The aim of the article is to provide a brief presentation and general review on the criticalness of technical support of the pharmaceutical collecting strategy to ensure the security and minimization of the microbial turn of events. The process validation in the manufacturing unit is highly important to verify the surety at each and every stage of production. The microbial danger to aseptically created things in pharmaceutical clean rooms can be reviewed by the use of significant conditions that model the dispersing, move and explanation of microbial contamination, and the usage of numerical characteristics or risk descriptors. This should be conceivable in two-stages, with the primary stage used to overview the trading of contamination from the whole of the sources inside the clean room suite and the resulting stage used to assess both air and surface contact pollution inside fundamental creation locales. These two systems can be used to assess and diminish microbial danger at the basic structure period of the clean room and related collecting processor, brilliantly, for a developed gathering movement. Along these lines, underwriting is a basic piece of value confirmation. This separates the need for pharmaceutical and underwriting, the different ways of thinking, methods, and steps to be checked during the gathering process.

In this work, superhydrophilic surfaces are obtained on LY12 aluminium alloy by irradiation of femtosecond (Fs). First, based on the theory of laser induced surface plasmon polariton, the formation mechanism of micro-nano structures is analyzed. Then the periodic change of the micro-nano structures with different wavelength and incident angle is calculated. According to the theoretical results, the structure period is 600 nm at the vertical incident and incident wavelength with 800 nm, and the experimental results agree with the theoretical results. Furthermore, two different kinds of postprocessing methods are employed to change the superhydrophilic surfaces to superhydrophobic surfaces. All the micro-nano structures are tested by scanning electron microscope (SEM), contact angle (CA) and Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR). By analyzing the function of the functional groups of C–H, C–F and C–O, the transition mechanism of the surface from superhydrophilicity to superhydrophobicity is also explored.

Pile breakwater is an effective type of breakwater to reduce wave energy. To find out the effectiveness of the structure of the pile breakwater can be carried out physical modeling experiments in the laboratory. The structure is tested based on the variation of gap between piles (rows)/Diameter (b/D), distance between piles (columns) / Diameter (B/D), arrangement of laying piles (N), and gap width between pile groups stake (G). Besides structure, period (T) and wave height (H) are also varied. This physical model test is carried out in a fume with regular wave at a depth of 60 cm. From the results of physical modeling it can be seen the value of the transmission coefficient (Kt) which is determined based on variations in the gap structure between the piles (rows) /Diameter (b/D), the arrangement of laying piles (N), and the width of the gap between the pile groups (G) which is used as a reference to determine the effectiveness of the pile breakwater structure. Physical modelling of the pile is the optimum value of the transmission coefficient (Kt) to reduce the waveform shown in the variation of the structure of the distance between the pile rows (b/D) 0.5, 58.1 cm Gap, and configuration of the pile structure N2 (three rows pile breakwater).Key Word: Breakwater, Pile Breakwater Structure, Transmission Coefficient (Kt)

The early-age concrete properties are the basis for structure nonlinear analyzed under construction structure period. But at present the study on early-age concrete is lagging behind which there is not suitabel theory. This paper takes early-age C20 concrete as an example to analysis the early-age concrete properties. According to the distribution characteristics of early-age C20 concrete experiment data in the octahedral stress space, using section function expression form, by the method of mathematical derivation and linear fitting, the failure criterion and the elastic yield criterion of early-age C20 concrete materials in the octahedral stress space are established. By comparison between failure criterion and elastic yield criterion of C20 concrete, the subsequent yield criterion could be derived based on the non-uniform isotropic strengthening criterion.
