of price per kg and 32,597 ton of harvest. This equilibrium happened at backward bending of supply curve. A continuing increase in production will level to unsustainable fishery production. Policy implycation could be addressed is the need for the management authority to increase fish production from aquaculture.

Fish resources contribute to the socio-economic development for people who live surrounding the waters. The fishermen of Ranau Lake, South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra Province and West Lampung Regency, Lampung Province are the prime stakeholder and direct interest in fish resources, because they depend on it for their livelihoods or they are directly involved in its exploitation in some ways. However, to well manage these resources, it needs data and information about fish utilization and fishing activity. The objectives of this work are to assess fishing activities such as the fishing craft and gears, catch composition, fish yield, catch per unit of effort (CPUE) and to estimate the fihermen income with economical parameter such as cost and price. Field surveys were conducted from February to November 2014. Fishing activities data were collected from field survey and interview. The results showed that fish resources utilization in Ranau Lake was categorized as traditional and small scale fisheries using different selective fishing gears such gillnet, harpoon, net trap and basket trap with the fish catch in average of 696.66 g/day; 205.03 g/day; 1.584.06 g/day and 123.67 g/day, respectively. Fisherman income (IDR 2,163,300) means the fishermen in Ranau Lake reach standard Indonesian welfare.

Starting with the seminal work of Klima & Bellugi (1966) and Bellugi (1967), young English-speaking children have been observed to pass through a stage at which their negative utterances differ from those of adults. Children initially use not or no, whereas adults use negative auxiliary verbs (don't, can't, etc.). To explain the observed mismatches between child and adult language, the present study adopts Zeijlstra's (2004, 2007, 2008a, b) Negative Concord Parameter, which divides languages according to whether they interpret negation directly in the semantics with an adverb, or license it in the syntactic component, in which case the negative marker is a head and the language is a negative concord language. Our proposal is that children first hypothesize that negation is expressed with an adverb, in keeping with the more economical parameter value. Because English is exceptional in having both an adverb and a head form of negation, children must also add a negative head (i.e. n't) to their grammar. This takes considerable time as the positive input that triggers syntactic negation and negative concord is absent in the input for standard English, and children must find alternative evidence. The Negative Concord Parameter accounts for an intricate longitudinal pattern of development in child English, as non-adult structures are eliminated and a new range of structures are licensed by the grammar.
