The focus of this PKM are efforts to improve business management and home industry production quality in Demak Regency. Partners are home industry business actors with various market snacks products. Based on the situation analysis, partners have problems in production aspects and business management. Problems in production are limited tools, partners use manually production. The problem in marketing is the limited marketing reach, the product is only sold in one traditional market. The problem in financial aspect are that partners do not have financial books and records so that profits or losses cannot be detected properly. The solutions offered for problems in the production aspect are Machine facilitation and workshops for Mixing Dough and Making Frozen Food Products. Solutions for marketing aspects, namely training and workshops on making product variations and packaging. Solutions for financial aspects include training in simple bookkeeping and business financial management. All of the target solutions offered have been fulfilled by the PKM team to partners. The benefits that partners get from this community service program include: (1) Increased turnover, (2) Improved Machine Use Skills, (3) Improved Partner Understanding and Skills in Doing Simple Bookkeeping and separating family and business finances and (4) Expanding Marketing Reach

PKM Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Berbasis Komputer Di Kelurahan Gendongan Kecamatan Tingkir Kota Salatiga

The problems faced by UKM in the Gendongan Village, Tingkir District, Salatiga City include the financial aspect that the financial management system applied is still manual, making it less effective and efficient. Manual bookkeeping there is no separation between personal finance and business finance. The solution offered is to provide training in preparing financial reports using Microsoft Excel. The approach method used in this activity is training. The training activities carried out included training in making simple bookkeeping in theory and training in making financial reports using Microsoft Excel applications. The solution to solving problems related to the problems faced by partners is to provide training and assistance by conveying material on computer-based financial reporting techniques using the Excel application.

Uncovering Pet Issues: A Survey of Professionals Working With Older Adults and Care Partners

Pets can play an important role in older adults’ health behaviors and decisions. However, the degree to which these issues are encountered or addressed by professionals working with this population remains unknown. An interdisciplinary (e.g., healthcare, social services) sample of professionals (N=72, 93.05% female, Mage=48.82, SDage=12.57) completed an online survey focused on the pet ownership issues they have encountered while working with older adults, persons with dementia, and care partners. The professionals (n=66) estimated 42.86% of their clients had been pet owners, and 45.58% regularly asked their clients about pets. Issues raised to the professionals varied by type of client. Older adults most often brought up exercising the pet, routine veterinary care, and the financial aspect of ownership (all 37.50%). Persons with dementia most often discussed accessing pet care items (12.50%), exercising the pet (9.72%), and basic pet care (8.33%). Care partners brought up basic pet care (33.33%), planning for the pet due to their care recipients’ housing transition (26.38%), and exercising the pet (25.00%). Professionals reported talking to clients about planning for the pet due to housing transition, concerns about falling, and concerns about the pet’s behavior (all 31.94%). The professionals (n=69) were very favorable toward pet ownership in general (M=4.43, SD=0.78) (1=extremely unfavorable, 5=extremely favorable), less favorable about older adult pet ownership (M=4.15, SD=0.72, p=.002), and even less favorable about persons with dementia owning pets (M=3.51, SD=0.93, p<.001). The results provide evidence that pet ownership issues are likely encountered in geriatric service settings and may shape healthy aging.

Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan bagi UMKM "Kelompok Binaan Handayani Catering" di Tengah Covid 19

MSMEs are an economic driving sector that can contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy. One of the weaknesses of MSMEs is that they still lack knowledge and understanding of financial management, especially when coupled with the Covid-19 epidemic, MSMEs are experiencing various problems, so there needs to be strengthening of MSMEs through various skills so that MSMEs can survive during pandemics and post-pandemics. One of the business groups that is quite affected by Covid-19, is MSMEs engaged in the culinary or food sector, which are indicated to still have weaknesses in the financial aspect. Our MSME partners in community service are handayani catering assisted groups. The PKM team makes efforts to assist the assisted catering groups through mentoring, empowerment and capacity building activities in financial management, starting with providing financial records and bookkeeping as well as various ways to mitigate financial risk. The result of this activity was that the participants began to prepare financial reports and began to implement financial management, especially cash flow, which was previously less of a concern. Participants were greatly helped by the preparation of financial reports as an indicator of business sustainability and health.

Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja Koperasi Tani Duta Kartika Kencana dengan Pendekatan Balanced Scorecard

Balanced scorecard research is based on various theories and backgrounds in different places. The research was conducted at the Duta Kartika Kencana Farmer's Cooperative, which still performs traditional measurements, which only looks at the financial aspect so that it is not in accordance with the targets to be achieved by the cooperative. Performance measurement based on the balanced scorecard is the goal of this research, especially at the Duta Kartika Kencana Farmers Cooperative. This type of research is a case study. Descriptive and comparative analysis are data analysis techniques. Finance, customers, internal business processes as well as learning and growth into a balanced scorecard perspective. Based on the results of the measurement analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the performance of the Duta Kartika Kencana Farmers Cooperative as a whole is quite good, this is shown from the scores generated by each perspective. This study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze aspects of market, marketing and finance. For the market aspects, there are analyses of demand, supply and market forms. Pendampingan Pembuatan E-Marketplace dan Laporan Keuangan pada UP2K "Mulan" Khususnya Dasa Wisma "Mawar"

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat in partner with Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga (UP2K) “Mulan” which consists of Dasa Wisma “Mawar” in the Kelayan Dalam, Banjarmasin city. Mitra is a Dasa Wisma community that has members from women who have micro businesses. The home-based businesses that are carried out by the Dasa Wisma women are in the form of dry and wet food products, including Sago Tempe Chips, Rengginang, Banana Chips, Betel Nut, Porridge Bingka, Rolls, Cakes, Resoles And Pies. Product sales are still carried out conventionally, namely deposited at a souvenir center shop, sold directly in traditional markets or receiving orders from certain parties, there are no records or bookkeeping, the production process still uses simple tools. Based on the analysis of the situation, the problems faced by partners are the partner marketing aspect regarding the e-marketplace, the financial aspect related to financial reports, and the production aspect is still being done with household appliances.Thus, the solution offered to solve partner problems is to conduct e-commerce socialization & training along with the preparation of financial reports. The activity method begins with the preparation stage, then the implementation stage, and finally the mentoring and reporting stage which is planned to be completed within a period of 8 months. The results after implementing the program have been achieved, namely, business actors have increased understanding of the importance of e-commerce, especially online marketing and understanding finances. In addition, partners who previously did not have a Shopee and Tokopedia account after the training already have an account registered with Shopee and can be used in business activities. Next partners are given a cash book so they can record costs and sales.

Analisis Kinerja Koperasi Melalui Pemeringkatan Koperasi Berdasarkan Permenkop No. 21/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015

The rating is one of the performance assessments of cooperatives. To find out the ranking of the Multipurpose Joint Venture Cooperative in 2020 is the purpose of this study. The assessment is based on PERMENKOP and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 concerning Rating of Cooperatives. This research is evaluation research. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, the data sources in this study are primary and secondary. The subjects of this research are the administrators, supervisors, members of KSU Statuegilan. The object of this research is the ranking result of KSU Statuegilan. Collecting data using interview techniques, documentation and questionnaires. The assessment of KSU Sculpture uses ranking as an Evaluation Model. This study shows the results that: (I) In terms of the institutional aspect of the cooperative obtained a score of 720, (II) In terms of the business aspect, the cooperative obtained a score of 112.5 (III) In terms of the financial aspect of the cooperative obtained a score of 197.5, (IV) In terms of Aspects of the benefits of cooperatives to the community get a score of 11. From the accumulated results, a performance assessment score is obtained in terms of the five aspects that have been carried out, KSU Statuegilan obtained a score of 1,076. The score is in the range of scores of 1,000 to 1,200 so that KSU Statuegilan is included as a cooperative with "Berkualitas" qualifications with AAB predicate.

THE RISK OF COVID-19 SEVERITY IN PATIENTS WITH MS APPEARS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH IMMUNOTHERAPY

Immunomodulatory drugs are important to control disease activity in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). Anti-CD 20-therapy is one of such medications. In Sweden, extensive off label prescription of rituximab (RTX) in MS has been documented; it is presently prescribed for more than half of all treated MS patients. The rationale for the increasing prescription of RTX was previous data from phase II and observational studies supporting high efficacy and safety, in addi- tion to the financial aspect. We report national data on usage of disease modifying therapies in MS patients and risk of se- vere COVID-19 in association with RTX exposure within this group. The Swedish National MS Registry (SMSreg) aims to cover all patients with MS in the country, (n=approximately 18,000). After COVID-19 pandemic started in Sweden, a new section was established in it to register clinical and demo- graphic parameters in COVID-19-infected patients. Data presented in the current report were obtained from the SMSreg. A total of 85 out of approximately 6,000 RTX-treated Swedish MS patients had been hospitalized with COVID-19 (as re- ported from the SMSreg, June 16, 2021) and adjusted analyses showed a 2–3 fold increase in a risk (OR = 2.89; p = 0.001) of hospitalization for anti-CD20 treated patients. A change of praxis was introduced in Sweden in spring 2020, resulting in a ma- jority of patients receiving RTX infusions with extended intervals in order to reduce the risk of severe COVID-19 infection. Current Swedish registry data suggest that exposure to RTX in MS may affect the clinical outcome of COVID-19 infec- tion. These observations have rapidly impacted use of immunomodulatory drugs in Swedish MS patients.
