AbstractTo explore distribution and epidemic characteristics of CVD in followed-up HP patients. Using the Hypertension Follow-up Management System database in Jiading district in Shanghai. We designed a retrospective cohort study that included all followed-up hypertension patients between 2002 and 2020. The endpoint was the occurrence of CVD confirmed by the hospital; otherwise, the patients were tracked until September 30, 2020. Record information of every patient has been collected in the registration card and each followed-up record. Among 223,097 observational followed-up HP patients, the total number of person years of observation was 4,244,421.25 person-year, 11,143 patients had developed CVD from hypertension before the deadline, the total incidence density was 0.00263 per person-year (male 0.00292; female 0.00238) and the complication ratio of CVD in HP patients was 4.99% (male 5.25%; female 4.76%) during follow-up period. The proportion of ischemic cerebrovascular, hemorrhagic cerebrovascular and unclassified stroke was respectively 71.18%, 5.95% and 22.87% in hypertensive CVD. Complication ratio of CVD increased with age, the group under 30 was 0, and the group over 70 was the highest (6.90%). The complication ratio of grad I, grad II and grad III blood pressure were respectively 4.79%, 4.96% and 6.13%. The complication ratio was 4.92% in only high systolic blood pressure patients; 17.23% in only high diastolic blood pressure patients; 4.59% in high systolic and diastolic blood pressure patients. The peak of complication ratio of CVD was 9–10 years after the registered and followed-up. The proportion of CVD cases in HP patients from April to June was the largest in the four seasons; the proportion of patients from October to December was the minimum. HP patient was prone to falling cerebrovascular disease; the main type of disease was cerebral infarction. Complication ratio in male incidence was higher than that in female. The complication ratio of CVD increased with age, blood pressure and duration of HP patients. It had seasonal characteristics, which was relatively high from April to June within year.

The article deals with the issues of technical and legal description and certification of cultural heritage sites of Ukraine, harmonization of the regulatory framework for establishing parameterized indicators of the registration card and passport of the cultural heritage site – these issues increase its relevance every year. Differentiation of responsibility for the preservation of cultural heritage between the branches of state institutions leads to the loss and decline of the restoration school and archaeological research. The proposed approach of an expert combination of factors establishing the ownership of real estate to be recognized as objects of cultural heritage will allow, at the judicial level, to require the maintenance of these objects in proper technical condition from the owners of such real estate, to turn it into state property for the people of Ukraine. At the same time, digitalization, scanning, and the creation of digital twins of such objects will allow to qualitatively capture the historical links in the development of such objects and to study technological evolution using indirect examples.

A non-standard approach to solving the activation planning problems of the standardized products in a multinomenclature workshop is considered. This approach is caused by writing control programs and developing new information systems without changing previously developed workstations, which were created by using an outdated programming languages, in particular Clipper applications. The concept of creating a single information space — a set of databases and software tools integrated at the software level is proposed. This study aims to reveal the level of extinction traditional names Buton community culture in the last twenty years. This study is a qualitative research study use documentation, the data in this study derived from the documents in the archive form birth certificate and original family card Buton sourced from the Civil Registry Office Buton 2015. In reflecting on my positionality vis-à-vis Japanese American studies, one of the first things that come to mind is the multiplicity of positions that make up my identity. I am neither fully Japanese nor American nor Japanese American. Given that my father is British and my mother Japanese, my heritage is at least dual. Given that I was born and brought up in Japan initially as a British citizen with an alien registration card and then as a dual citizen from fifteen to twenty years old, and since twenty, as solely a Japanese citizen, it is sometimes hard to know how to define my position to Japanese America. Yes, I have lived and worked in the United States on various visas, and more recently, with a green card for the past twenty-five years. So I suppose that as a person with a Japanese passport who has permanent residency in the United States, I am technically an Issei, a first-generation Japanese immigrant to the United States....

There are 40 vascularized composite allotransplant programs across 5 continents served by 31 organ procurement organizations (or equivalent). The organizations’ websites inform about organ and tissue donation. This research explored worldwide educational efforts on vascularized composite allograft (VCAG) donation via their corporate websites as well as options within donor registries and donor card systems to indicate a VCAG donation preference. Of these, 13 (41.9%) of 31 had VCAG content and 7 (22.6%) of 31 offered a mechanism for individuals to voice a preference about VCAG donation through an opt in donor registry or card or an opt out registry. In North America, the only donor registration/card system that facilitated VCAG donation is in Mexico. The resistance to consent for VACG donation is likely due to poor public education and the personal nature of face, hand, uterus, and penile allografts. Efforts to reduce this resistance can begin with the assistance of website content, registries, and donor cards.

Analyses of clinical, epidemiological, medical and statistical data of source documents over the period of 2010-2013 have been carried out prospectively. The data were selected using the method "case-control", namely, registration forms of couples with infertility cases in anamnesis. For each registered case of infertility "Registration Card of primary infertility" was filled in and, as a control, "Registration card of a couple who gave birth to alive full-term healthy baby" born in the shortest period of time (according to methodical recommendations "The organization of genetic monitoring" [13]. 3 women (10,0 %) with primary infertility who contacted with occupational hazards (masters of tailoring services who suffered from noise and vibration) and no such cases in women in the control group (p<0,05). In women, of the studied group in 66,7 % of cases were observed gynecological diseases: Hydrosalpinx and saktosalpinks – 9 patients (30,0 %), 5 – Ovarian cysts (16,7 %), 3 – Ovarian sklerokistoza (10,0 %) and recorded one case of ovarian tuberculosis (3,3 %), that is statistically different (p<0,05) from the data of the control group – in which only two patients had ovarian cysts (6,7 %). In the studied group 17 women (56,7 %) were treated for infertility, which was statistically different (p<0,05) from the data of the control group, in which only 2 women (6,7 %) received treatment for infertility. Among the relatives of women of the studied group were people with loss of hearing and speech. That was the sister of the woman with primary infertility. And the husband’s sister of the couple with infertility suffered from Down syndrome that is statistically different (p<0,05) from the data of the control group, in which there were no anomalies among the relatives.
