The present work aims to present the results of the analysis regarding the Socioeconomic Profile of the municipalities that make up the Mesoregion of Triângulo Mineiro/Alto Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The survey and analysis of socioeconomic indicators, from the years 2004 and 2014, aimed to search for devices in order to develop a methodology for analyzing the quality of life of the municipalities that make up the mesoregion, taking into account the specificities of the urban network from the Cerrado Mineiro and the Brazilian urbanization process. It is understood that the quality of life does not depend only on a good offer of essential public services, but on an effective spatial distribution of advanced services regarding health, education, culture, leisure, etc., among the municipalities of the same region. In addition, it is extremely important to consider the population's financial capacity to access these services, a factor that demonstrates the real need to analyze their Socioeconomic Profile. For this analysis, we used the indicators made available by the João Pinheiro Foundation, through the Minas Gerais Social Responsibility Index (IMRS), using the 66 municipalities that make up the mesoregion of Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba as the scale of analysis. The data were collected, tabulated and imported into the ArcGIS 10.1 software, in which cartograms were produced. The results presented provided the recognition of the positive evolution overview of the socioeconomic profile, following the Brazilian trend of economic growth experienced in the first decade of the 21st century. In the analyzed period, there was a significant increase in all the indicators assessed. However, it is worth noting the existence of disparities within the same region, with some municipalities showing a high rate of increase in income and employment, while others have reached medium and low growth peaks. It is worth mentioning that the improvement in quality, especially in terms of income and employment, ended up directly influencing the improvement of the population's quality of life.

The municipality of Vrnjacka Banja, which has an excellent tourist base, a good offer of accommodation facilities and a huge tradition, is certainly one of the "tourist" leaders, which is why the success of its business can be viewed through the prism of overall spa tourism business in Serbia. A review of the existing business of highly categorized facilities in the municipality of Vrnjačka Banja can serve to obtain a clearer picture of the position of similar economic entities in the Republic of Serbia, especially in spa tourism. After reviewing the motive base of this municipality, this research discusses the supply, occupancy and price of highly categorized accommodation in the municipality, before the outbreak of the pandemic and compared to the demand in the first six months after the outbreak of the pandemic. Based on the analysis of the business of highly categorized accommodation capacities in the first six months of the crisis, it was determined that despite big problems, they managed to survive on the market. State aid and the discovery of alternative forms of accommodation helped them overcome the crisis period until the return to normal business conditions.

The research methods that the researcher uses are one of the most important parts of a study. But, classically, it is said that the initial question must be "What do I need to know and why?" Only after that, you can decide the method that best suits the particular purpose of the study is chosen. But, this article aims to put the "scientific method" in real life in general medicine and primary care, and so the “process of searching for the best research study” is like when we want to find the best time to buy airline tickets: we must look for cheap flights without a date or destination; without a predetermined and invariable research objective. “It's much easier to find deals on flights than hotels.” It is easier to have a research method available (accessible, useful, and possible) than to clearly specify an objective or research topic. There are times when the destination of our trips is based on a good offer of flights. Once we have the method / design, we can decide on the objective to achieve (more modest, grander, etc.). So, be flexible with your objective. When you see a good possibility of conducting a research study, for having the research methods do not let it escape because of the topic or research objective. In research, as in travelling, the adventure is very exciting.

Concern shortage and limited of petroleum, bio-fuels or also known as alternative fuel offer an advantage in order to sustain in long terms and economical. This renewable source is a good offer as an improvement attempt of automobile fuel and burner combustion. The main issue in using biodegradable alternative fuel such as vegetable oil-based fuels is oxidation stability, stoichiometric point, bio-fuel composition, antioxidants on the degradation and much oxygen with comparing to diesel gas oil. Thus, this study investigated the effects of different kind of biodegradable alternative fuel tested at variant in storage ambient condition under different storage duration. These tests were performed on the biodegradable alternative fuel such crude palm oil (CPO), and waste cooking oil (WCO) with different of ambient temperature and variant of blending ratio. The biodegradable fuel samples were stored in clinical compartment, at different temperatures and were monitored at regular interval over a period of 60 days. Blending of biodiesel was varied from 5vol% ~ 15vol% and storage temperature from 5°C~33°C. The effects of ambient temperature and storage duration on properties of biodegradable fuel such as density, kinematics viscosity, acid value, water content and flash point of biodiesel were discussed in detail. Analysis of this study showed that the different storage duration gave a significant effect toward the changes of water content; acid value and viscosity. As a conclusion, a long period of storage would decrease the quality of biodiesel no matter what kind of condition and environment is exposed to.
