Abstract: This research and development aims to develop learning tools for jujitsu newaza techniques based on articulate storylines in the form of an application used for learning media for newaza jujitsu for PBJI athletes and coaches in Blitar Regency and also useful as a reference and development for further research. The development method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method or development research. The small group trial subjects involved 9 PBJI athletes in Blitar Regency and the large group trial subjects involved 13 PBJI athletes in Blitar Regency. The results of the analysis of the experts who have done the validity, the percentage of the evaluation of coaching experts is 91 percent which means very valid, the results of the evaluation of media experts are 96 percent which means very valid, the results of the evaluation of the jujitsu experts are 77 percent which means very valid, the results of the group trial small obtained 82 percent which means very valid, the results of large group trials obtained 90 percent which means very valid. Based on the analysis of these data, it can be concluded that the development product of learning media jujitsu newaza (fights below) based on the articulate storyline application can be said to be "suitable for use" for the newaza learning media for PBJI Blitar Regency. It is recommended that in learning jujitsu, the newaza technique based on the articulate storyline is only used in the newaza material before learning newaza in the core activities of learning newaza. Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran Teknik jujitsu newaza yang berbasis articulate storyline yang berupa sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk media pembelajaran jujitsu newaza, memberikan kemudahan belajar secara visualisasi bagi atlet dan memberikan akses yang mudah terhadap materi newaza untuk atlet dan pelatih PBJI Kabupaten Blitar dan juga bermanfaat menjadi rujukan dan pengembangan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) atau penelitian pengembangan. Subjek uji coba kelompok kecil melibatkan 9 atlet PBJI Kabupaten Blitar dan subjek uji coba kelompok besar melibatkan 13 atlet PBJI Kabupaten Blitar. Hasil analisis dari para ahli yang sudah melakukan validitas maka diperoleh persentase evaluasi ahli kepelatihan 91 persen yang berarti sangat valid, hasil evaluasi ahli media diperoleh 96 persen yang berarti sangat valid, hasil evaluasi ahli jujitsu diperoleh 77 persen yang berarti sangat valid, hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh 82 persen yang berarti sangat valid, hasil uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh 90 persen yang berarti sangat valid. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan media pembelajaran jujitsu newaza (perkelahian bawah) berbasis aplikasi articulate storyline dapat dikatakan “layak digunakan” untuk media pembelajaran newaza untuk PBJI Kabupaten Blitar. Disarankan dalam pembelajaran jujitsu teknik newaza berbasis articulate storyline ini hanya digunakan pada materi newaza sebelum melakukan pembelajaran newaza pada kegiatan inti pembelajaran newaza.

This study aims to explore the urgency of learning ushul fiqh in instilling moderate attitudes in students at Madrasah Mu'allimin Ad Diniyyah Al Hikmah 1 Brebes. This research is a field research that uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. research oriented to finding natural symptoms, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation that support research. The results of this study are ushul fiqh learning in instilling moderate attitudes to students, it can be taken through the first through content, the second method of active learning. Third, habituation activities, Fourth, is the evaluation of coaching and guidance. Characteristics of students' moderate attitude through learning ushul fiqh 1) Tasamuh or tolerance, respect for differences. 2) Islah or reform is an attitude of reviewing a law in the future. 3) I'tidal or just. 4) tawazun or balance between understanding aqli reasoning and manhaji reasoning. 5) Civilized tahaddur is a noble character. 6) Shura or deliberation. 7) Alawiyah or priority. 8) Tatawwur wa Ibtikar is innovative and dynamic. This shows that ushul fiqh learning has an important role in instilling a moderate attitude in students

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui program pembinaan prestasi kelas khusus olahraga yang dilakukan oleh SMA Negeri 1 Kota Sukabumi dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process dan Product).  Dengan menggunakan metode CIPP yang dikemukan oleh Daniel L. Stuflebeam yaitu evaluasi pada Context pembahasan mengenai latar belakang program dan tujuan program pembinaan. Evaluasi Input pembahasan mengenai penerimaan atlet, pelatih, dana, sarana dan prasarana. Evaluasi Process pembahasan mengenai pelaksanaan program latihan, konsumsi/gizi, koordinasi dan komunikasi. Evaluasi Product yaitu mengenai hasil capaian prestasi yang di dapat pada pembinaan prestasi kelas khusus olahraga SMA Negeri 1 Kota Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, pengamatan (observasi) dan studi dokumentasi yang didapat peneliti bahwa program pembinaan prestasi olahraga kelas khusus olahraga SMA Negeri 1 Kota Sukabumi Pentingnya komunikasi dan koordinasi dari stakeholder olahraga belum berjalan sesuai harapan dalam mencari donatur baik pihak pemerintah daerah dan swasta.  Kesimpulan bahwa:(1) Program pembinaan prestasi olahraga kelas khusus olahraga dapat dijadikan model pembinaan prestasi di sekolah umum,.

