Bioceramic Material Stimulation Affects Perceptual Consciousness: A Study Combining Descriptive Observation and Functional MRI Connectivity Analysis

There is still no clear explanation of the process of perceptual consciousness that connects our body with brain. Innovation on the technology of bioceramic has now advanced towards clinical applications, including rehabilitation of brain infarction, therapies of insomnia and migraine. To demonstrate how ‘resonant energy transfer through the bioceramic material with tempo sound and visible light spectrum’ (bioceramic material stimulation, BMS) non-invasively affects perceptual consciousness, we investigated the responses of participants to BMS on perceptual consciousness by questionnaire of subjective descriptions and analyzed resting state fMRI during BMS. There were 61.3% participants who were categorized as positive group with various types of perceptual consciousness. By setting a threshold value at ‘p<0.001’, enhanced connections of ‘parahippocampal gyrus to cerebellar lobule V’ and ‘angular gyrus to precuneus’ were found. However, decreased connection of ‘caudate nucleus to cerebellar lobule VIIb’ was found. We conclude that the most affected brain functions by BMS including somatosensory, audio-visual perception and social cognition. The analysis of functional connectivity during BMS may help us gain more knowledge of consciousness and related division of neuroscience in humans.

OPTIMIZATION MODELLING OF ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES FINANCIAL SECURITY IMPROVEMENT

The article's purpose is to develop a methodical approach to improving financial security, which takes into account the acceleration of reproducing processes on Ukraine's device of engineering enterprises. This approach is based on multi-cellular vector optimization. It allows us to determine the optimal values of current assets' manifestations and net profit dynamics and set the optimal correlation between them. Approbation of a methodical approach to improving financial security and acceleration of reproducing processes on the example of Ukraine's four engineering enterprises was performed. Financial statement data for eight periods were used to build optimization vectors. To improve financial security and accelerate the reproducing processes of Ukraine's engineering enterprises, certain volumes of working assets, periods of their turnover, their marginal value taking into account different financing sources, and maximum net profit at certain manifestations of the dynamics of current assets are established. In implementing the methodical approach to improving financial security and accelerating the reproducing processes in engineering enterprises' practical activities, highly qualified personnel occupy a significant role and place. The powerful toolkit of their provision is material stimulation (an increase of wages, provision of premiums) and establishment of relations in the team (social justice in the department); the opportunity to advance on the career ladder; respect for employees by management; frank and friendly relationships at all levels of management; participation in corporate holidays of all employees. Therefore, the study's further direction is developing a methodical approach to improving the financial security of engineering enterprises, taking into account personnel support.

Official and Real Biographies in Context of Soviet Tradition of Non-Material Incentives for Labor during Great Patriotic War

The question of the use of the official labor biography in the 30—40s of the twentieth century as a means of instilling a sacred attitude to work in a Soviet person, a method of non-material stimulation of the production process is considered. The relevance of the study is due to the interest in biography in the context of the history of labor, in the authors’ appeal to the problem of forming a new attitude to work during the period of industrialization and the years of the Great Patriotic War. Attention is paid to the role of periodicals. The results of a comparative analysis of the official and real biography, recovered from the materials of the personal file, are presented. The question is raised about the tasks of the official biography of the Hero of Socialist Labor in this period. The novelty of the research is seen in the attraction of unpublished data from the production archive of the Gorky Railway, in the reconstruction of real biographical data. The authors compare the official and real biographies. The possibility of using heroic biography as a method of non-material stimulation of labor has been proved. The author’s reconstruction of the biography of Ivan Georgievich Makarov — Hero of Socialist Labor is presented. The experience of analytical research of documentary historical sources and their comparison with the narrative tradition is described.

PROMOTION OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE POLICE FORMATIONS RANKS OF THE IMPERIAL GUARD IN RUSSIA (LATE 19-th –EARLY 20-th CENTURIES)

The purpose of the article is to analyze the system of stimulating development the activities of the police formations ranks of the imperial guard in Russia in the late 19-th – early 20-th centuries. The author con-siders the material stimulation of the activities of the police guard ranks, identifies the main stages of the award system development in the police guard structures. He presents their content characteristics and the analysis of career opportunities as the integral part of the system of stimulating the activities of the Security Guard ranks and the Palace Police. The paper concludes that the system of stimulating the activ-ity of the police units personnel of the Imperial guard in the late 19-th – late 20-th centuries has under-gone a serious evolution.

