PENYULUHAN TERKAIT CUCI TANGAN PAKAI SABUN DI TPA AL-IKHLAS POLRI JATISAMPURNA BEKASI

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis penyuluhan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa melakukan kegiatan cuci tangan yang tepat sesusai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh WHO pada siswa TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri Jatisampurna Bekasi. Kesadaran dan pengetahuan terkait cuci tangan yang tepat dapat memproteksi diri dari berbagai penyakit terutama penyakit diare. Siswa sekolah TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri terdiri dari siswa pra sekolah dasar dan sekolah dasar usia 3-12 tahun yang berjumlah 21 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan metode kuisioner dan selanjutnya dilakukan dengan mensosialisasikan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) terutama tentang perilaku cuci tangan yang tepat. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dari pretest yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa 62% tidak mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan dan 38% mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan cuci tangan dan demo cuci tangan kepada siswa maka diperoleh hasil post test yaitu terjadi penurunan 19 % tidak mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan dan terjadi kenaikan menjadi 81 % mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan. ABSTRACTThis community service activity was carried out to determine the level of knowledge of students in carrying out proper hand washing activities according to the standards set by WHO in TPA Al-Ikhlas students at the Jatisampurna Polri, Bekasi. Awareness and knowledge related to proper hand washing can protect themselves from various diseases, especially diarrheal diseases. TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri students consist of pre-primary and elementary school students aged 3-12 years, totaling 21 people. The implementation of the activity begins with the questionnaire method and is then carried out by socializing the Clean and Healthy Life Behavior), especially regarding proper hand washing behavior. The results of the implementation of this community service from the pretest showed that 62% did not know the 6 hand washing movements and 38% knew the 6 hand washing movements. After conducting hand washing counseling and hand washing demonstrations to students, the post test results were obtained, namely a decrease of 19% not knowing 6 hand washing movements and an increase to 81% knowing 6 hand washing movements. Use of a Modest Alcohol Meter

During the pandemic, healthy life behavior is needed in an attempt to reduce the transmission risk. One of them could be done by washing hands. Various human activities may not allow them to wash their hands frequently, for example, using hand sanitizer to wash hands. Hand sanitizer or Isopropyl based alcohol are recommended materials by WHO to clean bacteria on hands. Storing hand sanitizer for a longer time leads to inaccurate quality of the hand sanitizer to the written quality on the package. A simple alcohol meter is designed to test the liquid percentage of hand sanitizer or Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) based alcohol. The required materials are easy to get from the surrounding environment. Thus, this device could be established at home without ignoring the health protocol. Although it has strength IPA-based alcohol or hand sanitizer is also risky if it is incorrectly used

