Accumulating heavy metals in urban and suburban forest areas is becoming a challenge. Usually analytical methods are employed for assessment of elements concentration in absorbing environments. They are related to some difficulties for characteristic of the whole forest area. The index images were used for solving this task. Multispectral Santinel 2A satellite pictures made the base data for vegetation indices. More than 20 indices were chosen as aid to diagnose the increase of heavy metal concentration, especially photosynthetic apparatus alteration. The element analysis was done by atom-absorption method. The concentration of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Ni, Cr и St was analyzed. The relation between concentration of each element and some vegetation indices was shown by regression analysis. We used multiple or Poisson regression according to predictors distribution. Basing on regression equation the map of Cu concentration in a small birch grove area was made and average Cu concentration in this forest estimated.

Lipstick is the familiar product for women in difference age. Kind of lipstick that interested now is liquid lipstick. Not only it is cheap but also it can durable on lips. The actually using lipstick have to see of that safety  from dangerous content like weight metal that content more than regulation. The objective of this research to know polluted metal content on some liquid lipsticks brand that they don’t registered in BPOM RI. Determine of standard metal on samples used spectrometry atom absorption (SSA) on facet 283.22 nm. The average metal content on sample a was 0.45999 PPM, sample B was 2.96333 ppm, and sample C was 0.62334 ppm. It can conclude that liquid lisptics have polluted on weight metal content but its content still fulfill of BPOM Standard is 20 µg/grs or 20 mgs/L

ε-Poly-L-lysine (ε-PL) is a natural food preservative with high safety to humans and a wide antimicrobial spectra. It was found that ε-PL could form precipitates when it contacted to Cu(II) and Zn(II). Thus in this study, two complexes of ZnCl2 and CuCl2 with ε-poly-L-lysine having molecular weights between 2 and 5 kDa were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis (EA), atom absorption spectrometry (AAS), chlorine assay, etc. The results show that the compositions of two complexes can be expressed as [ NH-(CH2)5-CO ] 2n•(ZnCl2)n•2nH2O and [ NH-(CH2)5-CO ] 2n•(CuCl2)n•2nH2O (n=6-18), respectively. The results of FT-IR reveal that the formation of Zn-N and Cu-N coordination bonds. X-RD patterns indicat that the two complexes are new phases different from the raw ε-PL material. On the basis of TG-DTA curves, the complexes have a coordination reaction. From the results of the bacteriostatic test, ε-PL-Zn(II) and ε-PL-Cu(II) have similar antibacterial activity to ligand ε-PL.