Business Innovation in The Hotel Industry

Today, business innovation is a hot topic. Therefore, it was proposed to use a competence-based approach to assess staff as a business innovation in the hotel industry. The paper investigates the theoretical and methodological principles of hotel staff evaluation using a competency-based approach. Scientific approaches are critically estimated, and aspects applied to material incentives management for hotel staff are analyzed. The scientific and theoretical basis of managing the staff’s material stimulation in the hotel business on the basis of the competency approach is investigated and practical tools of its implementation in the hotel business activities are estimated. Methodical approaches to evaluating staff competencies as a component of material incentives management have been developed. The structure of remuneration and the system of bonuses based on staff competencies evaluation have been formed, which will help increase the efficiency of personnel management in the hotel industry.

ORGANIZATION AND REGISTRATION-ANALYTICAL PROVIDING OF CALCULATIONS FROM SALARY IN SYSTEM MANAGEMENT BY COMMUNAL ENTERPRISES

The problem of the use of labour resources and remuneration of labour is actual enough for today. The ques-tion of economic essence and value of "salary" and "remuneration of labour" is investigational in the article, the legislative adjusting and normatively-legal providing is considered in Ukraine of remuneration of labour, registration-analytical providing of calculations with workers from a salary in control system of communal enterprises, organization of account of calculations is investigational from a salary, forms and systems of remuneration of labour are reasonable, directions of improvement offer. On results undertaken a study it is set that a salary is a money term of cost and cost of commodity, she serves as payment of services of labour of workers, represents socio-economic position in a national economy and stand-ard of living in society. Theoretical and practical consideration of questions about calculations from the remuneration of labour has an actual value, as a remuneration of labour is the important enough link of the system of sociallabour relations and most thorny in a decision socio-economic problem. The questions of salary are regulated by the wide enough circle of legislative and normative documents, that every workplace of accountant, accountable for a certain area account of calculations must be provided from a salary. The major constituents of organization of remuneration of labour are setting of norms of labour, tariff setting of norms of salary, development of forms and systems of remuneration of labour. Order of extra charge and payment of salary on communal enterprises envisaged by the Collective agreement and Statutes about the remuneration of labour. A salary depends on complication and terms of implementation of work, quality of her implementation workers, results of financially-economic activity of communal enterprises and select leaders (by proprietors) principles of the system of material stimulation of workers. For the increase of wage level in Ukraine, to our opinion, it is necessary: to decrease the shadow sector of na-tional economy, decrease the rate of inflation, increase production (works, services) volumes, increase prices on labour force, to perfect a legislatively-normative base in Ukraine. Rationale of the levels of intensity and differentiated cost of labor costs of doctors in the hospital

Introduction: Due to the fact that Ukraine has not formally established tariffs for medical services and their complexity factors and the doctor’s remuneration system continues to exist on the basis of the “equalization” principle, we propose a scientifically based mechanism for determining the rate of labor intensity of hospital doctors and adequate the level of increase salary in accordance with the DRG. The purpose of the study: Because of, the level of labor of residents of the inpatient departments of the inpatient department of health facilities of the II and III levels is not the same, then based on the analysis of the number of treated patients in accordance with the DRG, the degree of complexity of the disease, their score, determine the level of labor intensity of doctors and real the size of their wages. Materials and methods: Based on the recommendations of the doctoral dissertation and a number of innovative medical and economic standards, analysis of a significant number of otolaryngologicalpatients, the use of the CSG, DRG system, the distribution of patients with a degree of complexity, their score, the algorithm for applying the above organizational standards, criteria and standards, and the use of timing. The technology of determining the individual level of the doctor’s labor intensity factors and an adequate level of its material stimulation has been developed. Results: Recommended technologies for using the aforementioned prerequisites, the need to create appropriate computer programs to simplify the analysis of individual doctors' work results, using the formulas presented in the article made it possible to determine both the degree of workload for a doctor and the level of possible increase in his salary. Conclusions: The algorithm for determining the coefficient of labor intensity of doctors and the mechanism for calculating the real cost of their labor in the treatment of specific patients of varying degrees of complexity can be used as a technological matrix for doctors of other medical specialties, in the future it will increase the material incentives of the latter at least to the level of family doctors.
