This research intends to build a scenario of mathematical modeling that can follow up the information of extreme climate does not give the same impact (mainly rainfall), so the water volume when the extreme rainfall will be happened, can be used for the irrigation and the water that cannot be used can be removed from the reservoir before flooding is happened, therefore, the function of reservoir to reduce flood can be increasing. The methodology consists of to obtain the rainfall due to the weather anomaly, the relation between rainfall and reservoir inflow, the decreasing of irrigation water requirement when the rainfall is high, the usage of crop intensity increasing, design flood, and the outlet capacity, the pattern of reservoir operation, the comparison of crop intensity, and the decreasing of flood risk. The result is hoped to be able to increase the available infrastructure (dam) by increasing the function of flood control and it remains to give priority for irrigation through the reservoir

Bahchisaray (Egiz-Oba) reservoir - water of natural runoff and one of the oldest in Crimea W. Its service life is more than 90 l. T. According to the results of in-kind studies it was found that the general technical condition of the HTS complex of the Bahchisarai reservoir of class I (extremely high danger) is assessed as satisfactory E. Results of bottom water outlet capacity calculations are given a. maximum waste the expense of a ground water outlet at a mark of level of the top byef to the equal forced retaining level (UVB = FTUU) is equal to Q=1.12 м^3⁄с that exceeds design data of Q=0.80 м^3 ⁄ C. Recommendations on extension of the service life of the hydraulic engineering complex are justified

Every company certainly wants to increase their productivity, such as by increasing the amount of production. However, as goes by production, important to notice the aspects surrounding of the environment performance. Therefore we need a method to improve productivity and environmental performance simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect the productivity and environmental performance, and provide suggestions using the method of Green Productivity improvements based on the highest value of Green Productivity Index. Based on research in PG Kebon Agung there are two alternative solutions that improve productivity and environmental performance, but the GPI of alternative 2 is bigger than ternative 1 which is 4,47. The alternative is additional outlet capacity at waste treatment plants. This solution provides increased productivity, where the initial productivity of 136.045% to 136.05%. With the implementation of alternative solutions can improve EPI index up 0.32 so to give an increase in the Index EPI (Environmental Performance Indicator) from 0.46 became 0.78
