The COVID-19 pandemic has made all children's activities ranging from teaching and learning activities to self-development to be carried out at home. Parents are required to be able to guide and facilitate all their children's needs to ensure that children can learn and develop well. For that we need a good parenting style and support the child's self development. The purpose of this study is to find a complete integration of parenting patterns based on Abraham Maslow's humanistic concept to ensure the fulfillment of children's needs amid the COVID-19 pandemic while ensuring that children develop well. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature approach to collect, study and analyze a complete concept of parenting in the midst of a pandemic. This research found that the integration of humanistic concepts in parenting in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a holistic parenting concept by paying attention to several aspects such as the fulfillment of physiological needs, security, love and affection, self-esteem and culminating in self-actualization where children are capable. understand and develop self potential well. Keyword : COVID-19 Pandemic, Parenting, Humanistic Psychology

Abstract This paper develops a valid reconstruction in first-order predicate logic of Leibniz’s argument for his complete concept definition of substance in §8 of the Discours de Métaphysique. Following G. Rodriguez-Pereyra, it construes the argument as resting on two substantial premises, the “merely verbal” Aristotelian definition and Leibniz’s concept containment theory of truth, and it understands the resulting “real” definition as saying not that an entity is a substance iff its complete concept contains every predicate of that entity, but iff its complete concept contains every predicate of any subject to which that concept is truly attributable. An account is suggested of why Leibniz criticises the Aristotelian definition as merely nominal and how he takes his own definition to overcome this shortcoming: while on the Aristotelian basis the predication relation could generate endless chains, so that substances as endpoints of predication would be impossible, Leibniz’s definition reveals lowest species as such endpoints, which he therefore identifies with individual substances. Since duplicate lowest species make no sense, the Identity of Indiscernibles for substances follows. The reading suggests a Platonist interpretation according to which substances do not so much have but are individual essences, natures or forms.

The article analyzes Anna Kostenko’s novel Tsurky-Gylky, the main attention in research is focused on the space of the Odessa courtyard, masterfully depicted by the author. The Odessa courtyard is an essential component of the Odessa myth. The body of texts depicting the “Odessa myth” in fiction is quite large, since the poems written by Alexander Pushkin the city has become a part of many works of literature. Today, the most viable myth is the Odessa myth created by Isaac Babel. The components of the myth are known: the romanticized image of criminal life, subtle humor, often on the verge of sarcasm; unprecedented generosity and hospitality. To analyze the novel, we suggest establishing a conceptual system. The most complete concept of “myth” in the context of the semiotics of the city is analyzed in the studies of the Moscow-Tartu school, which, in particular, researched such aspects as space, the structure of myth – V. Toporov; the definition of myth, myth and name – A. Piatyhorskiy, B. Uspenskiy, Y. Lotman and others. In conclusion, the restriction of space for the events that take place within one courtyard, thickens the text of the novel, respectively, the semiotic systems and hierarchies are superimposed on each other. The concepts of good and evil lose their “classic” connotative meanings. This is a kind of purgatory through which strangers passthus subsequently affecting the life of those living there.

Abstract There are three essential points from the final results and conclusions in this research that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, namely: First, examining the policy model applied by the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School Foundation. Second, reviewing the application process, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of policy implementation at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The two points above are analyzed to produce a complete concept related to policies in modernization which are applied at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The results of the analysis provide a conceptual basis for developing the theory of pesantren policies in developing formal educational institutions. The goal is for the next point, Third, to formulate a prototype of a boarding school policy that can be applied at other Pondok Peesantren Foundations that establish or develop formal education from SD / MI to Higher Education (PT). Education that integrates Islamic knowledge and general knowledge which is accommodated by the Indonesian government.

One of the most important elements of the primary protection of concrete structures against chemical aggression is the correct choice of the type of cement. Specialists have done a lot of work to clarify the comparative stability of various types of cement systems in aggressive media containing various aggressive components [1-3]. Resistant cements for certain types of corrosion are known, but there is no complete concept of their choice. This causes difficulties in choosing the type of cement for specific types of corrosion in organic media, for complex types of corrosion, when the application of empirical approaches is unsuitable. This work is devoted to this issue.

The highest value of character education is based on the spirituality that views the nature as tajjalli(the self-manifestation of God) and signal of god. The principles of character education should be well-planned, gradual, controllable, evaluative and sustainable. In such a context, understanding, habituation, exemplary models, culture, consistent regulation are required, which are subsequently internalized and at the end become a character.
