For the problem of the vehicle parts monitoring in the internet of vehicle, the service technology is proposed to access the detail components through the common gateway interface technology. The information transmission is managed using the common gateway interface and interface parts for docking, and the monitoring of detail parts is made by the bus integration monitoring. IPv6 virtual network address information transmission is used to avoid the hidden dangers of IPv4 address depletion, and the virtual and independent IPv6 address is transferred with the part number in the common gateway interface to achieve a wide geographical access. In order to achieve real-time information exchange and robustness, the real-time transport protocol and real-time transport control protocol is used to assure smaller transmission delay and less packet loss rate. The test results show that the average response time is no more than 85 nanoseconds and the accuracy of information transfer is not less than 98.2%, and the results meets the needs of the most environmental, and the program is viable in practice.

Wireless application protocol (WAP) (Open Mobile Alliance, 2003) is a suite of network protocols that specifies ways of sending data across the airwaves. A wireless device is said to be WAP-compatible if, and only if, it has software that is fully capable of handling all WML 1.1 DTD entities. WML (Wireless Markup Language) (Open Mobile Alliance, 2001) is the XML-based language that is used in conjunction with WAP to format documents. As with all such protocol suites, WAP is organized hierarchically. At the bottom there are low-level protocols that are used for basic operations such as establishing connections, coding alphanumeric characters, and so on. At the top are the high-level protocols such as WML, which passes on page information. For more information on other WAP protocols, please visit http://www.wapforum.org/. WML script writing and applications will be discussed in Chapters VI through IX: • Chapter VI: The current chapter introduces fundamental WML components such as tables and images. • Chapter VII: Advanced WML, especially dynamic WML pages using CGI (Common Gateway Interface), will be introduced. • Chapter VIII: WMLScript, a lightweight JavaScript language used in conjunction with WML, is explained. • Chapter IX: The construction of a database-driven mobile web site using WML is explained step-by-step.

Although its conceptual origins can be traced back a few decades (Bush, 1945), it is only recently that hypermedia has become popularized, principally through its ubiquitous incarnation as the World Wide Web (WWW). In its earlier forms, the Web could only properly be regarded a primitive, constrained hypermedia implementation (Bieber & Vitali, 1997). Through the emergence in recent years of standards such as eXtensible Markup Language (XML), XLink, Document Object Model (DOM), Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) and WebDAV, as well as additional functionality provided by the Common Gateway Interface (CGI), Java, plug-ins and middleware applications, the Web is now moving closer to an idealized hypermedia environment. Of course, not all hypermedia systems are Web based, nor can all Web-based systems be classified as hypermedia (see Figure 1). See the terms and definitions at the end of this article for clarification of intended meanings. The focus here shall be on hypermedia systems that are delivered and used via the platform of the WWW; that is, Web-based hypermedia systems.

At present the application layer in the network data transmission and expression of the most widely used protocol is Http protocol, embedded devices through the Internet network remote monitoring of data transmission direction to one of the main focus in the Web server for embedded systems. Embedded web server to achieve this, no operating system support, embedded system itself Common Gateway Interface, to complete web page publishing, the most important is the use of embedded devices that can be used as remote monitoring software system. The key equipment for the motor system for remote network monitoring, this paper describes the design of the specific structure of web servers and for system implementation and realization of the key technologies used to give a detailed exposition, in the end PC to run on the results of the test.

With the rapid development of the Internet and information, communication technology, human society began to enter into the intelligence community with the digital and network platform. With the popularization of computer application in schools, enterprises and other institutions, the meetings of governments, enterprises and institutions has broken the traditional model that the meetings are held in the same place and at the same time, and network meetings is to be popularized with the increasingly fast paces. But regardless of the company or the university, there exists the problems of meeting management. Now the overwhelming majority of the conference management is still in a state of manual, inefficient and prone to error, not manageable, not rule out any untrue phenomenon. Therefore, the internal management, self-improvement of the meeting management can not be ignored. This paper aims to resolve this problem by designing a meeting management website. Conference Management website ASP can be used to design the conference management website, ASP (Active Server Pages) dynamic website is a technology which is introduced by Microsoft Company to replace CGI (Common Gateway Interface)-a common Gateway Interface. By combining the knowledge of ASP HTML language, ASP directives and ActiveX components and Access database, the paper uses the own Web server to create and run a dynamic interactive Website 。The paper aims to realize the work of meeting managing, application, auditing, controlling, minutes of meetings processing through the meeting management website.
