The paper presents effect of burnishing broaching process on the geometric structure of the steel tubes. Burnishing is a plastic surface treatment. Processing tools are hard and smooth surface. Burnishing elements of are ball, roll and disk. Burnishing be flat surfaces, and cylindrical shape. Burnished surfaces are cylindrical outer and inner. Because of the type of the force can be divided into static and dynamic burnishing. Due to the kinematics can be divided into sliding and roller burnishing. Occurrence of moving parts in direct contact with the material qualifies for the group process of burnishing rolling. The sliding burnishing design element property is part of the work surface burnished permanently attached to the handle. Burnishing is used as a finishing strengthens and smoothness, can be realized on the universal machine tools and machining centers, effectively replaces the machining operations such as grinding, reaming, honing and lapping.

Considering the slender property, the reinforcement is always simulated by linear element in conventional FEA of concrete structures. But to the curve prestressed reinforcement, it will lead to the problem that the calculated result of local stress distribution is greatly affected by element size, because of the tectonic stress concentration by the coupling between the linear element and body element. To eliminate the harmful effect, the curve prestressed reinforcement can be simulated by body element. The result shows that it will solve the problem thoroughly, and the calculated result is truthful and reliable. Certainly, as a kind of slender component, there are some key point must be recognized when the curve prestressed reinforcement is simulated by body element. To reflect the mechanical properties of prestressed reinforcement and solve the key challenges of modeling, some key techniques of modeling and some special notices about element property settings are discussed detailedly in this paper.

Regarding the basic method and process of current spacecraft structural mechanics analysis, the paper used the secondary development language of Patran (PCL) to automatically extract the finite element model information such as mass property, material property, element property etc; According to the mission of spacecraft mechanical analysis, the obtained results were re-solved to get the required information. Executable program was written in Java to transform the extracted results into specific forms in accordance with the predetermined templates. Finally, using the forms and menu libraries provided by PCL language, graphical interfaces were created to integrate all the functions and procedures in to Patran so that the whole process could be accomplished through an intuitive graphical interface, which was user-friendly. Adoption of the result processing system on specific examples verified the feasibility of the system.
