In Brazil, the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination program has so far prioritized people over 75 years of age. By the end of March 2021, in Ceará State, a total of 313,328 elderly people had received at least one dose of vaccine (45% Oxford-AstraZeneca/Fiocruz and 55% CoronaVac-Sinovac/Butantan), and 159,970 had received two doses (83% CoronaVac-Sinovac/Butantan and 17% Oxford-AstraZeneca/Fiocruz). After a single dose, there was already a significant reduction in COVID 19-related deaths (protection ratio: 19.31 (95% CI: 18.20–20.48), attributable protection ratio: 94.8%); higher protection ratios were observed after the application of two doses of the vaccine (132.67; 95% CI: 109.88–160.18), with an attributable protection ratio of 99.2%. SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are highly effective in reducing the number of COVID-19-related deaths in over 75-year-olds in Brazil, one of the hardest hit countries by the current pandemic.

Gastric ulcer is a disease of the digestive tract characterized by mucous damage to secretion of gastric acid and pepsin. One of the potential gastroprotector plants is green algae. The purpose of this study was to examine the gastroprotective effect of ethanol extract of green algae (EEGH) Ulva lactuca L on the gastric of ethanol-induced rats. This study used 36 rats, divided into 6 groups. Group I is a normal group. Group II negative control, ethanol 96% induced. Group III positive control, given comparison of ranitidine dose of 15.75 mg/kgBW. Groups IV, V and VI were given multilevel EEGH, namely 125, 250 and 500 mg/kgBW. The treatment was carried out for 14 days, on the 14th day ethanol 96% was induced and then dissected. Research data on gastric ulcer index and protection ratio were analyzed using One Way ANOVA with a confidence level of 95%. The results of the EEGH statistical test dose of 500 mg/kgBW with negative controls showed a significant difference with p value of 0.013 (p<0.05). The EEGH 500 mg/kgBW has the ability as an effective gastroprotector, as seen from the gastric ulcer index value of 0.5 and the protection ratio of 78.94%.Keywords: Ethanol, gastroprotector, protection ratio, ulcer index, Ulva lactuca L.78,94%.

This paper, present results of the analysis of DVB-T2 and LTE network co-existence in Nigeria. The Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte Carlo Analysis Tool (SEAMCAT) used to analyse the co-existence. The findings of the study reveals that the blocking interference is the dominant effect and to ensure that the probability of interference is below the threshold of 5%. It is mandatory to decrease the transmission power of the LTE from 196mw to 25mw. Consequently, the protection ratio for DVB-T2 and LTE should be maintained for a seamless co-existence.

Gastric ulcer is still a health problem in Indonesia. The leaves of cincau (Cyclea barbata Miers) and mangosteen peel (Garcinia mangostana Linn) have been investigated to have gastroprotective effects. This study aims to determine the effect of gastroprotector from the combination of Cincau leaves and mangosteen peel. This study used the post test only control group design. Wistar male rats were divided into 6 groups. Group I was a healthy control group and the second group was an untreated negative control. Group III is positive group treated with Ranitidine (0.016 g / kg BW). Groups IV, V, and VI were given green leaves of cincau (13.5 g / kg BW), mangosteen peel (25 g / kg BW) and 1: 1 combination. Treatment was performed for 14 days. On day 14 1 hour after treatment, all groups (except group I) were given 96% oral ethanol induction at a dose of 5 g / kg BW. On the 15th day the animals were sacrificed by means of anesthesia using chloroform. The area of the tukak is calculated by ImageJ and then calculates the index parameters of the ulcer and the protection ratio. The stomach is made of a hitopathologic preparation with Hematoxylin and Eosin (HE) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) preparations to observe COX-2 expression. The index data of ulcer, protection ratio, gastric mucosal damage score and number of cells expressing COX-2 were statistically analyzed by SPSS program. The results showed that the combination of green leaves and mangosteen leaf ratio of 1: 1 had a gastroprotective effect by inhibiting the gastric induced index, increasing the ratio of protection, reducing total mucosal damage and inhibiting the expression of COX-2 protein in rat stomach cells significantly (p <0 , 05).  Giving combination of Cincau leaf and mangosteen peal  of 1: 1 able to give gastroprotective effect.
