ABSTRAKReturn on Assets atau disingkat dengan ROA adalah rasio yang membagi antara laba bersih setelah pajak dengan rata-rata aset pada awal periode dan akhir periode.  Rasio Net Profit Margin disebut juga dengan rasio pendapatan terhadap penjualan. Mengenai hal ini Margin laba bersih sama dengan laba bersih dibagi dengan penjualan bersih. Ini menunjukan kestabilan kesatuan untuk menghasilkan perolehan pada tingkat penjualan khusus. Rasio ini termasuk kedalam Rasio profitabilitas/keuntungan yaitu rasio yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi penggunaan aktiva perusahaan aktiva perusahaan atau merupakan kemampuan suatu perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti memperoleh kesimpulan dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bahwa thitung  < ttabel = (0,729 < 1,8595)  artinya secara parsial terdapat tidak signifikan antara Net Profit Margin terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Semen Indonesia. Return On Assets (ROA) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung  < ttabel = (-1,400 < 1,8595). Secara simultan dengan hasil uji signifikasi atau uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung > Ftabel = (7,227 < 4,74)  artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Net Profit Margin dan Return On Assets terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Semen Indonesia. ABSTRACTReturn on Assets or abbreviated as ROA is a ratio that divides net income after tax with the average asset at the beginning of the period and the end of the period. The Net Profit Margin Ratio is also called the ratio of income to sales. Regarding this, the net profit margin is equal to the net profit divided by net sales. This shows the stability of the unity to produce gains at a special sales level. This ratio is included in the profitability/profit ratio, which is the ratio used to measure the efficiency of the use of company assets, company assets or the ability of a company to generate profits. Based on the results of the study, researchers obtained conclusions with the results of hypothesis testing obtained that account <ttable = (0.729 <1.8595) means that part there was no significant difference between the Net Profit Margin of the Share Price at PT. Semen Indonesia. Return On Assets (ROA) partially has an insignificant effect on the Stock Price this is evidenced by the results of tcount <ttable = (-1,400 <1.8595). Simultaneously with the results of the significance test or F test results obtained Fcount> Ftable = (7.227 <4.74) means that there is a significant influence between Net Profit Margin and Return On Assets on the Share Price at PT. Semen Indonesia.

The major purpose of the research paper is to measure the quality of service offered by private banks operating in Pakistan. Moreover, it tries to investigate the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty. In order for a bank offer to reach the customers, there is a need for services. These services depend on the type of product and it differs in the various organizations. Service can be defined as an intangible offer by one party to another in exchange of money for Service quality in the management and marketing literature is the extent to which customers' perceptions of service meet and/or exceed their expectations. Thus service quality can intend to be the way in which customers are served in an organization which could be good or poor. A loyalty program may give a customer advanced access to new products, special sales coupons or free merchandise. Our study shows the three basic aspects of a customer in the banking sector which are service quality, customer satisfaction and banking loyalty in the banking sector. The findings of our study show that most of our respondents are well satisfied with banking services to provide by different commercial and Islamic banks such as HBL, UBL, NBP, MCB etc. in Peshawar sadder. The services provided by the banks particularly ATM machines are very praised by the customers. The loyalty provided to customers by the banks was   also very good and most of the respondents were satisfy from that but there were also some major problems in these banking sectors for customers which should be handled as soon as possible for their good services we also find out that the banking policies for customer services and to maintain loyalty with customer should be enhanced more precisely

<p><span>This study aims to look at changes in <em>murābaḥa</em>, both in terms of theory and practice in contemporary banking. Contemporary <em>murābaḥa</em> practices refer to articles and research results that are circulating very dynamically and in some aspects undergo an update or modification. This research explores contemporary scientific articles on <em>murābaḥa</em> circulating in cyberspace, which do not experience changes at the concept level but a change in practice. Murabaha, like special sales, often does not appear to be a <em>murābaḥa</em> practice, even the terms of the sale and purchase agreement cannot be done. This study found that <em>murābaḥa</em> changed in terms of contracts, pricing, and some conditions.</span></p>

Visual Merchandising is the art of displaying merchandise in a manner that is appealing to the eyes of the customer. It sets the framework of the merchandise in an aesthetically pleasing fashion, presenting them in a way that would convert the window shoppers into prospects and ultimately buyers of the product. Visual merchandising includes window displays, signs, interior displays, cosmetic promotions and any other special sales promotions taking place. Of all the elements integrated within visual merchandising, window displays are often the most direct in attracting potential new customers. They are usually the rst point of visual contact a consumer has with a store and the preliminary step of the retail experience. Attention-grabbing and appealing window displays can easily be the difference between a consumer coming into the store to view more or walking by. This study attempts to explore the importance of window display in visual merchandising.


Digital marketing has changed a lot over the past 10 years. Traffic and leads have risen in price. The business has focused on inbound marketing. It was necessary to learn how to work on retention, and not on attracting new customers. In this regard, a whole direction of marketing automation (marketing automation) has appeared. Special sales tunnels or the so-called auto-funnels are created along which the customer is led. Thus, the logical chain of content consumption is built. The market for travel services was no exception. Many travel industry companies use algorithms in messengers and email marketing, which lead potential leads, leading them to the first and repeated purchases. In the article, the authors developed the stages of the architecture of the automatic sales tunnel. All stages are described in detail and examples are given for the tourism and hospitality.

Agrarian Law is one of the legal materials that are directly related to the livelihood of every individual society and the order of life of Indonesian society. The citizens until now are still very dependent on the activities and efforts that mostly work as agrarian, so that the land is one of Agrarian object which is the support and hope for every individual society in order to carry out a prosperous life order. The process of selling the land is divided into two ways: general sales and special sales by auction conducted by the State Property Office and Auction. This auction is conducted in the framework of repayment of debt secured by mortgage rights. This matter is regulated in Act No. 4 Of 1996 concerning Land Mortgage Rights and Objects Related to the Land and Regulation of Minister of Finance Number 27/PMK.06/2016 concerning Guideline for Auction Implementation of Auction or public sale is a part of the occurrence the transfer of rights. According to Article 41 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration explains that the transfer of rights through auction can only be registered if it is proven by quotation of auction minutes made by auction officials.Keywords: Auction Sales; Mortgage Right Objects; Land Registration.
