Organization of rural tourism resources is important for optimizing rural land use based on rational resource classification. Quantitative analysis was performed to evaluate the resource control ability of rural tourism networks. This was achieved by determining the resource control relationship and assessing the structure of the rural tourism network. The ability of resource control was analyzed via resource abstraction, which included the extraction of resource nodes and corridors, control scope analysis, and network structure level evaluation. The proposed approach was applied to the Ning’an in Heilongjiang Province, China, and proved to be effective for exploring the network degree and development trends in rural tourism resources. By examining the resource control ability, the spatial characteristics and development trend in rural tourism networks were quantitatively analyzed, especially the connection mode of key tourism resources, network structure analysis, and resource linking ability. The core resources showed a lack of outward ability in the network, and the secondary resource expansion ability was limited. Via resource control ability analysis, this study focused on areas with rich tourism but an unbalanced spatial structure, combining the directional characteristics of the network to provide suggestions for the optimization rural tourism resources network in other regions of the world.

Abstract TBX2 is a member of T-box gene family whose members are highly conserved in evolution and encoding genes are involved in the regulation of developmental processes. The encoding genes play an important role in growth and development, but its regulatory effects in bovine cumulus cells are still unclear. In this study, the changes of cell physiological function were detected after TBX2 gene was knocked down. Compared with the control group, when TBX2 was inhibited, the levels of autophagy, apoptosis and reactive oxygen species in cumulus cells were increased, the proliferation, expansion ability and the amount of cholesterol secreted by cells were significantly decreased, and the cell cycle was also disrupted. The results showed that TBX2 could regulate the normal physiological activities of bovine cumulus cells.

AbstractThis paper proposes a new algorithm for the blockchain system based on multi-chain storage for CPS under edge cloud computing, in which the nodes of the system are divided according to the relationship of communication tightness. The experimental results show that the algorithm based on the multi-chain storage structure for nodes divided can reduce the data synchronization time and space, and improve the expansion ability of the system. Besides, the data in the system can be isolated from each other with the multi-chain structure, thus preventing the leakage of sensitive data and improving the information security of the system.

The objective of this study is to establish a method to isolate and culture regulatory T cells with a high-efficiency in vitro. The CD4+, CD25+, and CD127low T cells were isolated through fluorescence activated cells sorting and cultured in vitro with anti-CD3-anti-CD28-coated microbeads and IL-2 for two weeks. The number of cells was determined to evaluate the expansion ability, the phenotype of the expanded cells was identified with flow cytometry, and the suppressive function was examined by mixed lymphocyte reaction. The CD4+CD25+CD127low T cells were efficiently amplified in vitro using magnetic beads (Fe3O4). A mean expansion of (755.5 ± 213.5) fold was obtained after the cells were cultured for two weeks. In addition, the expressions of CD4, CD19, CD8, and CD25 in the expanded cells were estimated at (98.3 ± 1.04)%, (0.039 ± 0.021)%, (0.443 ± 0.239)%, and (97.6 ± 1.35)%, respectively. FOXP3+ cells accounted for (87.7 ± 5.5)% of the expanded cells, while Helios+ cells accounted for (73.3 ± 2.9)%. The cultured cells demonstrated the highest suppressive capacity with (84.39 ± 1.98)% suppression of the activated peripheral blood mononuclear cells at a responder: regulatory T cells (Treg) ratio of 1:1. This research suggests a method to obtain a large quantity of Tregs with a high-efficiency in vitro. The expanded cells remain in their original phenotype and demonstrate the ability of immune suppression, which plays enormous significance in the cell therapy for treating autoimmune diseases and transplant rejections.

In this study, the characteristic of cassava starch have been developed through esterification reaction using ethyl lactate. Commercial cassava starch was modified by using (0.5; 0.75; 1.00; 1.25; 1.50 % v/v) ethyl lactate solution with pH 6, 7, 8, 9 for 15, 25, 35, 45, 55 minutes and the drained starch was dried with sun drying. The cassava starch which has been esterified with 1.5% ethyl lactate for 15 minutes pH 6 gave highest volume expansion of 2,438.9 %. For swelling power, the highest value was 19.32 swelling power at variable concentrations of 1.5% ester, esterification period of 15 minutes, and pH 6. The lowest amylose content was 15.68 % in ester concentration of 1.5 %. From the scanning electron micrograph, shows that the cassava starch after and before modification has not changed since the modifications performed under the gelatinization temperature. FTIR spectra of native cassava starch and ester cassava starch shown shift of the carboxyl group of starch from 1072.37 to 1087.80 cm-1 and a decrease in the OH group is from 3452.53 to 3417.81 cm-1. Bond formed indicates that the esterification reaction occurs between cassava starch with ethyl lactate esters. Keywords: volume expansion, cassava starch, ester starch, ethyle lactate, modified starch

The purpose of this report was to perform an experimental evaluation of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) using CO2 injection. A slim tube test and PVT experiment are used to determine the minimum miscibility pressure as well as a few related physical properties. Combined with a long core displacement experiment and nuclear magnetic resonance, CO2 flooding and CO2-water alternate flooding are simulated, and the displacement efficiency of different types of pores is evaluated. The results indicate that the minimum miscibility pressure is 32.6 MPa, and the CO2 flooding is at near-miscible conditions at the current formation pressure. The CO2 solubility of crude oil is large, and the crude oil has a strong expansion ability after the CO2 injection, which is beneficial for improving the recovery of CO2. The EOR of CO2-water alternate flooding is 3.97% higher than that of continuous CO2 flooding, and the EOR in the small and middle pores in the CO2-water alternate flooding is clearly higher. These results will be relevant for the future development of Block M.
