The issue of brain magnetic resonance image exploration together with classification receives a significant awareness in recent years. Indeed, various computer-aided-diagnosis solutions were suggested to support radiologist in decision-making. In this circumstance, adequate image classification is extremely required as it is the most common critical brain tumors which often develop from subdural hematoma cells, which might be common type in adults. In healthcare milieu, brain MRIs are intended for identification of tumor. In this regard, various computerized diagnosis systems were suggested to help medical professionals in clinical decision-making. As per recent problems, Neuroendoscopy is the gold standard intended for discovering brain tumors; nevertheless, typical Neuroendoscopy can certainly overlook ripped growths. Neuroendoscopy is a minimally-invasive surgical procedure in which the neurosurgeon removes the tumor through small holes in the skull or through the mouth or nose. Neuroendoscopy enables neurosurgeons to access areas of the brain that cannot be reached with traditional surgery to remove the tumor without cutting or harming other parts of the skull. We focused on finding out whether or not visual images of tumor ripped lesions ended up being much better by auto fluorescence image resolution as well as narrow-band image resolution graphic evaluation jointly with the latest neuroendoscopy technique. Also, within the last several years, pathology labs began to proceed in the direction of an entirely digital workflow, using the electronic slides currently being the key element of this technique. The interworking with the PSTN network is a network integration issues which must be solved. M2PA, M2UA and M3UA were compared and M3UA was selected because of its stronger flexibility. For the convenience of equipment expansion, IP switch was used in the hardware designation of PSTN Gateway. The software designation was based on independent entity. Socket communication mode which is loosely coupled was used between different entities. The software was divided into the SIP Proxy Module, the Signal Adapter Module, the Service Adapter Module, the Code and Decode Resource Control Module, and so on. The conversion of format, code, identification between SIP and No.7 signaling was realized. Multi-channel controller was used in the conversion of voice stream between the E1 interface circuit mode and RTP/RTCP mode. The interworking between PSTN and IMS was realized through the gateway and the old equipments can be used in the new network. This work is helpful to promote the network integration work.

The current Internet addressing systems no longer adapt to the addressing mechanism of next generation network. This paper designed a Port Layer which was consist of Application Platform Interface Module, Resources Information Processing Module and Subnet Access Adapter Module to realize the connection of resource and the integration network of IPv6. The Port Layer addressing mechanism encoded resource in variable length with mixed classification, extended resource coding to 64-bit as the interface ID in the IPv6 address by automatically distributing the extension prefix, which is aim to supply dynamic addressing for mobile resource. This mechanism provides the theoretic foundation for the connection of the cyber world, the physical world and the cognition world.