When BJ Habibie became the head of the BPPT, the idea of establishing a boarding school-based madrasa was based on the basic concept of the integration of Faith and Taqwa (IMAQ) and Science and Technology (IPTEK) called Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia in Serpong, then this model developed to various provinces one of which is Bengkulu Province. The problem is the model developed by Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Cendikia Insane already running optimally and optimally, the extent of the success of student coaching in the Dormitory at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri Cendikia Insan Bengkulu Tengah. Therefore, this study discusses the evaluation of the management of student coaching in MAN Insan Cendikia Bengkulu  Tengah Boarding House.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with evaluative research type, this research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia Bengkulu Tengah, research data sources consisted of Boarding Trustees and Students. The results showed that all components and curricula of curriculum consisting of Salimul Aqidah, Sahihul Ibadah and Moral Karimah had been carried out well and fulfilled the established curriculum requirements for curriculum. Some of the obstacles experienced by hostel caregivers are heterogeneity of students from various aspects, but overcoming this the manager uses two approaches, namely the regulative approach and the psychological approach.

Evaluation of the Program Football Student Activity Unit in Mulawarman UniversityThis research is about evaluation of coaching program of students football activity unit at Mulawarman University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The approach used in this study is the CIPP model approach. Data collection tehniques through observation, interview, and documentation of administrators, coaches, athletes and athlete parents. This research conclude: 1) Context is conclude with good category. 2) Input, about availability of human resources conclude with good category. 3) Process about the implementation of coaching program, acceptance the athletes system and coordination can conclude with good category while the acceptance of coach system and the use of facilities and infrastructure conclude with medium category. 4) Product regarding the aspect of achievement and welfare conclude with medium category. While the organization aspect with low category.Keywords: Evaluation, Football, CIPPTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Sepakbola Universitas Mulawarman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan model CIPP. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus, pelatih, atlet dan orang tua atlet. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) Context disimpulkan dengan kategori baik. 2) Input mengenai aspek ketersediaan sumber daya manusia disimpulkan dengan kategori baik. Untuk aspek ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber pendanaan disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. 3) Process mengenai aspek pelaksanaan program latihan, sistem penerimaan atlet dan koordinasi disimpulkan dengan kategori baik sedangkan aspek sistem penerimaan pelatih dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. 4) Product mengenai aspek prestasi dan kesejahteraan disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. While managers and supervisors may be hired for certain variety of skills sets, abilities, and knowledge, not all of these workers may be educated or trained to be workplace coaches or mentors may or may not have the tolerance and patience for such a role.  However, Human Resource Management professionals in the workplace need to realize that there may be a need for coaching training and skills enhancement workshops to prepare today’s workforce managers.  The key for success in this area is to conduct a need assessment for the workers and managerial staff to determine what is needed from today’s workplace coaches in terms of needed skills sets and strategies to be utilized by them to help enhance, motivate, monitor, and evaluate the human capital working for today’s organization. Next, the development and design of a coaching program can be instrumental in moving today’s managerial workforce from general coaches to more specialized coaches to help develop and today’s workforce, as well as help strengthen their own skills sets and knowledge in order to help obtain better results of organizational goals, as well as develop stronger working relationships and bonding with the workers.  Equally important, today’s workers need to exert an equal amount of effort and participation in a coaching environment in order to gain better outcomes in terms of performance and efficiency.  This presentation will focus on the creation of better coaching programs and evaluation of coaching relationships and outcomes.

This paper presents three models as a potential decision making method for selecting the best baseball, field hockey, and women’s basketball NCAA Division I coaches. Five indicators, synthesized coaching efficiency, winning percentage, consecutive championship, achievement index and gender, are introduced to give a comprehensive evaluation of coaching ability. The preliminary served as a filter model to screen out less capable coaches and a robust ranking within top 10 is achieved. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model takes the time line horizon into consideration, and helps find less efficient coaches. By comparing the first two models, we obtain a reasonable assessment of coaches from different time period. Finally, by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), minor changes in judgment matrices can be made to adjust the ratio of male to female in the top 5 coaches.

Coaching education has been part of the United States soccer landscape for over 40 years. However, the education of youth soccer coaches is a recent phenomenon. The purpose of this study was threefold: a) to provide contextual reflections of the USSF National Youth Coaching License (NYL); b) to share the impact of the course on coaching efficacy; and 3) to critically discuss the implications of the lessons learned through these reflections and research on the design of quality coach education for youth sport coaches. The statistical evidence in conjunction with reflective comments demonstrate that The Game in the Child model and the NYL curriculum provide the contextual framework for an effective L-S coaching education program.

Orientation: Psychologists in industry are increasingly required to provide executive coaching services in their organisations or as part of their consulting services. An evaluation of coaching models as well as the development needs of individuals being trained as coaches, both locally and internationally, has led the authors to believe that there is a need for a competence executive coaching model.Research purpose: The purpose of this article is to address the training and development needs of these consulting psychologists by presenting a competence executive coaching model for the planning, implementation and evaluation of executive coaching interventions.Research design, approach and method: The study was conducted while one of the authors was involved in teaching doctoral students in consulting psychology and executive coaching, specifically in the USA. The approach involved a literature review of executive coaching models and a qualitative study using focus groups to develop and evaluate the competence executive coaching model.Main findings: The literature review provided scant evidence of competence executive coaching models and there seems to be a specific need for this in the training of coaches in South Africa. Hence the model that was developed is an attempt to provide trainers with a structured model for the training of coaches.Contribution/value-add: The uniqueness of this competence model is not only described in terms of the six distinct coaching intervention phases, but also the competencies required in each.
