Mine rock slope stability rating is the process of assessing its stability probability, analyzing its failure mode, and then determining its stability rating by location matching principle and scale matching principle, having important theoretical and practical significance in putting forward reasonable restoration suggestions. In recent years, rapidly developing artificial intelligence methods not only have the characteristics of highly nonlinear mapping, self-organization, and self-adaptation but also mostly apply probability optimal strategy and, hence, bypass the problem of solving function derivatives, having higher efficiency and feasibility in solving the problems of global optimal solution and local optimal solution. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing previous research works, this paper expounded the current research status and significance of mine rock slope stability rating, elaborated the development background, current status, and future challenges of artificial intelligence methods, introduced the principles of the limit equilibrium method and finite element method, constructed an artificial intelligence-based mine rock slope stability calculation model, performed slope stability influencing factors’ analysis and optimization model parameter selection, proposed a mine rock slope stability rating algorithm based on artificial intelligence, analyzed the rating algorithm design and rating algorithm implementation, and finally conducted a case analysis and its discussion. The study results show that the artificial intelligence-based mine rock slope stability rating method can make full use of computer advantages to have larger capacity and faster calculation speed and solve to the greatest extent the randomness, timeliness, ambiguity, and other uncertain characteristics of mine rock slope stability by a large number of random sampling for finding the optimal value of the objective function. The study results of this paper provide a reference for further research studies on the stability rating of mine rock slopes based on artificial intelligence.

Introduction. In the current global crisis, the spread of globalization, unstable economy in the country, the emergence of threats related to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduction of quarantine in the country, it is necessary to analyze their impact on banking institutions in Ukraine and accordingly to the national security of Ukraine. Purpose. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the banking services market of Ukraine during a pandemic and to develop practical recommendations for its further development. Results. The state of the Ukrainian market of banking services in the conditions of a pandemic is analyzed. The dynamics of operating banks in Ukraine is studied. The TOP-10 banking institutions according to the stability rating and the leaders of the people's rating of banking institutions are presented. It is noted that in modern conditions, the activities of banking institutions are extremely strongly influenced by external factors. The dynamics of gross domestic product volumes is considered. The dynamics of the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine is studied. The analysis of indicators of return on assets and capital of the banking system in Ukraine as a whole is carried out. Examples of adaptive solutions of banking institutions in Ukraine during a pandemic are given. It is noted that due to the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine, citizens began to actively and effectively use Internet technology to address their own issues and meet needs, thus accelerating the transition to the digital age. Conclusions. We are convinced that the introduction of adaptive measures of banking institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic for other banks will help to minimize the negative consequences and possible risks associated with such exposure. Thanks to timely decisions on the functioning of banking institutions, re-planning, changing approaches to customer service, banking institutions were able to adapt to the conditions caused by the pandemic, and reduce possible risks, losses and threats to their activities and generally positively affect the economy.

The construction organizations lack adaptive infrastructure. It is required to use more intensively SMART-technologies of design and construction. Purposes of this article: a) the system analysis of categories "competitiveness", "stability", "rating of the company" for the construction organizations; b) to construct and investigate economic and mathematical model of competitiveness of the construction organization; c) to determine parameters of self-organization of construction company; d) to construct an identification algorithm for model. These new tasks also answer the purposes of modern construction business, problems of forecasting of its development. Using methods of the system analysis and modeling, in work three levels of the analysis of construction business are considered: macrolevel (level of the state), mesolevel (level of the region) and microlevel (level of the company). For example, 10 various classes of competitiveness of construction companies are offered. It improves the classification used traditionally. The new economic and mathematical model on the basis of production functions of type of Cobb-Douglas is constructed. The algorithm of its identification on the basis of situational scenarios is also developed. The algorithm finds parameters which will allow to define competitiveness of construction company a priori. The offered research has a development, for example, is possible to use for the forecast of adaptation of the enterprise.
