Some behaviors that deviate from students are already at a very alarming level, bad or deviant behavior from students is very troubling and can change the personality and identity of students, these people are left and difficulties in tackling torture behavior and morals of students will have a negative impact on the environment the student itself. Seeing various behaviors that arise regarding the behavior and morals of students so far, as well as discussing the learning process in schools, as a form of effort to cultivate personality, morality, and knowledge towards students, the roles that are greater than the delivery of education in schools, especially teacher as leader in class, success or failure Character education instilled in students is very dependent on the ability of teachers to manage the learning process in school. For this reason, the researchers wanted to know, study and analyze character education in schools, and also the readiness of teachers for education in schools, which would compare the readiness of teachers in management of education in public schools with special religious schools (Madrasa). The analysis uses inference analysis, namely analysis with simple regression techniques. From this study it was found that management of education has an influence on student morals, and also the ability and morals of students towards student learning in school. Thus, it can be said that the management of character education carried out in schools will be borne and the morals of students, this will be related to student achievement itself. Keywords. Management, character education, school, madrasa, student achievement.

Acoustic emission (AE) technique is widely used to monitor failure processes in composite materials includ-ing development of cracks and plastic deformations within the polymer matrix, fracture and debonding of inclusions, etc. In this study, the AE technique was applied investigating failure character of epoxy polymers with different content of nanofiller – fine polyethersulfone (PES) powder. Variation of material properties of the epoxy with 0, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, and 12.5% concentration (by weight) of the PES was assessed experimentally. Correlation between the PES content and the modulus of elasticity was found negligible. The same was characteristic for the tensile strength. Whereas, such a correlation was found significant for the fracture toughness that increased 1.5 times concerning the pure epoxy reference. Analysis of the cumulative AE counts indicated existence of three different stages of the damage accumulation process, which were unidentified using the load and the deformation diagrams. In the PES-modified composites, the damage ac-cumulation process was evidenced at the 10–20% of the ultimate load; whereas, in the pure epoxy, such a process was fairly slow until the 85% of the loading.

Although the efficiency of steel fibres for improving mechanical properties (cracking resistance and failure toughness) of the concrete has been broadly discussed in the literature, the number of studies dedicated to the fibre effect on structural behaviour of the externally bonded elements is limited. This experimental study investigates the influence of steel fibres on the failure character of concrete elements strengthened with external carbon fibre reinforced polymer sheets. The elements were subjected to different loading conditions. The test data of four ties and eight beams are presented. Different materials were used for the internal bar reinforcement: in addition to the conventional steel, high-grade steel and glass fibre reinforced polymer bars were also considered. The experimental results indicated that the fibres, by significantly increasing the cracking resistance, alter the failure character from splitting of the concrete to the bond loss of the external sheets and thus noticeably increase the load bearing capacity of the elements.

This paper analyses a failure of the micro alloyed steel (Re= 500MPa) at a temperature range 400 - 500 oC in the tensile test conditions and in the creep conditions. The failure character in condition tensile test was changeless and the fraction was transcrystalline ductile. The structure near a fraction showed a considerable deformation texture (reduction of area = 76%). The contraction and the fraction stress considerable was decreased by the increase of the time up to the fraction and the by the increase of temperature in the creep conditions. There were formed secondary intercrystalline cracks except the central crack in the area fraction. Intercrystalline cracks were started step by step to be connected each other. The fraction was started to obtain a mixed status alike and the intercrystalline (creep) fraction part was started to increase.

The experiment discussed influences of basalt fiber with different adulterate amount to the compressive and fracture resistance properties of waterproof concrete C50. We also made comparison between experimental results and mechanical property of polypropylene fiber waterproof concrete. The experimental results demonstrated that the brittle failure character of waterproof concrete has been improved to some extent, and the compressive and fracture resistance strength of the test specimen has increased apparently after adulterating basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber. Furthermore, it is mainly unanimous of the influence regular patterns of basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber to waterproof concrete when adulterating the same amount.

Through the simulation model test, coupling effect between single key strata and t overburden thick sandy soil layer is studied, failure character of thick sandy soil layer is obtained. Meanwhile, load transmitting law on the key strata(key block) is found. This discovery will make progress on dynamic roof structure theory.
