The sharing of English teaching resources has always been a concern. In order to further improve the value of different English teaching resources, this paper proposes a resource management system based on an improved collaborative recommendation algorithm. The proposed model can predict user behavior based on deep learning models of graph neural network (GNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN). The graph neural network can capture the hidden state of local user behavior and be used as a preprocessing step. Recurrent neural networks can capture time series information. Therefore, the model is constructed by combining GNN and RNN to obtain the advantages of both. In order to prove the effectiveness of the model, we used CNGrid’s real user behavior dataset in the experiment and finally compared the results with other methods. The different deep learning-based models achieved a precision of up to 88% and outperformed other traditional models. The experimental results show that this new deep learning model has good sharing value.

The purpose of the study entitled „Exploring documentary heritage for building synergies between research and society” is to study previously unexplored aspects of the documentary heritage, including the part of the legacy that has previously been subject to censorship and has therefore not been studied in depth. When viewing the documentary heritage as historical evidence, it will reveal previously unknown layers and stories of history, thereby directly influencing history and linking national identity to European identity. In order for these layers and stories to reach the public, the people should initially be informed of the existence of such information, which, in turn, could create awareness and to encourage action. This article deals with the existing experience of National Library of Latvia (NLL) and other libraries in en-suring that the new information is brought to the public. Society is complex and differs from country to country, therefore there is no common recipe for libraries for successful dissemination of the new infor-mation. The authors conclude that the most appropriate technique for understanding the local user is to study the user experience, which will become a continuation of this research study.

Mobile robotic telepresence (MRP) systems feature a video conferencing interface on a mobile robot, enabling pilot users to remotely control the robot while communicating with a local user. For older adults in an assisted living facility, the operators are mostly caregivers or remote family members. This small-sample usability testing aimed to evaluate the use of MRP by the older adult. Participants navigated the robot to locations in the home, e.g., to check if the front-door is closed. Two levels of automation were introduced; assisted teleoperation and autonomous. Observations revealed that the older adults enjoyed the dexterity with which the robot could be teleoperated in the assisted teleoperation mode. Yet, they preferred the operation of the MRP at the autonomous mode where the robot navigated autonomously towards the locations the user indicated. Usability, preference and objective findings raise awareness regarding elder care assistive robot developmental factors. Future experimental plans are discussed.

Province of Aceh has special autonomy rights accordance with Law Number 18 of 2001 with Islamic Shariah being the material written in the form of Qanun (set of syariah regional regulations) first. One of the objectives to be achieved in the implementation of regional autonomy is to bring regional independence. To achieve regional independence, increasing Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) is one of the fiscal instruments that cannot be avoided in developing the economy and the welfare of the people. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the potential of PAD sourced from Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution in East Aceh Regency; 2) To analyze the strategies carried out by the East Aceh Regional Government in optimizing regional tax and retribution revenues from potential tourism areas in the future. By using a qualitative research approach, based on the results of field observations, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and interviews with expert sources, the results are obtained that the potential of PAD sourced from Regional Tax and Retribution in East Aceh Regency is still minimal. There are no tourist areas, entertainment venues, restaurants that are in line with the category of regional taxpayers and local user fees, making the source of income for PAD unable to be the main source of income for East Aceh Regency. The next result is the strategy carried out by the East Aceh Regional Government in optimizing regional tax and levies revenue from potential tourism areas, starting with the opening of tourist areas, especially for coastal areas in the form of socialization and management of tourism area management through third parties (private) and the East Aceh Regency government. For the implementation of the taxpayer for the entertainment tax sector in the PAD can not be implemented at this time, but it is hoped that the success of the government will be the basis for future PAD resources.

