Based on the information technologies and the semantic fields for the technical terms of industrial enterprises of the XVIII century were investigated. The field analysis was carried out according to three sources containing the terms of industrial equipment the travel notes of the leaders of the Orenburg scientific detachments. The study of semantic fields was carried out on the basis of the Semograph information system and the SciVi visual analytic program. Using the example of the semantic fields Industrial enterprise and Industrial equipment studied the relationships between the fields, the volume and the weight of terms included in the field.

The urgent need to analyze the current cosmonaut selection system from the point of view of developing a set of requirements for a professional who will have to master a wide range of tasks for future flights beyond Earth's orbits is associated with insufficient knowledge of the features of forthcoming crew activities, working conditions and associated risks for human performance and health. The existing difficulties can be overcome using the methodology of job analysis with an emphasis on the previously not mastered functioning modes of human-machine systems, new instru-mentarium for task performing and humans’ adaptive capacity. Infor-mation technology resources for improving a number of selection proce-dures are discussed in the paper.

This study aimed to develop learning tools based on E-Learning in introductory information technology course. E-Learning, a web-based learning tool that uses classroom flipped learning models. The method used in this research was Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) with processed data sourced from 22 students. The effectiveness of this study was very effective because through the calculation of the Gain score it was found that the overall average value of students there was an improvement. The average increase in learning outcomes was 0.591949 with a moderate gain score acquisition criteria. Then, it was concluded that e-learning using the flipped classroom learning model was very helpful in introducing Infor-mation Technology and as an E-Learning guideline for other subjects.

Abstract: The growth of the business of gas industry in Indonesia make firm that deals with this industry will develop. Increase in the number of a company that produces gas trigger intense competition to gain customers that there is to consume gas. PT Bahtera Abadi Gas is one of the company that moves in the field of gas industry national scale. On the way various customers than any other company have been handled by PT BAG that majority exists in the region of east java. An intense competition in gain customers of the company between a gas that with each other to cause to compete with companies in providing a bargain price that low and improved service quality to win over the competition. With a bargain price that is very competitive, companies should do the efficiency and effectiveness of its production in the process so as to achieve the level of its optimum profit. In order to continue to compete, required managerial instrument that can help to formulate a strategy company in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of the company that can be translated into the act of operational in clear and measurable accomplishment. In addition a strategy company in the level of implementation can be functioned as instrument of the measure- ment of performance management in addition to the goal is to investigate the effectiveness of the application of the strategy itself, also to control the performance management and minimize the potential there is the deception. The result of research shows that PT BAG having strategic objec- tives in map competition that is reflected in four perspective balanced scorecard. Strategic objec- tives financial perspective is utilization assets, cost efficiency, increase revenue. The purpose of from the perspective of a customer is customer satisfaction, customer retention, customer acquisi- tion. The purpose of internal from the perspective of a business process is of quality, delivery, healthy and safety work, develop sustainable relationship with supplier. From the perspective of the purpose of learning and growth is increase employee competency, increase productivity employee, recruit quality employee, improved teamwork, employee feedback systems, availability of infor- mation technology.

This study aims to determine the effect of information technology, adherence to accounting rules, and human resources to the reliability of financial statements in Central Lombok District Government. This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through questionnaires. The respondents are the employees of finance department of Cen-tral Lombok District Government. The independent variables used in this study are infor-mation technology, adherence to accounting rules, and human resources, while the depen-dent variable is the reliability of financial statements. The respondents are asked to answer a set of questions listed in a questionnaire. 72 samples are taken from the total population of 256, however only 63, which are considered valid to be analyzed. For the data analysis, it used double linear regression method and processed by using SPSS 18.0. The data analysis results based on t-test show that information technology and human resources have positive significant effect on the reliability of financial statements, but adherence to accounting rules has positive insignificant effect on the reliability of financial statements in Central Lombok District Government. The implication of this study leads to the importance of the optimized preparation of financial statements to achieve the reliable financial statements.

It is not enough today for accountants simply to know how to use word processing and spreadsheet software. In the knowledge age, accounting professionals must use infor-mation technology to the fullest. The ability to create, process, understand, and distri-bute information often determines work productivity, ratings on job performance evaluations, and even ultimate career successes. Accounting graduates with superior information technology (IT) skills are highly recruited, valued, and rewardedthese are the employees who are best able to perform the computer tasks required by their professional responsibilities. This paper reviews some reasons why todays accountants must be familiar with programming concepts in general, and Visual Basic (VB) in par-ticular. It also reviews those VB programming tools that are especially useful to accounting applications.
