The Norwegian Clean Seas Association for Operating Companies (NOFO), conducts an annual oil-on-water exercise (OOW), which allows oil to be released to open waters. This exercise provides a precious opportunity for testing and validation of oil spill response technologies in a real spill situation. CSIRO was invited by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET) to join the 2019 NOFO OOW monitoring campaign and provide in situ measurement of oil in water with our CSIRO-developed monitoring equipment (the Oil Fish and the Water Column Profiler) to validate oil migration models. This is the first time an Australian organisation has participated in this internationally recognised field event. The monitoring campaign involved participation of researchers from eight organisations and the utilisation of over 10 different monitoring technologies. The present paper will present CSIRO field experience about participating in the exercise, the monitoring activities undertaken and results, and discusses the applicability of knowledge obtained to environmental and oil-exploration monitoring surveys in Australian waters.

Rules of name management in Hungarian library processes The paper describes the currently valid rules for recording proper nouns in Hungarian library cataloguing. For publications and manuscripts, the name types that must be recorded include, among others, authorship (name or organisational name), the place of publication (geographical name), personal and geographical names, and in the ‘about’ field event names and organisational names may be recorded. According to the rules of data processing, a distinction is made between description and classification, i.e. the name forms on the documents and the standardized name forms in descriptions. This latter type is regulated by Hungarian standards published between the end of the 1970s and the mid-1980s and a 2005 regulation. As these documents were made in the period of pre-computerized index cards, many libraries have created their own local rules for the present day. Technical development, the request for libraries to match their databases and the pos-sibilities of turning to foreign catalogues put emphasis on the need for updating Hungarian stan-dards and introducing so-called name spaces to ensure consistency.

ENGLISHCommunity Health Center in Jakenan has implemented a malnutrition prevention program but the number of malnutrition cases is still high. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of a malnutrition prevention program at the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) of Jakenan, Pati Regency. The research used qualitative approach. The focus of this research was on the aspects of input, process and output of the program. Data collection was conducted by using interview, field event observation and document-observation. Informants were selected through purposive sampling. This study results showed: Regarding the input aspect, Puskesmas Jakenan had lack of the number of nutrition officers. Meanwhile, the facilities, and infrastructures were sufficient. However, the funding for recovery program has not been sufficient yet. The program has been running but there were several obstacles, namely: 1) the lack of nutrition workers, 2) inadequate knowledge and skills of Integrated Health Care (Posyandu) cadres, 3) low awareness of the community regarding nutrition issues. The program output showed that many toddlers have not yet to improve their nutrition status due to congenital defect. The intervention of malnutrition can be focused on: (1) the addition of nutrition officers; (2) the quality improvement of Posyandu cadres through training; and (3) Intensification of the first 1000-day program.

Sports, the arts, and events are products in their own right, and when sponsored, they become marketing and communication platforms. The current research examines the role of event emotions on sponsor recall and intent to attend the event in the future. An important theoretical argument is that feeling to be part of an in-group, measured as in-group entitativity, moderates the relationship between emotions and outcomes of memory and intentions. To test our theoretical model, we surveyed attendees at a multiday international track and field event. A total of 282 individuals were surveyed, and 232 of these attendees qualified as audience members and were included in the analysis. Moderated regression analyses revealed that excitement, joy, boredom, and overall tone of the group atmosphere impact event outcomes for the sport and the sponsor, and furthermore, that in-group entitativity can function as an important moderator. Contributions to theory and practice are discussed.

An image analysis method is developed and applied to shadowgraph images of supersonic jet flow to measure shock front propagation angles at numerous interrogation points distributed throughout the quiescent region outside of the jet shear layer. These shock fronts manifest in acoustic measurements of jet noise as steepened temporal waveforms that have been linked to the perception of crackle. The analysis method uses the Radon transform to quantitatively determine a local shock front propagation angle at each point. The dataset of angles is subsequently used to determine the locations and convection velocities of the sources inside the jet shear layer. The results indicate that the shock-like waves emerge immediately from the jet shear layer and are created by the supersonic convection of coherent structures. The statistical distribution of convection velocities follows an extreme value distribution, indicating that the shock front emitting sources are maxima of the underlying turbulence. A noise reduction method known to reduce the convection velocities in the jet shear layer is applied to the jet to investigate the effect on the shock front emission. The shock front angles change in concert with the reduction in convection velocity giving further evidence that the source of crackle is a flow field event.
