PENGARUH WORK FAMILY CONFLICT, STRES KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA SELURUH KARYAWAN BAGIAN PLANNING PRODUCTION AND INVENTORY CONTROL PT. PARKLAND WORLD INDONESIA JEPARA)

<p>Penelit ian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berkurangnya jumlah karyawan yang dialami oleh<br />perusahaan PT. Parkland World Indonesia Jepara. Berkurangnya jumlah karyawan tidak terlepas dari <br />Turnover Intention. Tujuan penelit ian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Family Conflict<br />(X1), Stres Kerja (X2), dan Kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) karyawan. <br />Populasi dalam penelit ian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian PPIC di PT. Parkland<br />World Indonesia Jepara yang berjumlah 304 orang. Sampel penelit ian sebanyak 75 orang responden.<br />Pengambilan sampel penelit ian ini dengan rumus Slovin. Penelit ian ini menggunakan alat analisis<br />linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. <br />Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS menunjukan bahwa:1). Kepuasan kerja <br />terbukti berpengaruh posit if terhadap turnover intent ion. 2). Stres kerja terbukti <br />berpengaruh negat if terhadap turnover intention. 3). Kepemimpinan terbukt i berpengaruh posit if<br />terhadap turnover intent ion.</p><p>Kata Kunci : Work Family Conflict, Stres Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Turnover Intention.</p>

Comparación de las competencias logísticas del gestor de la cadena de suministros en la Escuela Militar de Cadetes “General José María Córdova” y el modelo internacional APICS

El Ejército Nacional de Colombia requiere mejorar de forma continua su función logística para responder al constante crecimiento de sus operaciones y superar los desafíos que enfrenta en el cumplimiento de sus funciones constitucionales. Con la intención de contribuir en esta misión, el objetivo de este estudio es identificar conceptualmente las competencias de los gestores de la cadena de suministros de la Escuela Militar de Cadetes “General José María Córdova” (ESMIC). Como metodología se aplicaron técnicas de revisión y análisis documental para comparar el modelo internacional de competencias APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) con la formación que el programa de Administración Logística le brinda al estudiante como gestor de la cadena de suministros del Ejército Nacional de Colombia. El resultado del análisis evidencia que la ESMIC cumple con el 92,3 % del total de las competencias que propone el modelo APICS y se concluye que el porcentaje restante se puede incluir dentro de los saberes específicos que oferta el programa de Administración Logística de la institución.

URGENSI PENELITIAN MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK: PEMETAAN ISU, OBJEK, DAN METODOLOGI

The purpose of this paper is to raise the issue of urgency of supply chain management research in terms of developmental issues, trends and challenges, as well as research objects and methologies in the any industry, business sector, and public sector. This study is an exploratory research with the aim of finding trends, developments, and challenges of current and potential supply chain management research. Data were collected from previous studies and written interviews from supply chain management experts where domiciled in several institutions in Bandung City. The findings of this study show expert opinion on the issues of supply chain management research in terms of developments, trends, and challenges, as well as the urgency of supply chain research. While, the results of the literature review from previous study, the research objects and methodologies of supply chain management research categorized into several categories that need to be concentrated for further research. Research suggestions are aimed specifically at academic, private and public sector practitioners to update and upgrade capacity, information, and knowledge about the development of supply chain management study in a sustainable manner. This paper also suggests to establish a community of supply chain management which consist of academicians, practitioners, and government in Bandung City to share informations and experiences about research and issues related to supply chain management, such as Supply Chain Indonesia (SCI) and American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