BAKTI KESEHATAN PADA LANJUT USIA DI SASANA TRESNA WERDHA RIA PEMBANGUNAN CIBUBUR

Elderly groups, including the elderly in nursing homes, are vulnerable to transmission of Covid-19, so efforts are needed to improve the health of the elderly in nursing homes through health promotion, namely counseling related to clean and healthy lifestyles. Counseling activities at the Tresna Werdha Ria Development Center of Cibubur during the Covid 19 pandemic are rarely carried out and the Faculty of Medicine of Tarumanagara University is collaborating with the Tresna Werdha Ria Development Center of Cibubur in the learning process of Geriatric clinical clerkship students. Healthy and Clean Life Behavior in the elderly who live in Sasana Tresna Werdha Ria Pembangunan Cibubur. This health service activity is carried out with the aim that the elderly at Sasana Tresna Werdha Ria Pembangunan Cibubur know about PHBS and have an impact on the implementation of PHBS in their daily lives. The introduction of PHBS counseling for the elderly at Sasana Tresna Werdha Ria Cibubur development is a series of health service activities that have been well organized on Saturday, October 16, 2021. The activity is carried out offline which stipulates implementing health protocols in its implementation, attended by 60 participants. Counseling related to PHBS is important and the application of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior needs to be considered in daily life, so that further health service activities are needed to assess that counselingparticipants have increased insight regarding clean living behavior and the stages of hand washing. Kelompok lanjut usia termasuk lansia pada Panti Werdha rentan terhadap penularan Covid-19 maka perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan lansia di Panti Werdha melalui promosi kesehatan yaitu penyuluhan terkait Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Kegiatan penyuluhan di Sasana Tresna Werdha Ria Pembangunan Cibubur selama pandemi Covid 19 jarang dilakukan serta Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara bekerja sama dengan Sasana Tresna Werdha Ria Pembangunan Cibubur dalam proses pembelajaran mahasiswa kepaniteraan klinik Geriatri, maka tim pengabdian fakultas kedokteran Universitas Tarumanagara melakukan bakti kesehatan dengan penyuluhan mengenalkan Perilaku Hidup Sehat Dan Bersih pada lansia yang menetap di Sasana Tresna Werdha Ria Pembangunan Cibubur. Kegiatan bakti kesehatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan lansia di Sasana Tresna Werdha Ria Pembangunan Cibubur mengetahui tentang PHBS serta berdampak penerapan PHBS dikehidupan sehari-hari. Pengenalan tentang penyuluhan PHBS pada lansia di Sasana Tresna Werdha Ria Pembangunan Cibubur merupakan rangkaian dari kegiatan bakti kesehatan telah terselenggara dengan baik pada hari Sabtu 16 Oktober 2021. Kegiatan dilakukan secara luring yang tetapkan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam pelaksanaannya dihadiri 60 peserta. Penyuluhan terkait PHBS penting dilakukan serta penerapan tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat perlu diperhatikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga perlunya kegiatan pengabdian kesehatan selanjutnya untuk menilai bahwa peserta penyuluhan telah bertambah wawasan terkait perilaku hidup bersih serta tahapan cuci tangan.

Implicit principles of upbringing according to the decalogue: their ethnocultural specificity in childhood and youth memories of a jewish resident of Chisinau

The instrumentarium of this research is based upon the achievements of interpretive anthropology by C. Geertz and includes a number of our developments implemented within the concept of ethicizing mythological consciousness (a special component of the interdisciplinary system of four concepts which is being developed by us). These developments include: a) eight fundamental principles of Jewish upbringing which are implicit principles of upbringing (view of life, behavior) according to the Decalogue and are based on the concept of man and the Universe represented in the Ten Commandments; b) an interpretive ethnological model “The Decalogue and Harmonizing Hermeneutic Maxims of Obligatoriness: An Aspect of Upbringing.” The narratives by Raisa Lvovna Gandelman, born in 1903 in Chisinau, serve as materials for the study. Raisa Lvovna’s childhood and youth memories about the way her mother was treating her when the girl was sick, Ruhele’s recollections of her father, a proposal of marriage made to her at the age of seventeen, etc., are analyzed. The revealed hermeneutic maxims are identified as ethnocultural specificity of shaping the epoch of “new humanism in the 21st century” (UNESCO).

Preparation and Properties of Sustainable Brake Pads with Recycled End-of-Life Tire Rubber Particles

Sustainable composite brake pads were processed by employing recycled end-of-life tire (ELT) rubber particles obtained by means of cryogenic grinding and ambient grinding. The effect of the grinding mechanism and concentration of ELT rubber particles was then reported. From the friction result test, better behavior in terms of coefficient of friction (COF) was obtained when 3% of ELT rubber particles were introduced into the composite. It was demonstrated that the size of the particles is not as determinant as the friction mechanism in the wear properties of the sustainable brake pads. Whereas, while increasing the ELT rubber particle size acts as detrimental to the COF either in the ambient or cryogenic grinding, at high friction distances, the better adhesion of the particles because of the rough surface of the particles subjected to ambient grinding enhances the long-life behavior of the composite brake pads.
