The aim of this paper is to complete the concept of structure, in structuration theory, with the concept of worldview. Giddens' structuration theory emphasizes structure as a result as well as a medium for the regularization of social practice. It emphasizes structure in cognition but ignores the structure of society. As a result, the theory does not explain how social practices that produce virtual structures can exist and be practiced continuously in society, before virtual structures are formed in agents’ cognition? Therefore, the concept of structure needs to be complemented with the concept of worldview, which emphasizes the existence of a social structure that reveals itself through cultural components. Systematic reviews, on MacIntyre's thoughts and various thoughts related to the worldview, show that cultural components produce the regularization of social practice. The result is the formation of the worlview as the medium for social practice. It means that the worldview concept emphasizes the correspondence of the society's objective structure and the cognitive structures. This concept can show the existence of the structure of society and the influence of cultural components in it on the regularization of social practice and the formation of the worldview. Worldview concept answers the research problem.

The emergence of new forms of business organization due to the development of the latest information technologies leads to the need to find adequate ways to manage virtual structures. This article discusses the features of multi-agent artificial intelligence systems and the possibilities of their application in virtual organizations. The concept of a multi-agent system is proposed, which will improve the management processes of a virtual organization. The developed algorithm is adaptive and can be used in various virtual organizations for self-development of their management systems and achieving their goals.

Maintaining a competitive position requires optimization activities in various areas of functioning of both business and public organizations. One of the manifestations of such optimization is organizational harmonization resulting in cohesion both inside and outside the organization. The article presents the issue of organizational coherence in the case of implementation of virtual structures involving organizations from the region of China. The analysis of the problem of building organizational integrity in the aspect of operations performed by process nests located in various geographical areas was analyzed. The focus is placed on the issue of different organizational cultures that need adaptation. The article aims to present the results of research in the field of selected elements of corporate culture (cultural artifacts) concerning Chinese organizations, which will enable organizations from other regions of the world to develop coherent mechanisms of cooperation within virtual structures. The results of the research clearly showed that Chinese organizations have a specific organizational culture in the studied areas, characterized by ambiguity, general language, secretiveness of attitudes and high importance of interpersonal relations.

The use of virtual structures in the area of CAD may have an impact on the design labour coefficient and on the works cost reduction. When developing and further functioning of virtual structures in organization, there are a number of issues related to the employees search and employment, work with CAD, with staff, payment for activities, acquisition and storage of information, reporting, interaction between the virtual team members, etc. The full activity of project organizations, both within the large and independent companies, requires for new procedural developments based on the information systems. The procedure of virtual structures development and implementation in organization is proposed to resolve this issue.


The paper examines current scientific discussions on the formation of modern trends in the development of organizational structures on performing management functions. A scientific discussion on the impact of digital technologies on transformation of the enterprise management structure, experimenting with the development and introduction of new management structures is a most studied and in demand in recent years and at least in the next decade. The problems of cost reduction due to the digitalization of management, as well as the fields of enterprise activity in which digital trends are gaining increasing importance are discussed. In this regard, the matrix of demand for elements of the human resource productivity in the quantity to quality ratio has been developed. The main modern directions of improving organizational management structures are considered. The analysis of the degree of managerial functions centralization in holding structures is given; the factors of managerial functions centralization are revealed; the advantages of decentralized and centralized management are described, and the costs that must be taken into account when deciding on the distribution of functions between the parent company and the holding’s subsidiaries are given. The features of network and virtual structures are shown. The tendency of development of virtual structures is defined. The purpose of the research is to analyze the influence of modern technologies on the structure of enterprise management and, accordingly, to identify and describe the development tendencies of the most successful organizational structures, to make possible variants of the demand for the elements of the human resource productivity.
