Research on software trustworthiness measurement evaluation model based on data driven

in this paper, we construct a data-driven trust evaluation model based on perceptual source. The model takes the monitoring module as the evaluation unit, and the relay node completes the trust evaluation of the sensing node in its monitoring module. The direct trust calculation is realized by the relationship between the sensing node's own data, and the recommended trust is calculated by using the relationship between the neighbor nodes in the monitoring module. Combined with the historical trust, the comprehensive trust of the sensing node is output. In this paper, the credibility of existing database driven cognitive software is summarized, and then the key technologies of reliability evaluation and classification of database driven cognitive software are analyzed.

A Reallocation Approach for Software Trustworthiness Based on Trustworthy Attributes

Software trustworthiness is an important research field in software engineering. In order to appropriately evaluate it, some different measurement approaches have been proposed, which have important guiding significance for improving software trustworthiness. Recently, we have investigated attributes-based approaches. That is, how to maximize trustworthy degree of some software satisfying a given threshold by adjusting every attribute value such that the cost is minimal, i.e., the sum of all attribute values is as small as possible. The work is helpful to improve the software quality under the same cost. This paper continues this work and considers a reallocation approach to dealing with the problem that the threshold and the minimal constraints of every attribute values dynamically increase. In this process, the costs of trustworthiness improvement should be ensured to be minimal. For this purpose, we firstly define a reallocation model by mathematical programming. Then we introduce the notion of growth function. Based on this, a polynomial reallocation algorithm is designed to solve the above reallocation model. Finally, we verify our work on spacecraft softwares and the results show that this work is valid.

The Performance Quantitative Model Based on the Specification and Relation of the Component

The trustworthiness of software is crucial to some safety critical areas. Performance is an important attribute of software trustworthiness. Software component technology is the mainstream technology of software development. How to achieve the performance of component systems efficiently and accurately is a challenging issue for component-based software development. In this paper, the performance quantification method of the component is proposed. First, performance specification is formally defined. Second, a refinement relation is introduced and the performance quantification method of the component system is presented. Finally, a case study is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.

An Approach of Trustworthy Measurement Allocation Based on Sub-Attributes of Software

Measurement of software trustworthiness is an important research field in the software engineering, which is very useful for analyzing the software quality. In this paper, we propose a mathematical programming approach to allocate the trustworthy degree to each sub-attribute of some software attribute appropriately and then to make the trustworthy degree of this attribute maximize under some constraint conditions. Some sufficient or necessary conditions for analyzing this mathematical programming problem are investigated. Moreover, a polynomial allocation algorithm is given for computing the optimal solution of this mathematical programming. Finally, an example is given in order to show the significance of this work. The results obtained here are useful for improving the software quality by adjusting the trustworthy degree of each sub-attribute under the same cost.

Source Codes Oriented Software Trustworthiness Measure Based on Validation

Validation is critical to the success of software trustworthiness measurement. A large number of software trustworthiness measures are proposed; however, most of them are not validated from a theory perspective. Therefore, they lack theoretical foundation and will induce unnecessary cost and useless calculation. In this paper, we bring measurement theory into software trustworthiness measurement, construct a source codes oriented software trustworthiness measure based on extensive structure in the measurement theory, and validate the developed measure by use of axiomatic approaches. Compared with some software trustworthiness measures that are already presented, this measure can evaluate software trustworthiness better from a theory perspective.
