Based on the traditional aspheric surface shape measuring difficulties, a kind of new integral minimum method is presented, whose guiding idea of this method is to make right position for the parts theoretical curve and the measuring curve to sure the error sum to be minimum. The definition of integral minimum method is elaborated, for example parabolic, its surface shape error is discussed, and the right position expression is derived for the parts theoretical curve and the measuring curve. The calculating example shows that the integral minimum method is effective to analyze the real parts contour error due to the right position, so it should be a followed law objectively during the parts surface shape measuring.

Due to noises and instrument defects, frequency-or time-domain measuring curves of a certain signal are usually different. It is then of great importance to recognize which signal a measuring curve belongs to, resulting in a classification problem. Considering the slow running speed of the commonly used classifier SVM, we propose a novel classification algorithm based on interval estimation. The complexity of our algorithm is linear to the class number. Experiment results demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Flow field of centrifugal pump (Pump flow passage includes suction pipe, impeller and volute casing.) obtained by solving the Reynolds average Navier-Stokes equation. Computational performance curve is compared with measuring curve. The result demonstrates that the computational head versus discharge curve is coincident with the measuring curve; the computational efficiency curve is coincident with the measuring curve in large-capacity area, in lower-capacity area not so well. Though the simulation result is not accurate highly in part operating domains, the pressure and velocity distribution and other flow characteristics in whole flow path in all operating domain produced by the simulation are also useful to analyze flow problems in dredge centrifugal pump.
