The article discusses the conditions for transshipment of cargo in the port and their impact on the efficiency of the production process. The efficiency of the port's production process for handling ships and wagons is largely determined by the options for work that are implemented in this process. The problem under consideration is due to the difference in the parameters of technological lines and the resources used for various options for handling cargo in the port. There is provided a comparative characteristic of options for handling cargo in the port. It has been established that the direct option of transshipment of cargo without additional delays of ships and wagons is the most preferable for the seaport, but its implementation in the production process of the port is very difficult and in some cases impossible. The main reasons for the impossibility of using direct options for overloading are indicated. The formula for estimating the costs of cargo passing through the ports is given and it is established in which case the preference is given to the direct transshipment option. For clarity, various schemes for the movement of goods in the port are given, which can be used for operational planning and in the allocation of port resources for handling vehicles. An express method is proposed for the operative selection of the option of cargo transshipment at a minimum of labor intensity. Restrictions have been established in the form of resources fixed at the transshipment complexes and the correspondence of the loading of the complex to its carrying capacity. The expediency of the priority allocation of resources for the processing of the vessel according to the direct option when forming preference functions for solving the problems of operational planning and regulation of the processing of vehicles in the port has been proved.

Studies have shown that accidents caused by human error account for 70-80% of the total number of accidents, and are the primary cause of casualties. In order to reduce the risk of safety accidents and reduce the human-caused accident rate, the evaluation index of safety occupational adaptability of coal excavation workers has been studied. Questionnaire survey method was used to conduct 13 physical and psychological abilities tests on 50 coal tunneling workers, and select the core ability indicators that reflect the mental load of the workers and the individual priority allocation of psychological resources. Secondly, using the Delphi method and the quartile method, the opinions of 20 experts in related fields were sought anonymously, and the main physical and mental ability indicators were screened and filtered through scoring methods. Finally, six indicators of “accuracy, attention, rapid response ability, proficiency, judgment, and foresight” were determined as the main physical and psychological indicators of coal tunneling workers. This study fills up the gap of safety occupational adaptability in the field of mining construction, and has important theoretical value and practical significance.

The available energy of a wirelessly powered sensing platform is not enough, and there are constant real-time tasks to join the wirelessly powered sensing platform to run. So the wirelessly powered sensing system composed of many wirelessly powered sensing platforms is easy to enter the overloaded state, which may cause some tasks not to be executed on time. Therefore, to obtain as much task value as possible for the wirelessly powered sensing system when it is under the overloaded state, it is essential to design a reasonable task scheduling algorithm to arrange the task execution order. In this paper, we propose a policy named Wirelessly Dynamic Allocation Priority (WDAP) policy suitable for the wirelessly powered sensing system. The proposed WDAP is divided into a dynamic task priority allocation policy and a dynamic node priority allocation policy. Firstly, this paper analyzes the dynamic value density based on task value and execution time, studies the urgency of execution according to the execution time and the remaining idle time, and proposes the energy intensity through the task energy consumption and execution time. Based on the three impact factors of dynamic value density, urgency, and energy intensity, a policy for dynamic task priority allocation is proposed. Then, a policy for dynamic node priority allocation is proposed by combining the available energy and the energy acquisition speed of the nodes. Finally, the algorithm suitable for the wirelessly powered sensing system is proposed named Wirelessly Dynamic Real-time Task Scheduling (WDRTS) algorithm based on the WDAP. The algorithm clarifies the execution order of each task, responds to high-priority tasks first, and effectively guarantees task benefits. The experimental results show that compared with the main algorithms used in the literature among which is Generalized Earliest Deadline First, the WDRTS algorithm reduces the number of preemptive tasks by at least 36.49% and increases the successful scheduling rate of tasks by at least 15.17% and the overall system task income by at least 16.37% under high load.

Educational actors are still confused in setting funding priorities for the development of pilot schools. This paper is intended to understand the priority allocation of pilot school funding originating from BOS funds. This research uses a qualitative method with an action research approach. The theory used is the concept of allocation and budgeting from Nanang Fattah. The problem that arises is what kind of financing sector gets more budgeting in pilot schools. From the findings in the field, it was found that the largest portion of the allocation of BOS funds for three years was in the funding of salaries for teachers and education staff. The budget design of SDIT Bina Insan Qur'ani uses a model of budgeting by line item. However, every year there is a change in the budgeting format. This was done to simplify school spending.