<p>This abstract describes the Data Fusion tool of the Horizon 2020 CANDELA project. Here, Sentinel-1 (synthetic aperture radar) and Sentinel-2 (multispectral) satellite images are fused at feature level. This fusion is made by extracting the features from each type of image; then these features are combined in a new block within the Data Model Generation sub-module of the Data Fusion system.</p><p>The corresponding tool has already been integrated with the CANDELA cloud platform: its Data Model component on the platform is acting as backend, and the user interaction component on the local user machine as frontend. There are four main sub-modules: Data Model Generation for Data Fusion (DMG-DF), DataBase Management System (DBMS), Image Search and Semantic Annotation (ISSA), and multi-knowledge and Query (QE). The DMG-DF and DBMS sub-modules have been dockerized and deployed on the CANDELA platform. The ISSA and QE sub-modules require user inputs for their interactive interfaces. They can be started as a standard Graphical User Interface (GUI) tool which is linked directly to the database on the platform.</p><p>Before using the Data Fusion tool, users have to prepare the already co-registered Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 products as inputs. The S1tiling service provided on the platform is able to cut out the overlapping Sentinel-1 area based on Sentinel-2 tile IDs.</p><p>The pipeline of the Data Fusion tool starts from the DMG-DF process on the platform, and the data will be transferred via Internet; then local end users can perform semantic annotations. The annotations will be ingested into the database on the platform via Internet.</p><p>The Data Fusion process consists of three steps:</p><ul><li>On the platform, launch a Jupyter notebook for Python, and start the Data Model Generation for Data Fusion to process the prepared Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 products which cover the same area;</li> <li>On the local user machine, by clicking the Query button of the GUI, users can get access to the remote database, make image search and queries, and perform semantic annotations by loading quick-look images of processed Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 products via Internet. Feature fusion and image quick-look pairing are performed at runtime. The fused features and paired quick-looks help obtain better semantic annotations. When clicking on another ingestion button, the annotations are ingested into the database on the platform;</li> <li>On the platform, launch a Jupyter notebook for Python, and the annotations and the processed product metadata can be searched and queried.</li> </ul><p>Our preliminary validation results are made based on visual analysis, by comparing the obtained classification maps with already available CORINE land cover maps. In general, our fused results generate more complete classification maps which contain more classes.</p>

The Intensification Strategy is carried out in the following ways: Managing theTax and Retribution Administration Management System, Optimizing the collection ofTaxes and Levies through the application of the discipline of tax and retributionpayments to avoid the "Gap of tax and retribution receivable", Supervising andcontrolling systematic and sustainable by forming a Task Force Team (Satgas), Providingincentives to the Regional Apparatus Organizations that in the collection of taxes andretribution meet the targets set. The Extensification Strategy, carried out in the following ways, is as follows: Exploring and creating new tax and retribution objects, Conducting a review of theimposition of tax and retribution rates which so far have not been adjusted for tariffs andconducting comparative studies on regions that apply the "Management System Taxesand levies "good and achievers.Keyword : Intensification and Extensification Strategy

Cloud computing is a technology in the field of computing which offer services to the customer from anywhere at any time [1]. In the cloud, resources are shared all around the work for quick servicing to the customer. The aggregation of two terms is referred as cloud computing. The term “cloud” is a pool of different resources offers services to the end customers and “computing” is done based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to make the resources efficiently to the customers. Load balancing is an important challenge in the environment of the cloud to increase the utilization of resources [3]. Here we proposed an algorithm which is based on load balancing and service broker policy. We user two representative thin the proposed approach local representative and global representative Local user representative is used to predict the parameters of user task and based on priority it allocate the task to the Virtual Machine (VM). Then for scheduling the task and provide the services to the users based on the available cloud brokers global user representative used Dynamic Optimal Load-Aware Service Broker (DOLASB).we used two scenario with different no. of user requests , in these scenario result of our proposed method is better as compared with the other existing methods in terms s of Execution Time, Makespan, Waiting Time, Energy Efficiency and Throughput.

SummaryEffective wildlife monitoring is a prerequisite for effective wildlife conservation since, without time-series data on species populations and threats, evidence-based adaptive management will be difficult to achieve. Technological advances in remote sensing offer more opportunities for data collection than ever before. However, if we are to enhance data sharing and the use of data by decision-makers, methods must be relevant to local user needs and be integrated into monitoring schemes with appropriate goals and indicators.
