This study is intended to analyze and know the significance of the impact of delta strategy halal tourism marketing model on the increasing interest of millennial tourists on the island of Lombok. The population of this explanatory research type is millennial tourists who enjoy halal tourism packages on the island of Lombok which is not known for sure. In data collection, this study uses survey method by determining the sample using nonprobability sampling, which is then limited by various criteria of respondents (purposive sampling). The questionnaire was distributed online and obtained by 182 respondents who participated in the study. The collected data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) test with the help of AMOS 20.0 program. Based on the results of data processing using SEM, it was found that: (1) Best Product Strategy-Delta Model has a positive and significant effect on the interests of millennial tourists on the island of Lombok; (2) Total Customer Solutions-Delta Model positively and significantly affects the interest of millennial travelers in Lombok Island; and (3) System Lock-In-Delta Model positively and significantly affects the interest of millennial tourists on the island of Lombok

Sea strait geographies amplify tidal currents, which can result in the formation of tidal strait deposits with a symmetrical facies arrangement. It can be problematic to distinguish such confined tidal strait deposits from strait systems that developed in less constricted settings. To push a more robust differentiation between the confined tidal strait model and a model for less constricted tidal deposits, this study presents an example of a strait-adjacent delta and compares it to the existing model of confined tidal straits. The strait-adjacent delta interpretations are based on an exposed succession in Northern Morocco, that formed in the Miocene Rifian Corridor. The multi-km, seismic-scale exposures at the Ben Allou locality, formed in a region with a largely unconstrained coastline. Clayey and silty portions dominate the distal offshore and prodelta facies, while the proximal delta front and delta plain are comprised of carbonate-rich sandstones. These sandstones exhibit complex architectures of stacked channels and dunes in the delta front, and mud drape-bearing sand sheets on the delta plain. It is shown that the strait-adjacent delta model that is presented herein, is different from a confined tidal strait deposit as it has an asymmetric facies arrangement, and a basinward reduction in depositional energy.

Abstract Objectives While the environmental, social and economic sustainability of the current global food system attracts increasing research, its ability to nourish the global population must be prioritised. Our objective was to produce a computational model illustrating the nutritional adequacy of the current global food system and allow investigation of proposed global food system scenarios. Methods Data from several public databases was collected to describe food production, processing and waste in the global food system. Data was also sourced for global demographics and human nutritional requirements for 29 nutrients. These data were used to construct the DELTA Model. The model takes global food production scenarios as its input and calculates the nutrients available for human consumption, after consideration of animal feed uses, waste and non-food use. This amount of available nutrients was then compared to demographically weighted target daily intakes, allowing the nutritional adequacy of the food system to be quantified. The DELTA Model also includes nutrient bioavailability adjustments for protein and essential amino acids to ensure accurate conclusions are drawn for these nutrients, demonstrated to be pressure points in global nutrition previously. The model is freely available online. Results Modelling the 2018 global food system showed that neither energy nor protein are limiting under conditions of equal food distribution, even with a population increase of 1 billion. Halving food waste between farm and consumer allows for sufficient energy and protein availability to nourish the forecast 2050 population of 9.7 billion using current production volumes. However, numerous micronutrient insufficiencies emerge in these future scenarios. Considering the bioavailability of protein and amino acids reduced the availability of these nutrients by between 2% and 17% compared to simply considering the content of foods, emphasizing the importance of this consideration. Conclusions It is essential that nutritional adequacy is at the forefront of the sustainable food system debate. The DELTA Model allows both experts and non-experts to better understand food system dynamics in global nutrition, aiding the discussion of what changes to the food system may be appropriate. ABSTRACTBackgroundAcute coronary syndrome (ACS) is a growing global health problem, and precision medicine techniques hold promise for the development of diagnostic indicators of ACS. In this pilot, we sought to assess the utility of an integrated analysis of metabolomic and microRNA data in peripheral blood to distinguish patients with abnormal cardiac stress testing from matched controls.MethodsWe used prospectively collected samples from emergency department (ED) patients placed in an ED-based observation unit who underwent stress testing for ACS. We isolated microRNA and quantified metabolites from plasma collected before and after stress testing in patients with myocardial ischemia on stress testing versus those with normal stress tests. The combined metabolomic and microRNA data were analyzed jointly for case (ischemia) and 1:1 matched control patients in a supervised, dimension-reducing discriminant analysis. Two integrative models were implemented: a baseline model utilizing data collected prior to stress-testing (T0) and a stress-delta model, which included the difference between post-stress test (T1) and pre-stress test (T0).ResultsSeven case patients with myocardial ischemia on ED cardiac stress testing (6 females, 85% Caucasian, mean Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction Score=3, 4 patients ultimately received percutaneous coronary intervention) were 1:1 age and sex-matched to controls. Several metabolites and microRNAs were differentially expressed between cases and controls. Integrative analysis of the baseline levels of metabolites and microRNA expression showed modest performance for distinguishing cases from controls with an overall error rate of 0.143. The stress-delta model showed worse performance for distinguishing cases from controls, with an overall error rate of 0.500.ConclusionsGiven our small sample size, results are hypothesis-generating. However, this pilot study shows a potential method for a precision medicine approach to cardiac stress testing in patients undergoing workup for ACS.
