Currently, the role of food security in maintaining public health is high. Gastrointestinal and many other diseases can develop if the composition of food does not meet sanitary and hygienic requirements. As a result of the development of agro-industry, as a result of excessive and irregular application of nitrogen fertilizers, the amount of nitrate in fruits and vegetables is increasing. The negative and positive effects of nitrates on the body have been identified, and it has been found that nitrates consumed on a daily basis are important in maintaining our health.

Aims: The preservation of the act as a principle must be verified objectively through a review of the errors considered non-transcendental. The objective of this research is to determine the perception of officials on the application of the Principle of conservation of the administrative act and the ex officio nullity of the contracts entered into by the La Libertad Regional Government. Methodology: An approach quantitative, descriptive, explanatory was applied. The techniques applied were the interview, observation, documentary analysis and test on a sample of 60 workers linked to the functions of the public contracting process. Results: The results showed an irregular application of the principle of conservation of the administrative act and a resolution of procurements on a regular basis. The perception of the La Libertad Regional Government officials was negative, because not all the valid elements were found to preserve an administrative act. Conclusion: Deficiency was observed in the principle of the presumption of veracity, validity of the requirements to preserve the administrative act, non-existence of the judicial object and content, deficiency in the fulfillment of those prevented by law, deficiency in the fulfillment of the impediments provided for in the Law Contracting and violation of the regulations that.

The generation of large amounts of ash from sugarcane bagasse by its producing countries is becoming a worldwide-problem. Its irregular application, such as in fertilizers, contaminates soil and water, causing a great environmental problem. Studies show it is possible to apply ash in some specific areas, such as replacement of portland cement, replacement of clay, as an adsorbent, in the treatment and stabilization of soils, in the pavement of road asphalt, among others. The objective of the present article is to evaluate which are the most promising areas for the use of sugarcane bagasse ash. The work was developed with a bibliographic search, using the bibliometrics technique. The results obtained show that it is possible to use ash in several different areas. However, having a detailed study of the characteristics of the ash obtained is important, because they are directly related to the regions and climates where sugarcane is cultivated, besides its granulometry, collection time the ashes in the boilers, pHs, curing time, etc. In conclusion, results can be very different for the same application area, depending on the properties of the ash obtained.

This paper examines the irregular application of the sound change commonly known as ‘Bantu Spirantization (BS)’ — a particular type of assibilation — in front of certain common Bantu morphemes. This irregularity can to a large extent be explained as the result of the progressive morphologization (through ‘dephonologization’) and lexicalization to which the sound shift was exposed across Bantu. The interaction with another common Bantu sound change, i.e. the 7-to-5-vowel merger, created the conditions necessary for the morphologization of BS, while analogy played an important role in its blocking and retraction from certain morphological domains. Differing morpho-prosodic constraints are at the origin of the varying heteromorphemic conditioning of BS. These uneven morphologization patterns, especially before the agentive suffix -i, were entrenched in the lexicon thanks to the lexicalization of agent nouns. The typology of Agent Noun Spirantization (ans) developed in this paper not only contributes to a better understanding of the historical processes underlying the varying patterns of BS morphologization and lexicalization, but also to internal Bantu classification. The different ANS types are geographically distributed in such a way that they allow to distinguish major Bantu subgroups. From a methodological point of view, this article thus shows how differential morphologization and lexicalization patterns can be used as tools for historical classification.
