<div>In the process of humanity searching for beauty and secret of nature; people have been gradually getting familiar with many interactions in nature. Today, the whole diversity of naturally occurring forces can be reduced to four fundamental types of interaction: gravitational, weak, electromagnetic, and strong. Obviously, this kind of classification approach is based on their interaction characteristics rather than based on the mechanism of what how give rise to these four types of force. Until today, people still have no notion of their origin mechanism. Namely humanity does not know what is responsible for the origin of these forces. In order to answer their origin, I did some experiments and discovered that moving photons generate gravitation. This discovery come to light the origin of gravitation. In a word, these experiments indicate that moving of elementary particles bring on interaction force what appearing behavior of gravitation, and this interaction lead to gravitational force in the macro world. Meanwhile these discoveries application in the macro world point out the meaning of law of Universal gravitation, and solve some enigmas which law of Universal gravitation have not solved until today. Numerical Modeling of Coseismic Tropospheric Disturbances Arising from the Unstable Acoustic Gravity Wave Energetics

Numerous recent studies report the Coseismic Tropospheric Disturbances (CTDs) during large earthquakes. Their presence suggests the importance of atmospheric seismology in a possible earthquake forecasting scenario. The origin mechanism and associated energetics of CTDs are not well understood though the observations associate them with the atmospheric waves. We present the numerical modeling of coupled dynamics of Gravity waves (GWs) and convective instability (CI) in the dry troposphere that produces the CTDs, in the form of pressure disturbances, of observed magnitudes. The study reveals the altitude and epicentral distribution of CTDs and elaborates the relative role of GWs and CI in the generation and intensification of CTDs. The study finds that mega and strong earthquakes disturb the troposphere to a similar level as the severe meteorological weather.

IRC3 regulates mitochondrial translation in response to metabolic cues in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) enzymes are made up of dual genetic origin. Mechanism regulating expression of nuclear encoded OXPHOS subunits in response to metabolic cues (glucose vs. glycerol), is significantly understood while regulation of mitochondrially encoded OXPHOS subunits is poorly defined. Here, we show that IRC3 a DEAD/H box helicase, previously implicated in mitochondrial DNA maintenance, is central to integrating metabolic cues with mitochondrial translation. Irc3 associates with mitochondrial small ribosomal subunit in cells consistent with its role in regulating translation elongation based on Arg8m reporter system. Glucose grown Δirc3ρ+ and irc3 temperature sensitive cells at 37°C have reduced translation rates from majority of mRNAs. In contrast, when galactose was the carbon source, reduction in mitochondrial translation was observed predominantly from Cox1 mRNA in Δirc3ρ+ but no defect was observed in irc3 temperature sensitive cells, at 37°C. In support, of a model whereby IRC3 responds to metabolic cues, suppressors of Δirc3 isolated for restoration of growth on glycerol media restore mitochondrial translation differentially in presence of glucose vs. glycerol.

Depressions caused by localized subsidence in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: a link with coal mining?

In the coal mining districts of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we identified 662 previously unidentified depressions at the land surface using LIDAR data. Their density decreases westwards along with deepening of the Carboniferous coal layers, while not changing in dimensions. The timing of their formation based on historical maps and landowner reports, suggests that they mostly formed during the period 1920–1970, the peak of mining activity. Based on their position, density and age, we link the formation of depressions to the coal-mining activities in South Limburg, Germany and Belgium. Our working hypothesis tentatively explains the origin, mechanism of formation and timing of these local subsidence features.
