The paper attempts to expose the basic concepts of informational privacy reflected in Western jurisprudence, as well as to outline the author's vision of the content and scope of informational privacy, to distinguish the relevant powers from which this right consists, to reveal its place and role from the standpoint of system-structural approach. It is noted that in the modern scientific literature, dedicated to ensuring the privacy and respect for his / her privacy, clearly distinguishes two main approaches to understanding the informational advantage - broad and narrow. Proponents of the narrow approach consider the primes solely in the informational aspect, and other constituents (physical, visual, phonetic privacy, etc.) tend to relate to the content of other fundamental rights. However, one group of authors interprets information privacy as the right of the person to control their personal data, while the second group considers it more rational and efficient to consider information pricing as the right of ownership of personal data. Attempting to unite both camps of supporters of a narrow interpretation of the information front is the Restricted Access / Limited Control (RALC) theory. Proponents of the broad-based approach view information primacy as important, but only one of the many substantive elements of constitutional law in favor. At the same time, the authors' exit beyond the information sphere when considering the content of the precedence can be considered progressive and more consistent with the essence of this right and its purpose in ensuring personal freedom and autonomy. In view of the author, revealing the content of the right to privacy, it should be borne in mind that the object of this right includes several areas (aspects), in each of which a person may be in different states of privacy, and the privacy itself has certain measurements. On this basis, information is regarded by the author as an element of the constitutional right of privacy, distinguished by the aspects of privacy and the form (method) of its objectification. Unlike other aspects of privacy, the informational aspect is detached from the physical body of the individual and exists independently, and relevant information continues to exist even after the death of the individual. Therefore, even the death of a person does not make sense of the information associated with that person, and sometimes even enhances its value and significance. It is noted that unlike other aspects of the case, information privacy has no states (such as loneliness, intimacy, anonymity, etc.); it merely provides information protection for such states and does not allow them to be disclosed without the consent of the entity itself.

Despite a lot of studies existing in the literature about TPACK, it is still not obvious how to do TPACK measurement. However, when the studies investigating measurements are reviewed, it is seen that measurements are considered in informational aspect, and applications are held in only TK aspect or limited in TPC and TCK components. In this study, it is aimed to examine the differences and relationships between measurement instruments by focusing on TPACK measurements. Another goal of the study is to give an insight on how TPACK measurements should be realized. In the research, 213 teachers from different fields working in Turkey have participated and study is designed in Descriptive Survey Model. Three different tools were used in order to collect data. The results showed a meaningful relationship between individuals’ statements tools, but no meaningful relationship between individuals’ statements and performance tools. As a result of the study, many measurement instruments which measure participants’ TPACK measurements have been concluded that they do not actually measure TPACK. Apart from that, it has been found out that the teachers have difficulty in providing technology integration in education and the most important reason of this situation is that the teachers cannot manage to put technological knowledge content into practice

The paper deals with the problem of identity in modern interpretations of the phenomenon in the context of postmodernism and metamodernism. In today’s information society, there is an increasing interest in issues related to the existence of man: the meaning of his life, freedom and responsibility, understanding of oneself as a subject of social action, etc. Among them, a special attention should be paid to the topic of identity of an individual as preserving oneself in the form of a semantic and value integrity throughout one’s own life.In recent years, a version of the crisis of identity as a deformation of its integrity has become popular. Social reality, which had previously formed a stable system of values and cultural traditions with its stability, has undergone profound changes. It became more dynamic, the informational aspect of its existence came out on top, the outlook on the value of family, marriage, career, profession, education and, ultimately, the meaning of the person himself has changed. They began to talk about him as a person without values, as a «leaving nature».In the concept of postmodernism, the problem of identity sounded through the theme of its crisis state as erosion of ideological and value orientations grounding on the fact that in the era of information globalism, a person loses his ethno-cultural certainty. He becomes a «citizen of the world», and therefore is open to the values and traditions of other cultures. This deforms one’s identity, blurs its integrity and reports a certain unpredictability of social acts and actions. The philosophical reflection of metamodernism, or post-postmodernism, turns the problem of identity into another plane. A new image of the world, created with the help of the World Wide Web, has formed a virtual reality as an information communication space. In this regard, the value of the subject of communication developed through the ability to build a productive dialogue with the community on the other side of the screen and the ability to adapt quickly to the changing information situation. These qualities were a condition for a person to realize his own value as a carrier of adequate self-perception in the system of information dialogue. They also became the basis for a new reading of the subject’s identity as a formed ability for information communication, the purpose of which is the productive nature of mutual understanding of the interacting parties. Thus, in the reflection of modern philosophizing, a new meaning, or rather, reformation of identity, appears as the correspondence of one’s communicative skills to the needs of today’s time.

AbstractSamsung recently introduced a new smartphone display with increased breaking resistance, which will probably be relevant for future cars as well. This example shows that subsystems, in general artefacts from former development processes can be relevant for subsequent projects. Their integration has to be planned, i.a. even before the original product is in the market and across branches. The research on supporting methods requires a suitable description model for this phenomenon. Research in design reuse and PGE – product generation engineering addresses this only partially yet. Design reuse focuses on the informational aspect, PGE refers primarily to reference products. This contribution aims at closing this gap as a basis for future research. Two case studies from industry projects by the authors and an example from foresight and product planning show the role of artefacts from former development processes in running projects. It is described which artefacts are used as a reference, why they are used and when. Based on these findings the authors propose the term “reference system” to depict the whole set of artefacts, which serves as a basis for every product development project.

Abstract: This text presents a quantitative and qualitative (formal) analysis for the problem of fronting of infinitives and participles in Old Portuguese. The adopted hypothesis is that this movement is a subcase of stylistic fronting. The attained results have confirmed the expected syntactic properties; as for the informational aspect, it is suggested that in some contexts there is focus marking, while in others there is the valuation of a formal feature, without implying a different interpretation. Finally, some implications for the proposal are discussed.

It is possible to breach a person’s privacy without disseminating any information about him or her. Surreptitiously videoing people in their homes or offices, relentlessly pursuing them for an interview or photograph, hacking their voicemail messages, or using a bugging device to record their conversations all interfere with this non-informational aspect of their privacy.
