The paper describes the method for electroencephalogram (EEG) analysis based on the stochastic resonance (SR) effect. The numerical computation has provided the separation of low frequency components that fall within the δ-rhythm band. This is currently central in the neuropathology diagnostics, because the presence of low frequencies in the EEG is abnormal and bears witness to the disease. For verification, the data obtained with the use of the SR effect have been compared with the computations based on the autocorrelation function (ACF) processing. The comparison has shown their good agreement.

The object of observation were 4 men: Greek Catholic priest Father Volodymyr, head of the Church Brotherhood Ivan, a supporter of Krishna Victor, and your obedient servant, the first author to memorize the authentic Lord's Prayer in Aramaic. Results. The neurotropic effects of Prayer are manifested in two inhibitory and three activating patterns. The first inhibitory pattern reflects the decrease in elevated and upper limit levels of SPD of θ-and δ-rhythm in frontal loci and the second - decrease in normal SPD levels of β-and θ-rhythm in the frontal, central, temporal and parietal loci. The first activating pattern reflects a small increase in normal levels of β-rhythm index and asymmetry and SPD entropy in locus C3, as well as a further increase in elevated δ-rhythm SPD levels in loci P3 and T3. The second pattern reflects the slight increase in normal SPD levels of θ-rhythm in loci T3, T5, T6, O2 and α-rhythm in locus T5, as well as their indices and entropy SPD in locus O2. The third pattern reflects a slight increase in amplitude and SPD of α-rhythm in central, frontal, temporal and occipital loci.

Summary. In order to study the clinical and neurophysiological features in patients with recurrent cerebral ischemic hemispheric ischemic stroke (RCHIS), a comprehensive clinical-paraclinical study of 49 patients (28 men and 21 female, mean age 72 (63; 76) years) in the acute period of the disease was conducted. It was found domination of mild and moderate dementia, the median total NIHSS score in the debut of the disease consisted 10 (7; 13), which corresponded to the average severity of the stroke. It was found that the parameters of δ-rhythm APS, δ-rhythm RSP and β rhythm  relative spectral power have the strongest correlation with level of neurological deficit by NIHSS score and with  level of disability by MRS, as well as parameters of occipital-frontal grade of  βhi-rythm and hemispheric asymmetry of αlo-subband correlated with the level of cognitive deficit.

In order to detect human brain fatigue,we recorded EEG signals of 50 subjects by means of MP150 recorder system. The subjects were divided into two groups. One group was in mind fatigue state, the other was controled group who had full of energy. We analysed the EEG signals by wavelet packet decomposition method. After analysis and reconstructure operation,we got the α,β,γ,δ rhythm and the power spectrum distribution of these componengts.Compared with the control, the human in fatigue state have enhanced α wave and reduced β wave.So the conclusion is that the redistribution of α and β wave could regard as a potential diagnostic critera of brain fatigue.
